So to me, customer service AFTER the sale is vital to a successful business. My tinting installation ran into problems, and I had to return to the business twice. Although they were extremely business, they fit me in and did the job correctly. Their service was courteous, and expedient. I have no problem recommending this business!
Parked up and began walking to the door was greeted instantly and professionally! Took sometime to get done but they squeezed me in when it was busy and did an exceptional job. Tint looks great and the sound system is boomin🔊

Not feeling this place. I called for tint service and either the person i was talking to was high or didnt wanna be bothered or both I booked an appt. But booked somewhere else that showed more response through text than an actual phone call. And not booked an a timely appt and still say drop and you holding my car for three hrs and say that may vary plus i cant cant there🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 nahhhhhhh im good

Had an awful experience here. I do not know how they are still in business. I went to get my windows tinted and it ended up with bubbles in it. They refused to fix it because they stated “the lifetime warranty does not cover it.” They offered for me to pay an additional $35 just to fix one window when all of them had bubbles. They were also rude over the phone and stated that they were “too busy” to fix it. So I took it to Larry’s window tint. He ripped the tint off and started over completely. I now have no bubbles in my windows. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. Waisted $148 of money.
I had a good experience for my first time. My appointment was at 10, It didn’t take long for them to get started. They finished earlier than I expected and did a great job. The tints looks darker at night, I’m glad I stayed at the % I selected. I’ll go back for another service.

They did two of my cars 3 weeks ago my friend recently went so now I’m writing a review, the first car. They messed up the back wind shield, it had tons of bubbles at the bottom all around. The second car same car and same window tint, they messed up the drivers window tint had tons of bubbles as well. Finally they forgot to tint the front window shield, I don’t even know what to say except that’s what you expect going to a shop on Paxton street. So unprofessional....

Do not let these guys do anything to your stereo. Loose wires (fire hazard). Brand new speaker (just one) blown. Speakers not wired right at all. Nothing secured correctly. Lots of lazy corners cut. Im not even going to bother talking to them about it.They should be ashamed of the so called work they did and dont deserve the opportunity to correct the issues.

Cool owner he got me a nice pair of wheels but he forgot to bring up that I needed new tire sensors. We message back and forth about the sensors to me it seemed like he was dodging the situation. Cost was not the issue just that he couldn’t give me a price on all the other work I wanted on my car but over all love my wheels would I go back? More then likely not unless I was desperate. Don’t get me wrong they are cheep but I prefer quality customer service over cost.

I heard they have excellent tinting. They seem to get a lot of business. I had trouble with the radio going off and on in my jeep after they installed and made several trips back till the young man finally told me it was because there was no place to really put the ground wire. I taped it and didnt have anymore problems. I never went back for them to adjust the rear camera because it faced the ground and if you put it back up, it just falls when you hit a bump. That was shoddy work.All in all, the guys are very nice and yes I will take my truck for the stereo install.
Attention to detail is not their specialty. The window tint edges are not cut to fit the window. The edges are very visible and cut crooked. My truck was wrecked by their staff. Instead of calling me to decide what should be done, they opted to call in a very lousy paintless dent removal company with out my knowledge. I arrived to find my truck damaged and in the process of being repaired. My truck was also left a disgusting mess. Dirt all over the floors, window tint trimming stuck to the roof and hood, and interior and exterior windows were a mess. I have never seen a more unprofessional shop. I will never recommend them for any type of work.

These guys are great, service was phenomenal. I love listening to music while I’m driving, whether short or long, but I want to feel it too. My cars stock speakers were less than desirable with rattling and distortion at high levels. I was recommended to Above Da Rim and they certainly superseded my expectations. I had all my interior speakers replaced as well as had subwoofers and amps installed. I can now feel the bass of whatever I play and the sound quality is perfect. The installment is perfect no wires showing, and everything in functional condition. My mounts for my amps are also neat and not cluttered, to say the least I’m appreciative of their work and at a good price. They’re my number one recommendation without a sliver of doubt in my mind.
Initially there was some miscommunication however the owner called me directly and fixed the issue immediately and continued to provide great customer service. I would definitely recommend Above the rim to my friends and family.

Second time going to get my windows tinted, this time was my truck and well done. Came in prior to them closing, everybody hopped on it when they finished another car and got it done. Definitely recommend them, they’re cool people, the wait wasn’t long and if it is they got an area to hang out.

I got my car tinted here. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING YOU WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!! My drivers window has about 50 tiny bubbles in it right at eye view. Trying to get through on the phone has been unsuccessful.If you want quality look elsewhere. The price is not worth the final product.

Ill back track my coments from last time. I guess it was bc i was a first time buyer. But I went back for rims and the service has been horrible since day 1. I was told to get approve and come back once the rims arrived they would call my CELL. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. I come back i see the rims arrived i asked why i disnt get a phone call, they proceed to tell me. We are waiting dor the tires ok, we will call. 2 weeks go by no phone call. I show up today, i asked whats going on. They tell me i have to get re approved, bc it was cancelled....almost 3 weeks waiting for these rims for some bs like that...thats how u lose customers no comunication
My Experience There was horrible... first I was rushed to tell what I really wanted done to my car for me to be satisfied. I was told to come at 10:00 o’clock and did so... I was given no call for an update on my vehicle and it was 2:00 o’clock before I decided to call myself just to find out they never even touched my vehicle. Mind you when I dropped it off they said my vehicle was next. Now I called back at 6:00 o’clock and acted like another customer and asked what time they closed, the man said 6:00 o’clock. So I stop the act and asked the same man I was speaking to at the time if he was done with the vehicle and he said no but it was almost done and that they would be calling me as soon as it was done... No CALL YET.. and it’s now 8:33 o,clock. They kept my car without permission, no call no nothing. When I went there to check back and drop a part off the employee that should have been working on my car was working on his own car on my time. This place is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They can be taking parts off my vehicle and I would never know. B.... a.. n....
