Im a company driver so I dont get to choose were I go. But if I could choose it would be Triple K Fleet Services Inc. Everyone here was very helpful. They gave strait answers and didnt try to beat around the bush when it came to giving me a time estimate. I called H&S towing service because my tractor trailer was stuck in the snow and the guy ripped my back bumper off and didn’t want to fix it and left me stuck. So I called Triple King they came out very fast and were very professional. They know what they are doing!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Triple King !!!

So 9/17/20 guy was decently nice on the phone. 2 stars are because they don’t give quotes on the phone for a oil change (which is normally a flat rate everywhere else) and 2 drive tires with dismount and mount and dispose. I find that a bit ridiculous. Said it would be “average 400 to 600 for a pm. And 115 a hour in that price could be more. Then he did tell me the price for the tires and that’s it. So. If the mechanic are slow and lazy u are going to pay. Not willing to take that chance as a owner op i don’t need that headache. They lost a service sale.

My husband and I were on a trip after getting new tires this past weekend. After an hour on the road our right back tire was flat. We stopped at triple K fleet services for help. They greeted us with professionalism, kindness and offered assistance right away. They Evaluated our issue and took the time to make sure all tires were safe, communicated and demonstrated what they did. My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone for any car service anytime. Matt came out fixed the wench motor on our camper while staying at the Hershey Campground. Left everything better than it was before. Honest company. The manager/owner tried to save me money by having me pick up the replacement parts at a local hardware store instead of marking the items up from there supplier.

I had a clunking noise in the rear differential I called 10 am on a Thursday while I was making a delivery. Triple K said bring it in. I arrived at noon they had it in the shop by 12:20 sure enough metal pieces in the gear oil. They ordered the differential gear unit and it arrived 12:30 Friday I was up and running by 4 pm Friday . It really does not get better than that for repairs. Yea it was an expensive repair but still cheaper than the dealership so fair priced for the work they did and 28 hrs of downtime I was very pleased. I live in Washington state so was pleased to find a great shop back here

Experienced an RV breakdown - front wheel bearing - near Baltimore on a Saturday after business hours, and fortunately found Rod at Triple K Fleet who assured us they could repair and get us back on our way. Our experience was great from start to end. All staff there was professional, understanding and accommodating. Our mechanic Zac took the time to explain and show all work being done giving us confidence it would get done right. Made it back to Florida safely. Quality shop.

These are a great group of people. Roger is a great guy and has no issue explaining anything to costumers. Ricky is a great supervisor and is very knowledgable, this guy has an answer for everything. Nick rebuilt the front of my motor cause i had an oil leak. He walked me through everything being done and why. He did a great job on that. I would recommend triple k to anyone (and i have alot).

Great Customer Service!!If you got great service you leave a positive review, regardless of incentives. They diagnosed the issue, gave you a time of completion and they made sure you were back up and running by that time. Tyler was great in getting me in quickly with my issue. Nick knew exactly what my issues were and explained thoroughly the process. Ted and Art made sure I was updated on the process and options for overnight stay and food. Michelle got all my questions answered correctly and efficiently despite the heavy traffic back and forth. The gentleman with glasses that finished up with payment processing at the end was great. It’s not just money for these guys, it’s great customer service and making sure you were taken care of.

Quality work trustworthy place

Ds mechanics or awesome and the place as a whole is out standing. Twice they could have made money by being less than honest but were completely about the batteries not needing replacing and the kill switch on the floor of the freightliner simply not being to a din all the way. And they were able to do what thermo king was not able to do to get the APU working properly. They do all the work for our local chapter here in this area of Pennsylvania.

Today is my 3rd visit to triple K, Harrisburg, PA .I am here for fixing trailer tandem pin that got stuck . It was replaced a week ago in a different shop and went bad again.My mechanic today is John Mummest . The young mechanic looked the trailer and quickly found the problem. The spring that releases the pin is wrongly installed by the previous mechanic . An hour later, Job well done ! Tandems can now slide . Waiting to check out .I recommend this shop for any one looking for honest and proffesional mechanic.

The tech who did the job of coiling my pigtail and air lines did a fantastic job!! Definitely good quality workmanship.

The old guy who does the payment is super rude and unprofessional, they charge way to much on small repair, i had one break done and a leveling valve and the labor was over $300, i understand for the break which was an hour but removing and installing back a levelling valve back for almost 2hours? But i guess it was my fault coz people warned me about this place and i never listened, never again, stay away from this place if you can

Seems to depend a great deal on which of the two locations youre dealing with. Both have modern shops and equipment. Both have competent mechanics. Both will charge at rates consistent with other tow companies. However, the folks at Carlisle have mastered customer service. They are helpful, knowledgeable and cordial. Harrisburg/Linglestown, not so much. They seem to be much more predatory and operate like theres a skull and crossbones on their trucks and building.-----****----- REVISED -----****-----21jan20 - re: rt-39 Linglestown/Harrisburg.Went to get another of our trucks (semi) that had broken down and they towed. Very nice that they are open 24/7 now. Came in for a hose leaking coolant around 8:30 PM, Jeff got us in and out in 2 hours. Been taking my truck in for repair here for years, always fast service. Also Ricky the floor manager, is always very helpful as well.

I have had two services at this triple k location, in Harrisburg, I-81 ext 77.My first time here, I was looking for an air dryer . Parts department was closed but the gentleman I met there who I was later told is the owner, took me to the parts and helped me . He recommended a cheaper and same quality air dryer. The guy was really knowledgeable, helpful and professional.In my second service today I went there to get my trailer tandem slide problem fixed . TONEY DOBBS and another young mechanic didn’t waster time . They just looked at the trailer, gave me an estimate and told me to back up into door # 8 . In less than an hour, I was checking out, job well done ! Price was reasonable, service was great . These guys, unlike many mechanic shops I went to have welcoming attitude.I recommend drivers specially owner operators to go here for professional services.Ps I forgot to tell, “ the free fresh coffee”

Our company has a small fleet of box trucks, pick-ups, passenger vehicles and one large Kenworth. We have been working with Triple K for almost four years without any issues. The staff is always very helpful and professional. When I have a question about a repair it is answered fully and quickly. This is a local family owned and operated business and the owners care about our community and their customers. I have never ever ever feel taken advantage of or ripped off on a repair. We trust Triple K to keep our vehicles on the road in a safe and secure manner. Our business relies on getting our team members to our jobs safely and Triple K makes sure it happens. They have pulled us out of mud up to our knees, showed up in the middle of the night to fix a flat and provided direction on proper preventative maintenance. We trust them and are thankful to have their support.

I ROLLED IN THERE WITH A BAD ALTERNATER ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. THEY LENT ME A CAR, HELPED ME FIND ANOTHER ALTERNATER, INSTALLED IT AND FIXED THE RUNNING LIGHTS ON MY TRAILER FOR $94.00 I AM SORRY I FORGOT THIER INDIVIDUAL NAMES BUT THE FOREMAN, THE MECHANIC, AND THE TRAILER LIGHT GUY WERE ALL PROFESSIONALS AND I AM SO LUCKY TO HAVE RUN INTO THEM. AND I FOUND THEM BECAUSE ANOTHER MECHANIC WHO HAD JUST GOTTEN OFF OF WORK, THAT FOUND ME IN A SHEETS STATION BROKEN DOWN. HE JUMPED MY TRUCK, GAVE ME DIRECTIONS, AND EVEN GAVE ME A SPARE PAIR OF JUMPER CABLES HE HAD IN HIS TRUCK. THESE PEOPLE REALLY HAVE RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY.

Not every day do you find a company that will answer the phone on the first ring. They were on the spot within the hour. My client gave rave reviews about the Techs there also. We were following the hood north of our 36 ft motorhome, towing a 13 ft trailer. We have new brakes and during the trip began to experience bumping and scrubbing in our brakes. This people are great work on my 2000 Volvo yesterday. The technician (Kyle) was awesome towards me spoke to as a friend and not a costumer he even play whit my dog. They also provided me whit a car so I could go get lunch. If Im ever in the area and have any issues I know where to go or who to call.

Stopped in to have some major work done and was advised it wasnt what I had thought and only needed to make a few small repairs. each time I have come here they have been quick to get me in and get the requested service/repairs needed completed in a timely manner without misleading me or trying to sell me on something I didnt need. This is the only place I try and get work done on my truck when I am in the area.

Hello, this is Scott’s wife Charity. It’s quite possible that Tyler Snyder from Tripp’s K Fleet service saved my life on Sunday. I was traveling with my two boys from Albany to Charlotte when my tire indicator light came on. I had checked my tire pressure before Traveling so I knew that I am most likely had a leak. I wasn’t sure if an industrial truck company would work on a minivan but had few alternatives so I checked to see . . . to my surprise, Tyler had my tire in stock and was able to replace it. Keep in mind that it was less than an hour before closing and he had what looked like a car lot full of big rig style trucks to work on. He stopped everything to put my tire on and even checked the other tires before I left. I didn’t know this but about fifty miles on down there is a massive mountain range in Virginia which I had to travel through during what appeared to be a tropical rain storm. Just hours of steep hills and winding roads and torrential rain. I am convinced that without the intervention of Tyler at Tripp’s K I would have blown a tire on those mountains and been stranded or even worse. I am truly grateful for Tyler.

Our motor home recently had mechanical problems on our way home to North Carolina and we limped into Triple K Fleet Services in Harrisburg PA. They were very accommodating and started to look at it right away. They had to order a part that would be delivered the next day and told us we could stay in our RV overnight. We travel with 5 pets and very hard to find a hotel that would take us. Part arrived and they had Ryan start right on it. Then discovered we also had an electrical problem. Jake checked all our wiring and found the one with a problem. Rick and Henry kept us updated on the status and couldnt have been any more accommodating. There are not enough words to express how grateful and thankful we are to the staff at Triple K Fleet Services.-

Traveling in diesel motor coach on Sunday. Experienced suspension problem. Called Triple K Fleet. Received great customer service from Rod who guided us to the facility where Mike was called in to diagnose the issue. Within 1.5 hours we were back on the road resuming our trip. I was just in this location- had a positive experience. I had an air leak they were unable to fix due to a parts issue. The customer service I received was outstanding. I dealt withJed, and Art on the night shift. My truck was in the shop quickly, they diagnosed my problem, gave me the best help they could offer. I have used this shop before, and I will definitely go back in the future.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. We brought in our 2015 Dodge Ram 2500. Upon arrival I was told that it would be $45 mounted and balanced to get our new tires put on. When I went inside I was told the guy had told me the wrong price, and it would be $55 a tire mounted and balanced. Hours went by and then they called and told me the truck was ready! When we went in to pay the bill it was $424!!!! They had charged us $106 a tire. I have never been charged so much in my life just to have tires put on a vehicle.Then when I called this morning, he told me that he was sorry I misunderstood him that it would be $55 just to put the tires on, and $45 to balance them. Very very bad experience is all I can say for this place. Do not bring anything here unless you want cheated out of your money. Literally just to put 4 tires on a truck $400+. INSANE!!!!

Traveling on I 76 at 10pm during snow and rain and 27 degrees, my truck broke down. Called dispatch and they hooked up with triple k to come and check/service the problem. Service tech named Jed arrived before estimated time, diagnosed a fuel and filter problem in minutes (this guy knows his field) and started right away to get me on the road again. Jed explained in detail of what the problem was, what caused it and how the system actually worked. He had my truck up and running in minimal time, and i was back on the road znd to destination before my clock ran out. Many many thanks to this company and most greatful they had a service tech as Jed who knows what hes doing.

Our trucks a little (okay, a lot) retarded. Extremely long story short, our electrical system has recently been completely overhauled. Its still not right.The ABS light on the trailer was acting wonky so we came in to get it checked. They got us right in and made sure our brakes are going to work when we need them to. Well definitely stop here again if we need anything in this area!

First time here and I had an awesome experience, in an out with in hours. Nick sounded like he knew what he was doing with DPF system. Didn’t just change parts like everywhere else. Pinpointed the problem looked for the easiest and cheapest fix instead of just swapping out thousands in parts. Thank you Nick. Will definitely be back if I have more problems down the road.

Stay away!!! What they tell you b4 you bring your truck in to the shop is far away from real deal. Took them 6hr to do a left front wheel seal, ( at the counter i was tolled mechanic couldnt adjust brakes on that front left wheel because brand new brake shoes had a factory defect, but he installed it any way) REALLY?.... WHY?...P.S. last time it took my cousin 1hr to do 1 on the right side. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!

With all of the bells and whistles of a high tech and so called experienced mechanics, they acted like they couldnt figure out the problem. First they charged me $500 for a tow across the street from the Flying J, then diagnosis after diagnosis, they acted like they couldnt figure out what was wrong. They replaced my ECM which I didnt need, fuel pump, bypassed my fuel filter. So if I wouldve fueled up, my engine wouldve been shot. All said and done, after I got home, the only problem was my ECM connection wasnt tight. Like when you have to charge your cellphone. The three ks are for a reason. My bill was about $4,500. If youre a person of color, beware. And its sad that people have to go through this ridiculousness in these days. I wouldnt treat any human being like that. But I will still pray for them 🙏.

Thank you so much for the quick and efficient repair service on my truck in Carlisle. My driver was extremely impressed with everyone, Amazing people and place, mechanic worked through his lunch time to get me back on the road quicker, this is what I call quality service.

Run away from these people. A tow is better worth it. They charge for work they didnt do. Also, they work on other parts of the truck without any authorization and try to justify it by saying it was part of a problem. What does the AC system have to do with an oil leak? Oil leak was 1 hose that was easy to remove and replace, yet it took them over 12 hours for 1 hose.

“Jed” was the tech that came out & repaired my trailer faster than lightning. “Jed” was very knowledgeable about the approach he was taking to repair my problem. Thank you for repairing my trailer in a timely manner & for your great customer service skills.

Due to extreme heat the back tire of our RV blew out and we were stuck on the side of the highway. No one was able to help us except Triple K Fleet. Korey came to our rescue and did a fantastic job replacing three tires to ensure we had a safe trip. Thanks again!!

This place has a positive reviews because you get a hat or something in return for the review. I took my truck here because my AC compressor was locking up everytime i replace it. I told them to find out the reason as to why that was happening. 1.7 hours later i was told they found no leaks, but my fan was not turning off. So i went a head and took off, a day later my entire freon was gone and my AC wasnt working again. I took my truck to the TA just to find out that i had the AC condenser leaking freon. I payed this guys $310 for nothing.

I needed batteries installed and was planning on going to the TA right next-door, but I figured I’d call Triple K and asked them if they could help me, and they gave me a better pricing and installation quicker than the TA ever could.The tech walked me through everything and I was in and out of the door in under an hour. I also got my Landstar discount!!!

Short and simple, charged for work that was never authorized and most certainly not needed. Held our driver and truck for over 12hrs for a job that should have taken 1hr at most. When asked to speak to a manager about the false charges, they stated I have to pay the bill and call back in the morning. They are complete liars and thieves. I would have rated them at negative stars if it were possible. They also have several cases open against them with the BBB that have never been resolved. Their grade with the BBB is D-.

Stay away from this crook, never in my life deal with such a Scumbags, I ask themIf they can give me an estimate, he told me he don’t play that game and hang up the phone on me, I have not other Choice after trying calling other company because every one else was close on sunday,he answer the phone and told me that i have to be ready for wherever he will charge me, I explain what my issue was with the truck and he told me the I was not a mechanic that for him just to get there was gonna be $950 and That was in top of fixing wherever need it to be fix in the truck, I told him to please text me the address and those charges he explain and he did as you can see on this pictures, he told me that he was the only tow truck in the area available on sunday and his advise was for me to use his tow service, he told me not to ask him any more question and to call him when I’m ready to tow my truck them he hang up on me again, But God work in very magic ways, a local driver call the TA locate 10 miles away and they came and fix my truck, like i was trying to explain to Triple K Fleet the issue was the air Brake lines that were frozen, they fixed and charge me $248 dollars, Avoid at any cost to use Triple K and if you don’t have any choice like they said, keep looking STAY AWAY, they should be call Triple pay, keep looking ask locals, is more them Triple K band of Crooks in that Area, Trust me some good honest people around the area will help you out, just keep asking

They are expensive when they give you a quote it turns out to be double. The manager, I think his name is Rod is probably the most unprofessional person Ive ever met. I went into him politely trying to understand why my quote was $3,500 for a frame to be shortened and the bill was 8,900. Grant it they did add a gooseneck hitch and tires and a electric brake controller but still come on. All Rod do is get loud and start swearing at me when I wasnt being rude at all, I was just asking for clarification. Never going back thats for sure

I was calling them that morning at the advice of a man who works across the street. He couldnt help me even though he came out as a road call and gladly gave me their number. I already had 2 previous places work on my blown tire. The first guy came out in NC and took care of the inside trailer tire. We had no idea at the time that the outside tire was also damaged due to the downpour and storm we got after dark. I went down the road 30 or 40 miles stopped to check it and it went bad. Pulled into the truck stop they sent me next door to a garage with truck and trailer repair. Needless to say the job was botched. Had the tire I just bought ruined by a young man who was supposed to be a professional. I was in deep trouble when I called Triple K Fleet Service that next morning everything was torn up so bad that it had to be replaced. Korey was the Service Pro to came to me that morning and I couldnt have gotten a better teck if I searched forever. Korey took the tires off chained up my axle and escorted me to the shop safely. He (Korey) was as knowledgeable as it comes, explained what I asked, was an amazing technician. He not only fixed everything that was needed but he fixed another persons stupidity. The people in the office were also very knowledgeable and nice. Korey I really appreciate everything you have done. You know your job and your Very good at it. Thank you again Triple K for coming to the rescue.

Short and sweet. If it aint broke they dont fix it!! No BS!!Almost any other shop could have and probably would have replaced my entire DEF system but Nick Nowak the mechanic, Ricky the shop manager and the rest of the honest, hard working, red blooded American guys at Triple K took the time to diagnose and fix the Def system one step at a time until the problem was solved.They were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Nick took the time to walk me through the process and explained exactly what he was doing and why.I dodged a ten thousand dollar bullet and thank God I broke down in Harrisburg, PA and not somewhere else.Thanks to Nick and the guys!Im going home to see my family and still with money in my account.
