Best One is a great company to do business with! I’ve been a 20 year customer and have never had a single issue with the work they do for me, which has mostly been oil changes and tire rotations. We came to Illinois from Ohio. We had bought a horse trailer that was suppose to have good tires on it. It turned out that the tires were all bad. We called Best One tire and ask if they could put tires on with trailer loaded with 3 donkeys they said yes. They we very helpful and we were on our way in less then 45 mins. I came in and asked Tim how long would it take to get my car serviced. He looked in service room and said it would be about 40 minutes. I said ok. In about 40 minutes I was on my way. I only know Tim and Ed and they are always smiling and friendly!!The others are friendly, too, but they are in the service room. Great team!!

A few weeks ago my husband and I went to Best One Tire & Service for the first time. We needed two new tires for my 2013 GMC Terrain. Thankfully, they were able to help us, because we had a long trip to make the following day. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.Immediately after choosing and paying for our tires, they pulled my car into the shop and got to work. It didnt take long (under an hour) until we were on the road again.Weve already recommended this place to others, and we will definitely be returning later for two more new tires and possibly oil changes. Best shop in town! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and the work is done well. Ive been coming here for years and will keep coming back. The last 2 times Ive been in there were for strange noises my vehicle was making that I couldnt figure out. They got rid of the noises both times for free. One was a stuck rock, the other was a bushing that needed greased. Just awesome service. Highly recommend.

Person at desk seemed in a huge rush even though I was only customer at that time. Had leaks in front tires on ZT mower. One dunked and bead glued then put back on without checking for more leaks. Other one bead glued without checking, had to beg to check for leaks. Dunk maybe 13 seconds. Then put back on backwards. Advised me to keep 35-40 psi in tires, triple what mower manual recommends.

This is the best place to go for tires and any kind of repairs people are friendly and dont try to rip you off like Ray-Ban. Numbers of times Ive taken my vehicle there to get an estimate only to find out do you get a when getting a second excrement that Raven was trying to overcharge me between $1,000 and $1,200 more then the reality cost of it to fix it. This is happened Im more than two occasions at that price.
