I have been on the search for the perfect wedding band. Jessica and Brandon at the Colonial Park mall location have been beyond amazing in assisting me to find what I was looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted and seemed genuinely interested in helping find what I was looking for. They are very down to earth and personable associates that I would recommend to anyone.

I went in thinking I was going to receive bad news about my ring. I had noticed a diamond was missing and I was panicking. Bradley and Jovannni (sp?) assured me that everything was fine and was told since we bought the protection plan on the ring that I would get a replacement diamond! They were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend service from these two gentlemen. Thank you for the kind service.

The 1-800 “Guest Services” is terrible. I was on hold for 52 MINUTES! When the “Guest Services” rep answered I asked to speak to a manager & she told me “you can be on hold for a long time without speaking to a manager”. Oh, really!!! Sounds like great guest services! Of course she couldn’t give me any additional information that I already didn’t know. Then she told me how I missed the Christmas service deadline that I wasn’t even asking about, so she gave me more disappointing news that I didn’t need to hear. Never again with Zales!

Their diamond quality isn’t worth the prices they sell them for. The people that work there only care about their sales rather then finding the perfect piece of jewelry for you. If you’re looking for nice jewelry, go to Litmans. They spent 20 minutes with me trying to pick out the best piece of Jewelry for my fiancé and I. Their prices are better too

I was skipped over twice as I waited for service. I had to ask them to sign my warranty inspection paper. They balked and I had to insist.

Theyre customer friends very helpful and I sent in for a ring and left with more. They havent let me down and I never waited and the store manager is supportive on helping you get the right jewelry for you and the one you love. Id highly recommend zales for anyone that wants good jewelry and jewelry that looks great for years. Zales were you want to go.

Every time I walk in this store the staff are greating me with smiles and pleasantries!!I purchased my anniversary ring and they checked out my diamond and found 3 of my prongs were gone and the 4th was on its way. My ring of 33 years came back to me sparkling wonderfully!!!Recently this store took my son under their care and helped him purchase some special items!!!

To the two ladies at Zales in the Colonial Park Mall, just because I bought a very expensive watch for a very good sale price from a different store, doesnt mean you can destroy it in the process of changing my battery. Not only did I have to run to CVS to actually buy the battery myself, but you cracked the crystal and damaged the band. And you did not bother to bring either to my attention. Thank you so much for your extremely poor customer service. (Since I had to buy my own battery, the ladies didnt charge me so there is no receipt. Without a receipt neither the store manager or the corp office is willing to do anything.)

Good service finding a pear necklace for my daughters wedding

I disagree with the 1 and 2 star ratings. We (myself and fiancee) had avery comfortable experiance while we shopped for rings. They werent pushing or insisting we try other rings, they were very polite and straight forward. I would reccommend this location and again i dont agree with the negative reviews, also the prices were very doable, me and her had a budget in mind and we were well under it.

This store was very unorganized. I lost 125$ because they didnt record my cleanings only because they couldnt find it in their record. I called the zales 1800 number and they said they are sorry I went through this but I never was offered money back. I went to the hersehy store for a cleaning and their customer service was 100 times better and they treat you with more respect. I thought Id never ship at zales again after the cost they did to me but hershey changed my mind.

I brought my ring to get it resize in January. Almost a month later i called three times before i can get one of the employee to call the jeweller to see whats going on with the ring, that day the jeweller worked on my ring and shipped it. I received the ring the next day and notice a diamond was missing. I showed the ring to the employee, she said they will fix it and put a rush on it( There is a $35 rush fee). so i should have it within 8 to 10 days. Well its march 3 and im still waiting. I called today... one of the employee called the jeweller apparently the jeweller is cleaning it now and is going to ship it out today. So i have to wait another 4 to 5 days. This is ridiculous! poor customer services. They need to hire a new jeweller! Take repairs somewhere else.

The repairs, are horrible, 4 x, to fix our wedding rings & mine not in time..
