Couldn’t have had a better experience! Popped my tire and figured it was time for a new set of tires anyways. James told me I just needed to replace the one tire cause the others were still good (I don’t know much about cars/tires). Saved me a bunch of money and they were able to get my car realigned too! James gave me a bunch of great advice, was super helpful and very friendly!!

Staff and service were excellent! I got a flat tire on the highway and needed a replacement right away. The team was really responsive and empathetic to my situation.Will be back to replace the rest of my tires in the winter.Thank you!!

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!Don’t take your car to this place.It’s not worth it. Staff are rude and they charge you more than they work on ur car.Worst people sitting in front desk.Go to dealers instead of them.

I went 2 times for oil change, 1st time around 6:20 pm and they says was so late. Next day, around 6:00 pm and the same answer!!! ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Warranty and tires are good but service was pretty slow.

Youve got to love it when you have rust spots on the frame but it passed inspection and suggest you sell the car before the next inspection and avoid potholes. Went to the frame shop and it can be fixed for $500 - $600 and be good as new. They also pointed out that the inspection was expired! Went by Firestone and was told sorry, he shouldnt have said that. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

We made a appointment online,to get a leaking tire fixed, and got a confirmation. Went there at the appointment time, and was told they have no record of the appointment. They also said the online system never checks to see whether they actually have appointments available. We showed them the confirmation on my phone, and was told that theres nothing they can do and fixing the online system is above their pay grade. The best they could do is have me have me wait for 4 hours, and maybe they can get me in, or they can make an appointment for me for another day. I drove all the way there with a confirmed appointment, which they wont honor. I ended up leaving and going up the street to Tires Plus ( their sister company ), and they got me in right away, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. I will never go back to Firestone again.

This shop does a great job I feel confident dropping my vehicle off here that they will take care of my automotive repair needs at an economical rate. Thanks guys.

Got a flat tire on a Saturday and the guys at Firestone were kind enough to fit me into an already packed schedule. I did have an issue with my tire leaking air after that and mentioned it in the survey they send out. The manager called me almost immediately after I submitted that feedback to set me up for a time to get it fixed up! I really appreciated him going out of his way to reach out and his dedication to improving the customer experience!

Oil change possibly my tires will be coming from there I like Firestone place is clean and people at the front desk are friendly if you going to take your vehicle for anything I will check Firestone first

Firestone has done good work on my cars for 20 years, but the manager Tom at this store decided not to own his techs mistakes and made a bad situation worse. I went in for an oil change and they found I needed a tire rotation, steering alignment, cabin filter, some light bulbs, and a state safety inspection. I agreed to all, they completed the work and the next day my steering was making squealing noises. The third day I saw fluid under my car, popped the hood and found the steering fluid reservoir resting on the top belt wheel. I called off work and called Firestone, Tom the manager completely denied his tech would do that, because there was no reason for the tech to dismount the reservoir. I took it in that morning and showed him the damage. After playing with the reservoir and the mounts and finding no reasonable explanation Tom had a surprised look on his face but decided to try and spin our findings. He said, I dont know how that happened but my techs didnt do it. Maybe it was like that from the last time you had work done. Maybe it jumped off and over the mount when you drove home. Did he think I went off-roading in my Kia Rio? I couldnt believe it. He was basically calling me an idiot to my face as we stared at the issue. I asked how was the reservoir going to do that with the hood down?, because part of the mount is a 3 metal bar sticking straight up separating the reservoir from the wheel. He again denied his techs would do that but said hed help me out like he was doing me a favor. We went inside and he wrote up an estimate for $160 ($70 for the damaged part). I was upset but didnt have much of a choice. I couldnt drive it anywhere without risking further damage and I held some hope he wasnt serious about the estimate. I called in the next afternoon to check the status of my car and Tom said, Im sorry but I meant to call you yesterday but I was so busy. That part is kind of irregular and Im not gonna be able to get one for 5-7 days. Again, Tom made it worse but what could I do? After hanging up the phone I got on Amazon and found steering reservoir for $40 and could have it the next day. I called Tom, explained and he still hesitated to use the amazon part because it wasnt from his normal vendors. Finally he agreed and offered, If you pay for the part, Ill pay for the labor. Wow! What a deal.. The reservoir sits atop some mounts and has two pinch style hose clamps. No tools necessary and It was his labor that caused this problem but I needed my car back. The next day I brought over the part and they installed it like sloppy amateurs. Ill never go back.In short, dont take your car to this Firestone. Tom and his techs are incompetent and disreputable.The pics are how I first found the reservoir, where it actual goes but not actually mounted, and the last is the finished installation with fluid everywhere.

I have such a disappointing and bad experience in this store. The guy doesnt not communicate well and had me ruin a credit application for no reason. I am doing a simple work on my car and I have money to cover my stuff he ruin my credit without my concent and now there is a new inquiry in my credit due to his lack of professionalism and consideration. Such a bad experience. I will never set my foot in this place anymore. Ofcourse I denied receiving their credit card, who cares. I have the means to cover for my auto care Bills. Nonsense

If you own even any car that you care for never take it to this location unless you want someone to take a joyride with it. Dropped off a Tesla P100D for just a simple inspection, WHICH WASNT SUPPOSED TO BE DRIVEN AT ALL. What I saw later, through an app I use to track driving data that someone took it for a joyride at 70 mph around the location. Funniest part, the person who drove my vehicle for fun wasn’t even doing the inspection or licensed to complete inspections. Andy Patrick (Tire Sales Manager) did, and did not care what so ever that he took my 80 thousand dollar vehicle flying down a 35 mph road at 70MPH. All he literally replied with was “It is what it is” over and over again.

Not good at all I went in for brakes they told me I need brakes and rotor on my back brake which would be the rear one wheel. My first visit here and im dissatisfied it cost me 400 plus taxes unbelievable.

After an issue with another place, Firestone got me in the same day and got the job done! Thank you!

The worst customer service I ever experienced

Macho made me feel confident in my decision on getting the work done there. He was very patient with me and I appreciated it very much due to the stress I was facing.

Got the job done. Only a inspection, tire rotation, and oil change. Felt like they way over charged compared to what I normally paid for same services, car wasnt done when it was supposed to be. Had to sit and wait an 45 minutes. Dropped it off in the morning, picked it up after work. But went there for convenience this time. Probably will not use again.

We had an appt for 2pm. The place closed at 5pm. We got there at 4:50pm to pick the car up and they hadnt started working on it. It didnt get pulled in to get worked on until after 5pm.

Need to have a tire changed after a wicked tear in my tire. They close at 5pm and I arrived at 3:50pm. Needed that new tire to make home to NJ. I was very happy they were able to change my tire and put my spare back in its spot. Made it home safe.

Replaced the battery at the special price they quoted me on the phone. No up sell when I got there and no pushing of brakes, windshield wiper blades or anything if that nature. Did what they said they would do and nothing more. Very refreshing. Many shops use a low price to get you in the door and then fight to squeeze a bunch of extras which is what I was worried about, but they did none of that. Very happy!

Great Service. From the moment I called, everyone was courteous and helpful. The mechanic (Jesus) was attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a great service.

No matter what time of day we make an appointment we always have to wait a very long time. Always. They said they aligned our vehicle. They didnt. It still shimmys. So we have to take it back and waste more time waiting for them to possibly get it right this time.

I guess I should have read +Erin Gs review before going to this Firestone. I was late on my re-inspection, so I brought it in so I could get back on the road quickly. They told me my brakes AND rotors needed replaced before my car would pass. They said they were at 2/32 which would not pass inspection. Luckily, my father-in-law, an ex-mechanic, told me that 2/32 passes inspection... it had to be UNDER 2/32. They went back, and then said I needed a blinker light and a windshield wiper to pass inspection. I probably got hosed on these too, but they had me over a barrel, and I just wanted my car back.I just went in to a local mechanic (Doves on Derry St) to have him see if I needed brakes only ONE MONTH AFTER getting my inspection approved. NOT EVEN CLOSE to needing new brakes!!! I have 5/32 on my brakes which is another approximate 10,000 miles!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRESTONE!

Went back a second time and all the problems were resolved.

Thomas was very helpful and educated me as a regular person (woman) not a mechanic of knowledgeable experience with car stuff. Truly appreciated that. Pray to come back in a few days for tires. Thank you Thomas

Great people and super quick turn around. Went here for tire repairs. They have a decent warranty deal on their tires where full replacements are only 30$ or so.

Im sure the other reviewers have had legitimate problems but Ive been going there for three years now and havent had any. I do my homework after they recommend a certain service and more often than not they are on the money. I have compared their prices with other mechanics when I have needed major service and their prices are comparable.

I had to wait like 2 and half hours and the service specialist named Thomas was very rude. They charged me a good amount but the problem with the car still persists and gave me a recommended service list worth a grand for a 2 year old car.

NEVER USE FIRESTONE!!!!! I was a customer of Firestone for almost 10 years, I mostly went in for oil changes, tire rotations etc because I had coupons. This year I took my fiances car in for inspection, they quoted us at over $1,000 for repairs in order to pass inspection. We decided to get a second opinion and the car passed inspection at the new garage for $20!! My new mechanic brought me into the garage to show me the parts that Firestone claimed needed to be replaced and there was not 1 thing wrong with the parts ( no rust, not loose etc). I paid over $500 back in October to Firestone for the same type of issues with my car, they claimed I could not pass inspection without having the repairs done. I showed the paperwork to the new mechanic and was told that the parts they replaced on my car cost $90 and that Firestone unjustifiably charged me close to $300!! I went back to firestone and told the manager that I contacted my lawyer, without hesitating or explaining, he said there was no need to get lawyers involved and he refunded me for the amount that we paid for a failed inspection with my fiances car, AND for amount we paid toward the parts on my car back in October. THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF and this is why the manager did not even question me when I presented him with this information. FYI the mechanics and technicians at most major franchises, including this firestone location, make commission on the parts they use to repair your car, so try to find a small local reputable garage and TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO AVOID FIRESTONE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

My service was very professional and I received the care of any local automotive repair locations in the neighborhood. The Manager is by far one of best at Firestone automotive Repair Center.

I asked for a appointment a day before and they gave me a appointment at 1pm so next day I brought my car at 1 pm and the guy whose name was Josh checked me in. After two hours when I came back to get my car he started saying his 2 people called off and they were not able to do it on time. He didnt even apologize instead he said that was my problem that they couldnt do it on time.And that pissed me off real bad and I asked him to tell me how long its gonna take Nad he says they just got my car in.. wow then why would they give me 1pm appointment and says will done by three.. totally unfriendly and unknown professional people and wasted my four hours..
