Ive been to 3 different places to try to figure out why my car is overheating, and Goodyear was the only place able to figure it out. Terry helped me. He was very nice, kept me updated, and took extra steps to figure out the problem with my car. Every other mechanic I’ve been to told me there’s no problem and charged me for doing nothing to help me when there obviously is a problem. I will be using Goodyear for any further service needed.

Thwy did right by me a couple weekends ago when I needed tires, and my regular place wasnt able to do it because it closes at 1:30 on Saturdays. It was a little pricey, even though I got four of the lowest-cost tires, but its a Goodyearshop, so it sells Goodyear tires. Im fine with Goodyear quality. I feel safe, and was well treated.

I recently installed a leveling kit on my jeep and it was a bit harder than expected. I messed my alignment way out of wack so I was looking for someone fast. Went online while at work to schedule an appointment for right away and they took my car. Anyways I knew it wouldnt be perfect and before they went ahead and did anything Terry kindly and professionally told me that I had some issues with bad parts and that they wouldnt be able to get it perfect. I understood and asked if they could proceed best they could. Reinaldo and Terry did an amazing job. I know they said they couldnt get it perfect but they got pretty darn close. I had went to another place and they quoted me twice as much for the same services with only two tires. They told me I get free rotation with the tires as well when I come for a service. Great shop with a really nice and helpful staff. Dropped my car off a bit early and they were able to get it done on time. Not pushy at all when it came to anything else that my car needed (brakes were a little low). Would def. recommend. Tires look and feel great!

I made an appointment as I was having issues with the tire pressure in my new set of tires which I just purchased in November.They fixed the issue within an hour and I paid nothing. Waiting area was comfortable and they offer water n coffee free of charge. Will definitely recommend and continue to give them my business.

Had an appointment set for 9:00am. Dropped my car off with a two hour window for a simple set of new tires. I called back around noon to ask if my car had been completed yet and the answer was No, we havent made our way to your vehicle yet. I told the representative not to work on my car now as I had to pick up my kidsn I.When I got to the shop the manager argued that my drop off time was 9:00 am. Then I showed him my email confirmation for service appointment at 9:00 and all he could say was he doesnt control the internet website and doesnt know why it lists time slots for appointments. Very similar problem at the Hummelstown Goodyear, work was not complete because of computer problem they are not in control of.Awful Business.

Came in with a tire that wouldnt hold air. They found a piece of plastic stuck between my tire and my rim. They removed the tire and the plastic, resealed the tire back on my rim, replaced the tire on my car and then placed the spare back in the trunk. And they reset my TPMS. And didnt charge me a thing. I had no appointment and they were busy but they were able to fit me in. Thank you so much guys!!

Friendly people, good service and very clean environment

I called in the morning to purchase 4 new tires and to have them mounted and balanced the same day. The staff and management were complete professionals, super friendly and kept my budget in mind. They took me the same day and completed the work in a timely manner as promised. Additionally, I asked them to look into several other issues which they fixed as well. The staff are true to their word and its very refreshing to know that professional businesses with a home town feel still exist. I highly recommend.

I had ordered attire the day before it was there when I arrived the following morning. the tech that actually put my tire on he was great his name was Terry very friendly and I also received a thank you card in the mail which was pretty nice. I will definitely be returning to buy more tires

I went to this location for an oil change for “30$” n spend over 300$ to come n find out 2 days later The axle in my car that they replaced it was not a new one because it went bad immediately!!!!! Had too Go too a different good year to get this resolved and the entire way there I had to have my four ways on because my car was not safe to drive I will never recommend this place again or go there you ask for a oil change they will just Fup your car n tell you it’s good too Go !Oh and it only took 5 hours for my Oil Chang aka for them to fix what Did not need to BE FIXED!!!

The team at Goodyear on Jonestown Rd Harrisburg is super helpful. Ive purchased my last few sets of tires from them and my experience is always good. Knowledgeable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. Also when I had a slow air leak in one of the tires I bought they squeezed me in quickly on a busy Saturday and fixed my tire for free.

This is a great place to go and have your car worked on! Terry is excellent and very professional and so are the mechanics. Very honest people as well. I highly recommend this place!

I showed up with a newly acquired flat tire, with less than an hour until closing. The Manager, Daniel, invited me, fixed the tire, and provided me a most amazing deal. Friendly, capable, well managed and they truly exercise customer service. I have just switched my loyalty to Goodyear! They want you to keep coming back again and again. Always a great experience. Ive gotten my tires from them (and its where I do my oil changes) and I love them. Terry is fantastic and all the mechanics are fast, efficient and not once have I walked out of there feeling like Ive been taken advantage of. Great service all the way around (I just wish they had better Wifi so I could work there!)

One of the worst, most unprofessional experiences Ive had with a business in a long time. Ordered tires online and had a scheduled appointment to have tires installed. The appointment was confirmed by the location and confirmation that they had the tires to install. After dropping my vechile off and waiting for installation for over an hour I was informed they dont have the tires and wouldnt have them for 4 more days. No management involvement to apologize for their lack of doing their job to ensure they had tires before confirming they did. I found a local shop that was able to get the 2 tires I need within 30 minutes and will never use a Goodyear Corporate location again.

Came to my rescue with their quick service when I had an emergency with my tires. I was away from home, over a hundred miles away, with an emergency and their great customer service made feel at ease. Their quality service is appreciated.

I love these guys. If I could give them 100 stars I would. I was told when I got my inspection (at a different auto repair company), that I would need breaks soon but put it off for a few months. I finally got around to changing them so I took it to Goodyear. They could have changed the breaks and took my money but instead they were honest and told me they were still in good shape. I love their honesty. More recently, I got a flat tire from a nail puncture. I took my car in to Goodyear, they patched the tire in 45 minutes and it was FREE!! I cant say enough good things about their honesty, professionalism, and quality of work.

They couldn’t do a front end alignment because of my oversized tires. Had I known this before I showed for my appointment I could’ve brought the old wheels so they could’ve performed the alignment. Pure ignorance on their behalf since they were informed that I put different wheels and oversized tires on. Waste of time and customer service sucked.
