Wonderful experience! I have a warranty through Carmax and was worried about the process but Ben was extreme helpful and patient! They got me what I needed and wasn’t without my car for long at all. They’re extremely professional and have a great attitude there. Will most definitely stop here first if I need anything else done in the future!! (Also very thankful for they being open after 5pm because I’m always working 8a-5p so that was also a breath of fresh air. )

The service is received was beyond words. My vehicle temperature gauge was not moving. He found other issues I had and showed pictures, which I really appreciated. I was educated on why certain things need attention and about oil changes. I would recommend them to everyone I know, hands down.

The name says it all.My sister broke down on I-81, AAA towed her and her vehicle to Friendship Auto Service. The business was closed at the time so she left the vehicle in front of the garage door. They repaired it the next morning. We went back to pick it up and when we did, they tested her battery before we left; in front of us, and told us we needed a new battery...this one is going bad. Needless to say, a month later, I got another call from my sister, she needed a jump.

I really heard awesome things about this place. As I was referred to it by some higher ups. I was just sad that after I finally got the money to get my car fixed, I was told a part that I needed for the car couldnt be found. Im still waiting but a courtesy call would have nice even if the work couldnt be performed on my car. I feel like I was just blown off.
