Great family run business! I wanted fresh pork belly which wasnt on display. Steve, the owner, took down my request, and asked me to return in a few days in which he would have my order right before Thanksgiving. When I came back, he had my order freshly packed and ready to go. Also purchased a dozen pasture-raised eggs. Prices were VERY fair for the top quality products I purchased. Will definitely be returning for future purchases!

Steve and his sons run a great butcher stand at the Broad St market stand. They are friendly and quite accommodating. Their prices are fair for the quality of the items they carry. Will slice any meat to your requested specifications. They will handle special requests also. They make delicious bacon burgers and now sell homemade maple cured bacon without nitrates. Great find to stock your freezer.

Love the variety of foods and great customer service. If i lived closer i would go everyday!
