Ive been a patron at Beauty Town over 15 years always greeted by staff.I was recently in the store on July 25,2021, I stock up on a particular item due to it being sold out all the time. The owner charged me a higher price then sticker price. He blamed his staff for the wrong price on merchandise an the register price is correct. I realize this minutes after the sale was complete bring it to the ower attention. The owner felt he would give me one of the item at the lower price.This was unacceptable with other patron in the store agreeing with me.I was told by the by owner Im no longer permitted in the store.Whats your thoughts public?

They always have a good selection of merchandise. There have new management now and they are so much nicer.

Ive been going here for years. Im always able to find what Im looking for here. The staff is always nice and very helpful. I will continue a call here because of the service and merchandise I get.

My favorite place to shop. I never had any problems with my purchases. The employees are always willing to help and they are very generous.

On the natural hair items i went for their prices were double. I will not pay more being that their prices are so high they should offer price comparison. You know everybody has their own opinion. The store does carry a lot of nice things though so this store maybe for somebody else just not me

I wouldnt know how it was; I didnt have money to spend here sadly. Ill be back though when Ive got a new paycheck. 😊😀😃☺

This is the worst place I will never go back! I’m sorry you should stand by your products and not sell junk at high prices. I’m not one to return items unless I am unsatisfied and what I got and the price I paid was really upsetting. Then when I tried to return not even 24hrs after I bought it they screamed at me and said if I don’t leave the store they were going to call the police. I’m 35 years old and never in my life have I been threatened to have the police called on me and all bc I wanted my money back for a item that was cheep looking and quality but expensive. So my advice if you do choose to go here make sure you ask a lot of questions and actually touch the hair!!

Staff is always super helpful, and every time Ive gone there for any hair supplies, they always have it, and if its something new they will look into getting it. I visit often ( every two weeks) and I have never had a bad experience. Wish they had a website, that way i could order at work, and pick up items on the way home. ;)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, I live in Lebanon and will drive here to get my lace front wigs, their selections are GREAT.They also just put in a NYX stand that I am really digging. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love this place for all sorts of reason. I like to go in and buy their cute hair accessories. I recently bought a wig there and the woman who helped me was just so wonderful!

I HATE going to this store. They are incredibly rude and their prices are higher than my favorite Philly hair store. But they have the best selection of hair in town.

This is the top Beauty Supply store in the Harrisburg area. This store has high quality wigs, beauty supplies and much more....I would recommend this store over any other Beauty supply store.
