When you’re a guy like me who drives a Dodge Challenger like he don’t own it, potholes become a major obstacle. I originally took my car into a Dodge dealership when my front left wheel started giving me issues, and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong. Unconvinced, given that issues with my wheel persisted, I then took my car to Team One where they identified the issue almost immediately.Imagine that - a dealership failing to diagnose the problem in a car in which they ‘specialize’ - haha. Ive been going to Team One for over 10 years. They are honest about things with reasonable prices. They always explain everything when I need something done. They are great about keeping up with the mileage checkups & maintenance and oil changes. I would recommend them to anyone.

They charged me to fix my car, charged to perge canister, you cant do that unless computer is reset and charged me 223.00 I had to replace the damaged perge plus vacuum canister when it was throttle body that was issue for stalling at A to Z automotive. Team One will charge you for work not related to problem and to alter my mustang couldve gotten me killed. Plus initially someone changed my review and added photos of my 57 chevy with 3 deuces

The only thing I can say about this place is that they have some good people there...And they will try to beat you as well if you dont know anything about a vehicle.. The problem I had with my rear breaks was not what this place claim it was and wanted to charge me 294.00 dollars... I got the problem done for only 40.00 elsewhere..

Scheduled my van for inspection, dropped it off @ 7 am and was told it would be about 3 hours. Almost 5 hours later I go back and am told a guy came in with his friends shouting and insisting all of theirs be done first thus my vehicle is still sitting in the bay uninspected. I went to Team 1 because they had good reviews and the best price around but if this is how they do business then no thanks....

I visited the shop. Looking for James R the mechanic who works there. I actually dated him at one time. Long story short. James refused to come out of the shop to see me face to face because he knew I was coming to confront him and claim my belongings he had in his beat up Dodge Ram pick up truck.So Amber said he was out on a test drive.I said fine, Ill swing back by later.Later I called, James gave them some pity him story and told them I was a junkie looking for money for drugs or alcohol idk. Again Amber told me he was let go for certification purposes.I asked o really.. is that why his truck is still parked out back.I tried explaining to her that Jamie Rice is the one who kept texting me! Telling me to stop by.Again she was extremely rude, and threatened to call the cops if I came on the property.So Im guessing.. if they still employed Jamie, I know just want kind of garage it is.Because I was also inquiring to have the tires balanced and rotated and the tire tensors reset on a Ford F350 Super DutyWhich I ended up getting serviced at Graybil.So.Im going to say I do not recommend this garage... As my experience has been very dissatisfiedAnd disappointed

Team one is the only car repair shop I trust with my car. Pofessional..trustworthy and my car is always ready in a timely manner.

Never go back again. I put up with waiting the whole day for an oil change many times but this time they broke something on my car and never told me. They would not buy the part to have it fixed the way it was, not fair. They said I would have to buy the part. They did take care of it their way but it is not the way I brought it in there and I am not happy.

On a recent road trip I needed a trailer tire, a sister location directed us to the Paxton St location. Getting the tire turned into an almost all day ordeal, it took longer to get the new tire, they had difficulty removing the old tire, they had trouble mounting the new tire, they could not get the new tire to inflate. Eventually they took the tire to a competitor to seat the bead and inflate. This tire was never mounted and used as a spare for the remainder of the trip. When I arrived home the next day the tire was flat again, the air leaked out the old valve stem (no idea why they didnt change it with the tire). Yes they got me a spare tire in a pinch, no it was no where near the original timeline they gave me and they had serious complications with completing the job.

The worst place to ever take your vehicle. The woman at the front desk, Amber, is a shiesty evil money grubbing woman. She claims to help you out when really she’s plotting on how to take your money. I wrecked directly in front of their business and she “offered” to pull me out for no charge, then went behind my back and tried to hold my car hostage for $350! When I confirmed the total was free many times, because I have full coverage and could have had my insurance call me a tow ! Then she lied to my insurance agent. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE . They are greedy evil humans. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else . I am also reporting them to BBB. I wish I could give them negative stars

I never dont write reviews too often but I have to share me experience on here. I went to the Team One on Paxton Street and brought my SUV into there because another garage said It was time to change my Differential & Transfer case fluids because it was time. @ 52K miles I thought what? My manual even said that it wasnt due yet so took it to Team one told them that, they check it and said It looked fine to go up to 75K when the scheduled maintenance is due.I though wow, actually honesty from a garage, I like it!Ive now take my SUV & wifes car there for all my 3 oil changes, 1 inspection & 1 wheel alignment. Finally found my mechanic in Harrisburg.

I had a good experience with the store. Employees are helpful.
