I have to say that Cj Ponyparts is the best place to go for Mustang parts. Even in these difficult times with parts shortages worldwide I find the staff very diligent in getting The parts I require to fill any of my parts orders or in some cases if parts go missing when being shipped. Joe Coleman is a top-notch guy and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to ordering parts for my 1972 Mustang.I would highly recommend these guys for your Ford Mustang parts .👍

I ordered a wheel and tire package, center caps and lug nut set from CJ Pony parts and am very happy with my purchase! The tires came mounted and balanced at no charge, with the wheel weights on the back of the the rims (I didnt even have to ask for this) and no charge shipping. They did a great job mounting the wheels and packaging them up in four separate boxes. The rims are perfect, with no scratches on any of them. I had a total of five separate packages which all arrived on the same day. They emailed me a very professionally looking order confirmation with all five tracking numbers with a direct link to Fedex. I cant say enough good things about how pleased I am with my purchase. Oh wait, one more thing. On top of the excellent online prices, the free shipping, the fast delivery, the free mounting, balancing and free chrome valve stems, they had an online promo when saved me another $150.00. CJ Parts always has been and still is my go to place for Mustang parts!

Please choose CJ Pony Parts as your go-to for your restoration needs! I was in need of a couple of parts for my 1967 Mustang GTA convertible restoration project and I was seriously strapped for time. I had a couple of options as to where I could purchase these parts from but I did not want to compromise quality for urgency. So I decided to stick with what I know and CJ Pony parts was the place for the highest quality parts. Due to CJ Pony Parts high order volume and covid-19 delays I paid for expedited shipping to make up for any potential lost time. I not only received my package on time but I noticed there was one extra part included in my order which would allow me to complete the area of restoration I was working on. I am an international customer and I love the vast amount of parts available at CJs and at reasonable prices. My latest order had shipping issues based on availability and parts location within their system creating an unacceptable delay. I had even chosen items located at the same location to avoid this. The website could use some improvements in this area.Emily (Customer Care) was a great help in working through the shipping and product location issues. I had made my mind up that these issues were not worth the hassles and that I would use a local supplier in the future, but the work Emily put into help me has retained my business.

Because it was directly shipped from the manufacturer, I was inadvertently giving her the wrong order number without realizing it. She didn’t give up and finally found the invoice. Horrible communication skills and bad business overall. They shipped a suspension kit for my 68 leaving out 2 items. When I called they said sorry we will ship them out right away free of charge [I already paid for it lol]. Told me Id get a email with tracking for the missing items but did not. Spent 3 days trying to get ahold of someone. Finally did and was told that the rep that took care of me must have forgotten to put the order in and it hasnt been set up or shipped. I asked to at least receive expedited shipping as my car was going in 2 days later to get the kit installed and they said sorry you feel that way but I will put the order in and youll get it by next Wednesday. Just overall bad experience and lazyness

Like others here i had an issue with a part that was on backorder but showed in stock on the website. Would have to wait over a month for it, i found it somewhere else for cheaper and shipping within a week. Thats understandable though these things happen but there is no way to cancel the order yourself and the customer service line is under staffed. I recommend if you buy from them to pay through a third party like affirm or PayPal so they have more incentive to resolve any issues and youre not stuck on the hook for any payments. Also reach out to the websites chat instead of the phone.

I ordered Lugnuts and an errand take for my new F150. They charged my card and then refund the charge and sent me an email telling me that they couldn’t process my payment. They told me not to reply to the email but call an 800 number, and it was a scam 800 number. I found the correct phone number online which was one digit off from the one the person sent me, but no one ever answers the phone. I opted for a callback, it’s been three days and no one has ever called me back. Don’t bother ordering from here, you’ll never get your stuff and no one will ever talk to you.

I have never used cj’s and thought I’d give them a try. Huge mistake!! Absolutely no customer service. Trying to cancel an order that I mistakenly ordered the wrong part. Been trying for a week!! No one will answer the phone…their chat feature is useless!! Stay away. Use Kentucky Mustang. They are first class!

I ordered a suspension kit for my 2013 Ford Mustang on June 27. What the website didnt tell me was that the item was on back order and would be shipped from the manufacturer when the product was ready. A month later, and after CJ Pony had taken my money, I still had not received my order. I looked at their website which said the item was in stock, so I called customer service. The CJ Pony employee decided to cancel my original order and create a new one that would ship from their warehouse instead of the manufacturer and I would get my order shortly. After I waited a few days an had not received a shipping confirmation I called again and was told that the order had not even gone through yet. I asked them to cancel and get the refund. The customer service guy said the money had never come out of my account if the order never shipped. My bank statements state otherwise. A month and a half later and I am out approx. $430 and still do not have the parts. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

When I contacted customer service, they were extremely responsive. They requested a few pics to validate the issue and after a week, were quick to get a replacement part out to me. I recently ordered a Power Window Switch for the passenger door of my 2003 GT Mustang. The part was defective and had an electrical issue (would roll window down but not up). I contacted CJ Pony Parts and Rebecca responded the same day. CJ Pony Parts expedited shipment and I had a working switch in just a couple days. There was no hassle returning the defective switch; they informed me to just dispose of it.Their customer service was responsive and kind. I will definitely continue purchasing from CJ Pony Parts from now on (definitely one of the better vehicle parts companies out there).

I ordered an in stock Roush cold air intake with free ground delivery, but was given an option for 2 day ground for an additional $19.64 which I took… but item was late and missing parts. After a half dozen calls with no answer or return calls I emailed them. Very fast response with email. I was credited my shipping and overnighted the missing parts.MY ADVICE… Don’t bother calling. Fast and friendly help via email.Because of the original issues I can’t give a 5 star rating, but with the shipping refunded and missing parts shipped quickly I settled on 4 stars.

So, I ordered some pretty basic parts from CJ Pony and on the page for each item it stated they were in stock and also stated place your order by 5pm ET and your parts will ship the same day it was about 2:30 - 3:00pm ET. I placed my order, got confirmation and a receipt. Checking order status later that night it said in progress. Checked status again in the morning and later on the same morning, still in progress. I reached out to find out what the hold up was and Austin informed me that the ignition coil i had on my order had to be manager approved.....?? I asked about getting it shipped quicker to me since their system obviously has a glitch in it or maybe the manager went golfing that afternoon instead of approving my order. Anyway, I wasnt asking for free shipping just that they increase the shipping method to a quicker arrival time ($5.27 increase in shipping cost). Well, needless to say their customer service practices are not their forte. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasnt any available. So, I asked to have a manager call me back and was told that I could email them for a return phone call.Again, Customer Service is not in their realm of knowledge.. Unfortunately, I ended up canceling my $130 order because they wouldnt give $5.27 to ship my product quicker, nor did it seem like management really wanted to deal with a customer service issue. I ended up ordering the same products from summitracing.com - got free shipping and got the order 2 days later. Sad!

Had a good price on what I needed but not so good customer service. Took 4 days and at least 5 attempts to get them to answer a phone call. Total of 2 hours on hold. Pressed the option to have my call returned twice and Im still waiting 4 days later. Shipping instructions were confusing so what I anticipated as a 2 day delivery took 4. This postponed my strategically planned Saturday an entire week. Probably wont buy from them again. This is a revised review. I originally put 1 star but since their p.r. reached out to me so quick about my angry 1 star, I do need to reconsider and give them a 3.

CJs has really gone downhill recently. I bought mounted and balanced wheels and tires from them. 3 of the wheels had gouges. One tire was not properly beaded (look at all the weights) I spent $1500 and got worthless parts. Currently in day 5 of a battle to return them. Im so disappointed.

I have to say it took a bit longer to receive than expected but customer service kept me up to date when I did speak to someone. I called 3 different times and the last time it shipped out the day she told me it would. Yes they are hard to get ahold of by phone or email and chat but I called early in the day and was able to get help. Product arrived today and no damage to product. So overall I can give them a 4 star because we got what we wanted and I did get customer service help. Thanks CJ Pony Parts we will order again if we need something you have.

I chatted with Service Rep, Amy, on 1/20/21 to add a small part to my recent unshipped order of parts. Doing so would save me separate shipping charges for a separate new order. I live in Alaska, so shipping charges are significant. Amy quickly and competently added a chrome thermostat housing to my existing unshipped order. I have owned my 1966 Mustang for 41 years and during that time have ordered countless parts for it from CJ Pony Parts and have always been satisfied with their quality and prices. I have been ordering from here for a few months now ever since I bought my 66 Mustang and they have been fantastic. Orders get shipped in a timely manner and everything I have received has been of fine quality. I did however run into an issue with a set of chrome trim pieces that were not up to par on quality or fitment. I contacted them immediately and let them know of the situation and set up a return. Rebecca responded within the hour letting me know that a refund has been issued and there was no need to return the part since it was defective. Its good to see that there are still companies that go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks again Rebecca, you have a lifelong customer!

A good company that has LOST IT!Unfortunately, I have to write a negative review for a company that I have used for over 23 years. I own a 65 Mustang and have bought 1000s of dollars worth of parts from them over the years and have always been satisfied. However, I have had three orders with them in the last few months that were not shipped out of the warehouse and, when I finally got the replacement parts (which I had to call to get), there was a wrong part in the kit that halted my rear leaf spring replacement job with the car on a rented hoist on wooden blocks! They were kind enough to order next day freight on the replacement parts but THOSE parts were never disbursed from the warehouse to FedEx after 5 days!They have this convenient call-back feature for customer service (which is nice) EXCEPT that I tried it 3 times and never got a call back!I dont know if its COVID related lack of workforce, or what, but its not good and its not the company that I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the last 23 years. :-(Update: As a result of this review, a General Manager called me immediately to make things right. He did get the parts I needed overnighted to me and I received them AND the original order today. So, even though they are heaving trouble with day-to-day operations, at least management is watching reviews and responding to customers needs! Maybe all is not lost at CJ Pony Parts.

I wish I could select zero stars they are that bad. Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.I ordered a power steering pump for a mustang. When it arrived, it had obviously been ordered from someone else and returned to CJs. The box had a return label, from someone else, still attached. The box had been opened and was missing mounting hardware. There was also grime on the pump from being previously installed. I tried calling them, emailing, using their live chat window with little to no success. The call back option is an exercise on frustration. I received one return call out of dozens I placed. It normally takes two to three days for an email response, if they respond at all. When you do talk to someone, they assume absolutely no responsibility.So, because of the lack of communication, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. After sending multiple pictures, emails, unanswered phone calls, and an occasional answered call, they sent a return authorization number to return the part for refund. They told me it would take a few days to process. When the charge was not reversed after a week I called back. Again I had to make several attempts, wait on hold for hours at a time, which eventually led to me hanging up and trying the next day. Eventually I did talk to someone that explained they could not refund the purchase because PayPal had an open disputed case on the purchase. I was never allowed to talk with anyone in purchasing that could have helped resolve the problem. The people that answered the call flatly denied either transferring me of giving me the number of apparently the only person that could help. After many disappointing attempts to remind and reconcile the problem I gave up.Remarkably, I was finally refunded. I originally placed the order on March 31, asked for a refund the second week in April and received a refund August 24.I never received any emails or phone calls letting me know a refund had been issued. I randomly checked the balance on my credit card to find it had been issued. I will never purchase anything from them again. I have told this story to everyone I know warning them of what an absolute horrible customer service department they have and what a terrible experience it was dealing with them. Regardless of the parts they may have, unless you like to be abused and ignored, DO NOT buy anything from them that requires customer service. You will be severely disappointed.

I placed an international parts order for my 66 Fastback Mustang from South Africa and during the shipping process, one part unfortunately got damaged while another part landed up being misplaced and was not received on this end. CJ Pony Parts wasted no time in resolving this issue after reporting it and replacement parts had been shipped to me within less than a week. This is my personal experience from this company. I have been purchasing parts for my 1967 mustang I purchased to restore. So I ordered a interior kit for it cost of $2347.48. I paid with my credit card and 3 days later I get an email telling me that As a first-time customer making a large purchase such as the one you submitted, we request payment to be made securely using one of the following payment methods; PayPal, PayPal Credit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or a wire transfer with your bank. You can also finance your purchase through Affirm (U.S. resident only). I called them and talk to a person and explained that I’m using this credit card for the restoration purchases as I get points and they told me they wouldn’t sell me parts unless I used one of their payments methods. This is an absolute disgrace and horrible customer service and for that reason I would never recommend this company for any parts for anything they ever work on or build . I wish I could’ve gave a negative star review because they deserve -5 stars review

Rating would be worse if possible. Ordered $2,000 worth of parts for my 06 Mustang and order was canceled by CJ Pony because I used a credit card for payment. Since it was my first time purchasing from them they wanted me to use PayPal or direct Wire transfer for payment. First time I have ever ran into a situation were my money was refused.

Ordered parts (“in stock”) received wrong ones 4-6 weeks later ( wasn’t “in stock”obviously) . 3-4 weeks zero response from customer service via email, calling etc. ( not sure if they have any….. hire someone maybe?) Forced to dispute charge with Visa . Finally a response from company. Shipped parts back at my own expense ($180). Company got parts back, I got refunded and then banned from future orders due to the dispute as if I did something wrong? Try hiring smarter sales associates and maybe a customer service team instead of blaming me for disputing with reasonable cause. Recommend saving yourselves the grief and order from other companies….. there’s lots to choose from.

Ordering was easy and prices were fair. Shipping was very timely faster than I expected. Only issue I had was one of the plugs for the taillights I ordered was wrong been on hold on phone for over hr till I finally chose the call me back option been waiting all day and still no call back. Dont matter how good a service you provide is or how good pricing is if you dont make yourself available for when there is a problem. Im a very loyal customer when it comes to repeat business if I feel Ive been taken care of. Hopefully this gets worked out sooner than later. Was looking for a center console for my wifes 66 Mustang. The website was a little confusing as to which one would actually be right for her car. There were four different listings for the consoles and they all had what appeared to be the same picture. So I called CJ and got a professional on the line. I dont remember his name, but he knew his parts! Helped me figure out the right model and part number and got me squared away very quickly. Same day shipping and free!! That generic response you give everyone else you can save it. I know you dont care, if you did you would take better care of the people that keep you in business. No response. Their website talks about great customer service. It looks like Im not the only one that is disappointed. Moving on to a different vendor. Ordered 3 different times from CJ & they’ve completely messed up 2 out of the 3.First was an cat-back exhaust ordered & they sent me floor mats for a completely different vehicle. Recently we ordered a full set of disk brakes for our 1967 Mustang Convertible from CJ Pony parts, what we didnt realize was we should have ordered for 14 inch wheels and not 15 inch wheels. CJ Pony parts had no problem giving us a refund but thier policy is we would have to pay the frieght. The weight on these brakes was over 150 lbs and it was going to cost us a great deal of money to do that. Rebecca a CJ Pony parts customer associate came to our rescue. She explained how we had been a good customer for the last seven years and she convinced them to do a one time customer appreciation pickup for us. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do your self a favor and purchase elsewhere. Ordered parts over 2 months ago with shipping to arrive in 3-5 days. One part shipped, other is back ordered for 2 weeks. I call as many times as possible and can never get a single person on the line. I was added to call back lists, sent emails and requested every way to be in contact and was ghosted and bought my products elsewhere (americanmuscle) and everything arrives immediately. Fast forward to today where CJ has now charged my card again and shipped the back ordered part after all my attempts and requests. I email again and request refund and cancel. They tell me they have a tracking number so I’m screwed and just have to accept it. Convenient they respond once they have my money and refuse to refund. I will never order here again truthfully.

Zero stars is what they deserve. I have been trying to get an issue resolved since Dec. They sent me parts for a convertible when I needed for a coupe. They were suppose to replacements and I waited 3 months so I ordered from NPD and had the correct parts in a week. The told me I would get a refund and even sent me what looked like a credit but I didnt receive it. I received a refund for part I ordered and cancelled. They are clueless. Even sent parts to my house and charged me tax when I am a body shop. I have sent at least 5 more emails to Matthew Justice with no response. I cant believe they are in business after reading all the other reviews.

I’ve ordered a few times from CJ, and usually they do ok.However, 2X I’ve ordered parts that were listed as “in stock” on their website, only to get an email a few days later that the item was out of stock. Could’ve ordered somewhere else, and got the parts faster.Suggestion, if you plan to order from them, call and make sure your part is in stock, rather than rely on their webpage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! Ship out parts with NO packing at all! Then when it arrived broken they want FedEx to pay them before the will accept the return or help you at all! When i asked for a refund th,ey told me to destroy my part and send them pictures! So they can get a refund from FedEx for there own mistakes. Buyer Beware. We ordered parts for a 73 Ford pickup and they did not come close to fitting. We cancelled the other orders we had with Pony Parts and returned everything. They have refused to issue credits for our returns. Just be careful. The quality is poor and you are stuck with the cost even if you return the parts.

Stole my money. They are nothing but theives. Never ordered a part and it got sent to my house cost me 128 dollars spoke with Brian for instructions to return it...I returned it and did everything he said and they deny that they got the package and were helpless on the phone. They didn’t care. Months later still no refund.UPDATE: after them responding to my review I reached out to resolve this and they did confirm they got my return and the refund money didn’t go threw...they claim they are working to resolve this waiting for the update and they are not being very responsive and still no refund money. If I don’t receive my money this just confirms my statement above and can provide photos to this post to prove it.

I was happy to see that I moved fairly close to a classic bronco parts store. I was thinking it would be like being close to Wild Horses or James Duff. Boy was I mistaken.I have called them six times and have yet to talk to anyone at the store. Three times I’ve waited on hold for over an hour and three times I’ve used the “handy” call back features, zero callbacks. I’ve also tried the live chat feature multiple times, only to get a bot that tells me there is no one available to chat. What a joke of a store.

What an utterly frustrating company to deal with... if they werent the only company with parts in stock, Im sure that hundreds of people would be spending their hard-earned dollars elsewhere.After setting up an account as a first time buyer, I succeeded in processing an order that was a little over $1100.00 on my credit card, which is apparently not a secure payment method, and after receiving an email a short while later, my order was immediately cancelled.After waiting on the phone for close to an hour, I was finally able to chat with someone who explained that, unlike every other major retailer online, they do not accept credit cards as a secure form of payment from Canadians, and that I would have to set up a Paypal account. Now we dont have any retailers, Canadian or American, that my company uses that requires a paypal, instead of a CC, so I have no need for it. Stacy was able to help me process a successful order for under $100 USD that has already arrived, but the other $1000.00, which I was told would be allowed, has now been cancelled over a week later.I didnt think that a company like this would be refusing to do business but based on the poor customer service I have received since then, both online and over the phone, it seems that most of these reviews are correct in their account of the horrible service, shipping issues and now payment matters. Do yourselves a favor and order somewhere else.

I should have read reviews first, but I decided to take a chance due to YouTube videos. Super bad experience with this business. I read the FAQ because its takes forever to get a hold of someone. Then while trying the chatservice, they person is not knowledgeable of their products. They are just typists lol. Then I got the run around and spoke to three people. Finally got an answer but by that time I was over with dealing with them. Ask for a refund and they told me that I will pay return because there was nothing wrong with it. However, I tried to get information but as I mentioned couldnt get someone until days later. So now it is my fault.

The parts are the same thing as every other place but I like how this site is easy to find parts on. On the other hand I have to call customer service pretty much every other order with a problem related to shipping. Most recent one was a missing fuel sending unit gasket that was supposed to be in the box but was missing not back ordered or anything. Currently trying to get through to someone on the phone which takes forever. I call them so much that I saved them as a contact.

Yes its tough to get through on the phones, but Ive found that to be true of a lot of suppliers in the auto restoration biz during this past year. But CJ Pony still has a great line-up of parts, and when I had a problem with a delivery damaged item, my guy Justin E. worked it out promptly and efficiently. (And to those who complain about sheet metal fitment quality, Id say- try restoring a rare old British or Italian car. Then lets talk.)

Absolutely disappointing! Just received a plastic trunk mat when I paid $130 for a rubber one. I have matching front and rear mats on the way as well as a few other items. I hope these are correct. No one has answered the phone when I called but they will send you multiple useless emails.

I understand they are the middle-man and Ive not had any opportunities to deal with their customer service from a product point of view although Ive dealt with them where parts are not in stock. In those instances though, Ive had my expectations managed by a courteous and prompt rep and in both cases my part arrived AHEAD of the expected wait time.CJ parts is on my short list for aftermarket items in future.Cheers

No big deal, except it doesnt matter how much info I give them they never send return labels, cant ever find order information, rarely return e-mails, and it takes forever to get to someone on the phone.

I’ve been a long time customer (8+yrs) until this week. I have been trying to get a hold of an actual human customer service agent for the past week without luck, no replies no answer. I ordered 5 months ago and have yet to receive my products. They have a deceiving website that says products are available and when you order there’s a backlog and good luck getting them to address your issue, but they will charge your card right away. Plenty of other online places that will give you much better service.

I ordered a stainless steel trim part for my interior that was made by an outside vendor with one edge slightly bent down and what looked like possibly a laser scorch mark on the edges. My 14 Mustang is a dedicated show car, and I was concerned that this part may not lay correctly on my cupholder cover as well as not look correct. I tried to gently bend it back on the damaged edge, but this gave the corner a wavy look and was now doubly unacceptable. I ordered a replacement but added a note in the comments area that I thought it would be great customer service if CJPP replaced this part at no charge, thinking that my request would be ignored. Much to my surprise Rebecca looked into the matter and asked for more details. After that she offered to send a free replacement of the damaged part. This surprised me as most vendors would delete my request and forget about it, but CJPP came through, thanks to Rebeccas excellent follow up. It doesnt get any better than this! Thank you, Rebecca!

I have used them for the last year and a half for parts. When they are on their game they are great. But like right now I am now 11 weeks, waiting for an order to be shipped that I placed into CJ Pony for a CPP front suspension kit. When I inquired into it 9 weeks after I placed the order they asked me details on what I wanted in the kit. So I am assuming they never sent a PO into CPP and when I asked if they did I get a song and pony show instead of a direct answer.

I ordered a disc brake conversion kit for a 1965 Ford mustang Im helping a friend with, the conversion kit was missing mounting brackets for the brake booster. I called customer service after waiting on hold for about an hour the customer service lady then argued with me about what I needed but said it will be taken care of in 48 hours. I called back 3 days later talked to another person who then asked for pictures of parts I dont have. I sent in pictures of what I do have now its been about 2 weeks and I cant get a response via email and have a car in my garage that I cant move. Their customer service has been terrible. Ive been waiting on parts I ordered 3.5 months ago! The order was taken but it seems they dont care if they ever send the parts to me. My project has been effectively halted due to this companies inability to ship parts. I was miraculously able to speak with a rep about the issue and they informed me the parts were on back order and promised their delivery the next week, which has been well over a month ago and still no parts. Since then I have tried to speak to someone with zero luck. This place is terrible and their customer service is a joke! Why someone advertises parts they are unable to secure and deliver is frustrating! Doing business with this company is quite the gamble! Hope you have better luck than I have had! I would be hard pressed to ever do business with them again!

Several weeks ago, I mistakenly ordered a left rear taillight for my 2020 Jeep Unlimited Rubicon without the necessary blindspot monitor. I spoke with a customer representative regarding the most efficient way to obtain the correct light, and he advised me to order the right part and return the one Id received, rather than waiting for them to process my return and ship another. I promptly returned the item, at my expense, $45, and ordered one with the monitor. My PayPal account was subsequently credited for the returned light. A couple of weeks later, the correct part arrived and was installed.Then just last week, a second replacement part arrived, which had not been ordered, presumably mistakenly sent by CJ Pony Parts to replace the returned item. When I contacted customer service, they indicated I had placed 2 orders, which was not true, and that I was liable for the shipping costs -- $50 this time. The customer service representative, Sonya C.s responses to my emails were evasive and nonsensical with respect to the concerns and facts being communicated to her. The only logical conclusion from our interaction is that she has been advised by her supervisor not to admit their mistake, and their companys margins presently are so thin that they cant afford to do the right thing, the ethical thing, and own their mistake by absorbing the shipping cost.While cliche, the moneys not the issue here. Im writing this review in hopes that it persuades folks to shop elsewhere, CJs management reflects on their business and its culture, and someone there steps up to demonstrate accountability for conducting themselves unethically.

CJ Pony used to be my go-to source for parts. This past year I have had numerous issues with them. The website will show items in stock shipping immediately that are not in stock at all. Going on month two of waiting to hear anything about a convertible top. They shipped a hood and doors with the hood being on the bottom of the pallet with the doors on top of it. The hood was destroyed with the doors receiving minor shipping damages as well. It took some dealing with them to get it straightened out. They did ship a new hood to me. The doors I was told to accept the damages as is or ship them back to have more shipped back to me. The hinge kit showed in stock ready to ship. One hinge was back ordered for unknown shipping time delaying the order as well. The most recent deal with the top they show In stock, Expedited orders ship immediately. I was told they have to contact the manufacturer of the top to see why it has not dropped shipped in 2 months. I was told in stock does not really mean in stock. Customer service took multiple phone calls and multiple emails over a 2 week period to get contacted.

I am restoring a 1966 Mustang. Initially the wrong buns were sent. That was corrected. The customer service rep, Brandi, was helpful. I am sending the buns that do not fit back to the company. My only complaint is that I am required to pay for their return and it takes a while to get a rep on the phone. Otherwise I am pleased with the company.

I ordered, oil pump bolts, a bolt kit, and an oil pan kit from here about a week ago. I was sent an email saying that the oil pump bolts were back ordered, but my other parts, I paid three day shipping for...Thursday comes and my package comes in. I ONLY received, my bolt kit and my thread sealer. Where is my oil pan kit? I’ve called, I’ve emailed. I tried to do their “live chat” which is with a bot. At this point I just want my money back for my oil pan, and I’m going to go somewhere else. This is just crazy, a person shouldn’t have to go through this when it said it was in stock, and then shipped, and now it’s no where to be found. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 👎🏻

Customer service issues. I ordered a fog light kit and waited two months for it to arrive. Only thing customer service could tell me is it was a direct ship and they dont know when that will be - but they charged my credit card on the day I ordered it. Perhaps a little better expectation settings.Upon arrival half my cables were missing from the package. Still waiting on a response but Im guessing it will be something like that is directly shipped and we dont know when they will send it out. So perhaps in two more months I can have some working fog lights. Not worth the hassle.2.5 weeks after reporting the missing parts and It is only getting worse. I got two emails saying my issue has been resolved and they will close my ticket if I dont respond. They havent told me what the resolution is or what the timing is. Unbelievable!

Impossible to talk to anyone there. They kept my engine build in limbo for three week waiting for a gasket that never shipped. Sent an email. Never heard back. Tried live chat and no one was available. Finally got a call back and found out that the part still hasn’t even shipped. Cancelled the order got one from Summit. Won’t ever order from them again
