Its a pretty good target. Some of the staff dont seem to be doing anything. Usually its the young felame employees working in the clothing section. They are almost always just standing around talking and never working. But in the rest of the store, all the employees do a good job!

Clean Store-easy to navigate-convienent

Stopped to pick up a few pairs of Jeans and only had one pair in my size.Spoke with a young lady at the customer help desk and she ordered 2 pair for me...very nice and very helpful. Great service.

I’ve applied here for years and I can only say they won’t hire me because i’m a disabled and i’m black woman. i advised not to support them!! i know i won’t ever again!!

Target High Pointe always has what I am looking for. Sometimes I have to go to Harrisburg North location but it’s a very rare occasion. Staff is helpful, they always give my kids stickers and say hi to them. The only thing that could be a little bit better is the Family bathroom it’s not that clean. It’s not the staffs fault, I think it’s just how people use it and don’t clean up after themselves.Target will always be my favorite store to shop at for anything and everything I need . I would have been a very disappointed customer had it not been for your employee, Rachael at the check out. As an over 70 years old customer, I am sad to see that everything needed to activate savings any more is done via computer or phone. I am sure that I speak for many when I say that we are not computer savy and hate the new way things have to be done. If it were not for Rachael helping me, I probably would have left without a purchase. She was so patient and sweet.

I stopped in to pick up my online order and I believe the associates name was Christina- SO FRIENDLY, fantastic eyelashes, took notice to my big pregnant belly and reminded me I could pick up a baby bag as well with my order!! How seriously kind of her!? I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Lots of helpful things in this little bag. We went to the Harrisburg East store this morning to take advantage of the black friday shopping deals. Im amazed at how helpful and genuinely friendly the store associates were . I havent done very much in store shopping since the pandemic, but decided to go for it, this morning. The employees at this Target blew my mind with their positive and accomadating attititudes .Well done and thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

I was able to save a significant amount of money from the Cartwheel offers and my Red Card. My total was originally about $26 and was brought down to under $19. The Target app is very useful and easy to use. Target also provides a very welcoming upscale shopping environment. Because of this, most of my shopping is done here.

Pricey but they have some good quality items.

Convenient. name brands. pretty good store brand. prices are variable - some really good, groceries seem a little high but if you need a few things while grabbing other things.. do it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always has my favorite products in stock. I use their on-line order and in store pick-up and they do a great job getting your order ready for pick up.

This store is winning when it comes to curbside. Go there all the time and they are usually waiting for me, never waited more than 30 seconds for an attendant with my things!

The clerks at this store are so nice and helpful. I was looking for lactose free milk and the young guy that worked back at the freezer section actually went back into the the deep freeze to get me some, now thats service.

Apparently you can’t go into a Target these days with a diaper backpack without being followed around and borderline harassed, as if you’re stealing. And the funny thing is this diaper backpack was actually bought at target. I guess having two kids with me still isn’t enough to prove what the diaper Backpack is for. And having blue and pink hair and tattoos I guess makes me an easy mark for target workers. Shame on you target.

Cool and interesting items. Target manages to stay on trend and off cool and quality items. Value can not be beat. Everytime I go in to a Target I find something I love!! I also appreciate the friendly and helpful associates.

Your store is very neat and clean.....items on the shelves are where they should be....ie: no bedding items on the shelf with pots and pans ....I understand that PEOPLE will put things they dont want just anywhere....Your store has this under control.....Very few unpurchased items on the floor is another thing.....some stores have plenty of that and Ive seen their employees walk by and not pick up anything like that. Thank you for your attention to matters that matter...

I was there to pick up my order for $8 worth of stuff, I had my order# and email opened on phone, when i showed the order# on phone to attendee, he told me he needed Drivers license... I had to walk the whole way out to my car and get my wallet, then wait in line again, in the middle of a pandemic. I will not be shopping at target ever again. Walmart doesnt require ID to pick up your order, and amazon delivers. Worst experience Ive had with any company. I dont usually give reviews unless they are 5 star, but I feel obligated to tell everyone about this terrible experience, and yes I know now they require and ID to pick up order, but for $8 worth of stuff is just unacceptable.

Target makes it very convenient to shop. If you don’t have time to shop just order it online and go get it. I can’t wait for curbside pickup. That will be a game changer when the kids are sick and you need something.

I just wanted to give the Starbucks store employees a shout out. Today was super busy as usual but they also had a very tired overwhelmed little one next to them screaming and throwing things. They made the drinks perfectly and kept a pleasant attitude.

I stop in when its convenient but dont go out of my way to shop at this store. I find the selection in boys clothing to be lacking, and the store itself just feels dirty. Shoe department very messy, floors throughout look like they havent been swept or cleaned in a long time. The restrooms are very dirty, and the parking lot is usually strewn with garbage.

Nice Target, clean and spacious. There is a Starbucks and Pizza Hut express that is inside the store. Nice selection of items in all departments. Usually well staffed and easy to find someone. Plenty of parking.

I love Target in general, but today I dropped by a pack of envelopes, which they were out of, and a 12 circular fluorescent bulb, which they dont seem to carry at all. So I bought nothing, but on the way out stopped at the snack bar and asked for a grilled cheese sandwich, only to be told it would take 20 minutes. 20 minutes?!? Not asking for a gourmet meal here, just a grilled cheese sandwich. Hmph

The store was nice and clear. Well organized and the associates were nice. I would definitely come back to this Facility.

The stores are well maintained and the products are green, cool, and reasonably priced.

I ordered 10 of a single item. When I arrived, I was given 2 of that item whereupon I advised the staff that I had ordered 10. Staff consulted an electronic device to verify and sent floor staff out to retrieve the remainder of my order. Meanwhile, my autistic son and I spent time perusing the dollar corral and picked up a few more things to buy when we went back to finally pick up our order. I hate to have made her wait for me while I was doing extra shopping!

They don’t build Targets this huge in the Big Apple. The place is reasonably tidy and organized and has ample parking. The only hitch was the startled look in the cashier’s face when we told her we’re paying cash, and how she struggled to produce the right amount of change from the register.

I am a big fan of Target and this location is the most convenient for my family. I love combining coupons, Cartwheel and other shopping discount apps to get great prices. I also always use a Red Card for 5% off.My only reservation and reason for not giving 5 stars is because it seems like every time I go through the checkout line at Target, the discounts dont ring up correctly and I find myself at Customer Service. Although CS is very willing to fix the error, I am typically shopping with two children under the age of 3 and waiting in another line is never something to be desired.

Best Target in the area, well stocked and clean with helpful and friendly staff. I rate this place highly.Story time:We had asked a sales associate for help finding a product we couldn’t see on the shelves. She checked with folks in back via radio but after having no luck finding the product in the back we thanked her for her help and continued on our way. Later on, while wandering the store we encounter the same associate, she found what we were looking for after all and went through the whole store looking for us. Epic win. Super helpful people.

The gentleman who assisted me was very prompt and kind. You could tell he loved his job and was eager to assist customers.

The store was clean, bright, and well stocked, but my most expensive purchase did not scan the price that was listed on the shelf and I did not realize it until I was gone. Just check and double check pricing. I would return, but I do not live in the area.

Parking lot was extremely littered, inside of store was filthy, tons of shelves were empty or contained the wrong item(s), and the employee I asked for help finding an item couldnt tell me if the store even sold the item... worst Target Ive been to in quite some time; Would give 0 stars if it were an option.

Management attitude was horrible, like they didnt even want to be there! the one manager, he was a guy.. (chubby, glasses, black hair.) treated his one guest service employee like crap I felt horrible for him!! and the sad part about it is, he was one of their best guest service employees, i dont see him there anymore.. probably tired of the way he got treated there!! I should of put in a complaint about that.. totally ridiculous!

The store is clean and well lit as you would expect from a Target. The selection is pretty good and the prices are okay. The entry way always smells terrible for some reason though.

The cashier my wife encountered today was one of the rudest individuals imaginable. After missing nap due to car troubles, our 2 year old was overly tired and not having the best behavior. The cashiers response to this after multiple groans and sighs was that kids in her day would be slapped for acting like that. She went on to say that nowadays people have to wait until they get home to do that... WHAT?!?! Maybe this Target is not the classier option to Walmart...

Target lost photo book I had developed of children. No explanation no apology, just out the hour it took me to create it and out the photo book. The book could be in the hands of strangers and Im just to be ok with that?

The mens department is a joke. They have everything you need to pull off the whole middle age suburban white guy look. If you are a man shopping for clothes please go somewhere else. Targets mens department is for women buying clothes for their husbands who secretly hate the clothes their wives have bought. Every other department has fashionable affordable clothes but the buyer for the mens department should be fired.

Weve found things like the ALWAYS EXPENSIVE, contemporary table lamps to be ridiculously affordable! Best, soft as a baby bunny ( BUT NOT!) Shag area rugs AVAILABLE ANYWHERE,AT THE BEST PRICES! Dont know what youre looking for,but give This Target a shot! Did I mention the @Starbucks to the Rt. as you enter??!

Please do not go to this location.The worst one in Harrisburg in my opinion. I was waiting in the electronics department for 15 minutes only to find out that the representative wanted me to stay another 15 minutes as she checked backstock for having my item… Possibly. Called the store manager to express my concern about understaffed areas and was met with a question of “so what do you want to come out of this?” As far as I can tell, this location is ready to make you stand around spend your money, and very incompetent and resolving customer issues. If this is the closest location to you, trust me, take the drive !

Everyone is friendly and helpful! Also the Starbucks employees are super nice and are hard workers! I strongly suggest this location!
