Friendly and helpful staff. It will be nice when their shelfs are stocked again. Each time I go theyre out of things.

Amelia was the best. Very knowledgeable, customer focused and courteous. Her expertise on all of the products were second to none. A true pleasure to consult with her.

I am very unpleased with how Cosmoprof has been ran lately. I had to stop in to grab shampoo and conditioner & there was a sign on the door that said “Went to lunch around noonish”. This is disappointing and unprofessional. There was nothing that stated when they would be out or when they would be back. The store opened back up at 1250. I went in around 1 & there was two employees working. Extremely unprofessional to close a whole store with no notice when two employees are working. People drive at least a half hour sometimes to come to the store and have to leave there salons to grab things and for there to be nothing online or when you call saying there is no one there, it is a waste of time. Miss Jenny was very essential to this business. She is very missed.

This review has nothing to do with employees. I went to the Cosmoprof this morning during business hours to pick up supplies only to find a hand written sign, stating that Saturdays were pick up only. This was for that day of the week only. When i questioned the employee she stated it was Company policy. If something is company policy, it should be posted on the companys online resources so that customers know BEFORE they drive to your store. I tried to call, but the phone was busy. So there is no way to know details prior to showing up. In the 21st century I had thought a larger corporate company like this would be able to post hours and policies accurately somewhere besides on a hand written note on the front door. This is how you lose business.

Just go to any other location. Went in today because i was desperate. Cashier, (older lady) seemed to be taking a personal phone call behind the register did not acknowledge me at first. Dropped the f bomb in front of my 3 year old and then asked if I was ready. Did not greet me. Finally put the phone down when a line was forming. Didnt say one word to me until I was halfway out the door and asked if I wanted my reciept. The girl with grey hair was nice and seemed embarrassed over her co workers worth ethic.
