Very professional great staff helped my every need

Found what I needed after wandering around aimlessly for a bit. No one asked if any help was needed. Line moved slow, but staff were helping other customers so not a total complaint. But they had what I needed and that was the important part.

Wanted to get a part that I had a hard time finding in the store. I asked a staff member for help and I will admit he was quick to provide assistance. However he could not find said part as well in the store. Given that their website for the specific location said that the part was in stock and ready for immediate in store pick up, the kid came up with a couple excuses as to why it was not in the back rather than just looking in the back when I insisted for him to check the back. I didnt want to make a big stink over it so I left and went to a different autozone where I ran into the same scenario,. However, this time around, the employee went ahead, checked in the back, and got the part no problem. This will not prevent me from going back to the Paxton street location over one staff member, but it does leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant and helpful.. It was my first time there and I was very pleased.

They refuse to help any customers. Do not come here if you are looking for actually help and great customer service. Extremely disappointed in the service. Hire new employees ASAP.

Great prices, and very quick reliable service on the parts, and free testing of things you are not sure of.

This store is terrible. There was only one person working in the store. The employee had his nose sticking out of his face mask along with the customer he was attending to. The customer was behind the counter with the worker. No social distancing whatsoever, I left the store. I was at this location because I was visiting a friend in PA and needed a part for my car. I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and got better service. I always use AutoZone for my car parts. Trust I will never use this ratchet location.

The area may not be that good but the people that work there are amazing. The young lady working there today knew exactly what I needed for my car and help me with no problem and even questions that I had

Store with downhill ever since they fired that Anthony C guy. He always had the store fully stocked and was always ready to lend a hand ..nowadays Ill stand in line for 30min before getting help. Just last week took me 25mintes to get a tail light when tony would only take 10mintues and that including installation of lights

Chuck was SUPER helpful dealing with my battery issue. I normally go to Advance Auto, and Ive been looking unsuccessfully for a certain type of trash container for my Explorer. I found the perfect one at AutoZone, and Chuck helped me find the right license plate frame that I needed, too!

Anthony is the BEST and friendliest employee at this location. He was so sweet and knowledgeable and also very friendly to my dog. He helped me find many different items I needed all over the store- he didn’t just tell me what aisle - he walked with me and helped me find each specific item. Anthony is amazing! He also put my wiper blades on for me! 5 star service all the way around!!

I went in to have my check engine checked and battery tested. It was to busy when I went it. But they only had 1 worker there and she got really busy. I had to wait to her to take are of the other customers that were there. The minute I stepped to the side to more customers came in and kept coming. I wanted it wasnt a problem for me seeing I had no appointments that day or anything else to do really. So I was ok with it and I wasnt in a rush either. Ive always like the service here and never had a problem once.

Very good place I ordered a part whats the first being the next day I received the five days later Im hoping if the manager will make a right for me the car wash it in in the garage but if on spectrum that my part did not come on time and my car was sitting at the garage for 5 days due to my part not coming in on time.

Always I find the parts for my cars and I can use its scanner machine and they print the diagnosis

Usually pretty courteous service and knowledgeable help. Loan a tool program (give deposit-get tool / bring tool back get entire deposit back) is helpful because you dont have to spend $ to get a tool youll only use once or twice.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. It just never seems to be enough people working when I go. I only ever see two people working. Im always in a line waiting with 5 or 6 others.

Clueless about any car stuff, I went there to get a bulb for my headlight and when I tell you, the gentleman that waited on me was so helpful!! I highly recommend this store! Im so sorry that I dont know his name because he deserves recognition but it was on Monday, February 25th in the evening.

Just your run of the mill auto parts store. This location has a few multilingual employees. All employees seemed sufficiently knowledgeable in automobiles enough to get my parts I needed. Although they did not have my part in stock at that location, they did offer to have it shipped in. They shipped the item, and it arrived the following morning. Nothing extraordinary about this location, but it is functional enough for you to get what you need.

Awesome place,the front desk beard guy was friendly n helpful . Need to change my small brake light, guy came in the rain look at the vehicle went in to bring the light bulb n fix it for me just like that.

Most god awful place to ever get auto parts. Slow unfriendly service. Terribly untrained, un-knowledgeable staff. When you call, they often pick up, say nothing, and hang up the phone - rather than answer, greet, and ask yiy to hold. Management is poor. Avoid at all costs.

New in town never had to drive in snow so I was in need of a few items, scraper, windshield wipers etc etc. Anthony is a Rockstar he calmly answered all my questions and very professional, I believe the entire staff there is awesome everyone was busy helping customers, highly recommend this place to everyone.

Helpful and friendly staff! Went to AutoZone after dealing with a rude and unhelpful staff at another auto parts store across the street. Staff helped us determine what was needed and lend us tools to clean a battery in the parking lot. While we ended up not buying anything, I will definitely be returning to this store to get any thing auto related I need in the future.

I got a head light and ask them to put it in and they didnt want to do it. They both were Caucasian. I brought a head light there a month ago and the black guy put it in for me it took him 5 minutes. I told the men that and they still wouldnt do it. I spend too much money there for them not to want to help me. Will take my business else where. Smh

No or slow service. Stood in line for over a half hour and ended up having to put my item back... Advanced Auto is across the street and I was in and out.

Car problems...stopped in for computer check. Very helpful. Went extra mile to check battery and alternator for me.

The employees and service suck and their parts arent even the greatest my dad has a garage and he bought a starter for my truck there under his name and they couldnt find it but also wasnt to enthused to look for so now I have to dig for a receipt

Eventhou some of ur prices are better than other places the customer service sucks I own a small mecganic shop and everytime I go into this store I wait extremly long for service Ieven gone in and no employees heve been in the store the cashier was outside boo loving with her boyfrien/husband in his towtruck and there eere about 15ppl inside the store unsupervised The rest of the employees were no where to be seen it just takes me to long to be in and out of there....I also sent one of our good customers to this store to have her batery replaced after speaking with carlos identifing my self and letting him know which business I wascalling from when she got to the store carlos was extremely rude to her told her no one had called and spoken to him I even gave him my customer name because the battery was bought from her personal account not out business account....something needs to be done about the customer service this problem is driving alot of small local businesses away
