The manager here is nice but I made an appointment online for today and drove here just to find Kay closed. Locked with the lights off. Very disappointed.

Wont be doing any more business with this place. I bought a citizens watch around 7 6rs ago, yes the battery needed replaced. Dropped it off this past Feb. Well they closed in March because of Covid 19. No problem. When they re-opened I never received a call back that my watch was there. And I did tell them not to replace the battery, the manager wanted to charge me $100. Every time I called no one answered. Bad customer service. My husband had to go pick up my watch, and we replaced the battery for $20. Stay away from this Kay Jewellers.

Stopped in to get my wedding band resized around 3:30pm on October 26, 2020. There gate was down and hand written sign that says open today from 12:00pm till 6:00pm. It was 3:30pm. This really pisses me off to waisting my time going in. I could have called first, but they never answer there phones either. I loved Kays and always shopped there. Time to find a new Jewelry Store. This one is unpredictable.

I went to Kay Jewelers to pick up my wife’s Mother’s Day Ring. They forgot to resized it after getting the stones fixed. The ring was done incorrectly again. Tried to speak to the store manager and she told me that she’s done enough favors for me as a customer and if I didn’t like it I can take my business to another Kay Jewelers. Very rude and disrespectful.Will never go back to that store.

Bought new wedding set in December. They had to custom make. Received my band in January but still have not received my diamond ring. When I call the store no one answers. When they do answer they act as if i am disturbing them. Ugh, all I want is my ring!

Had a very good experience at the Harrisburg Mall Kay Jewelers with the lady that appeared to be the manager, but regardless of title, was extremely kind, courteous, and determined. It wasnt easy to replace the battery in my old watch which had sentimental value, but she persevered and was totally professional and a great asset to your company.

This is the second time ive been to this location. All the sales people are sooo pushy to the point where they stalk you as you look around (especially one woman, who may have been a manager?). It completely turned me off. I will NOT be back to this location.

Salesperson acknowledged I was there and took care of me within 10 minutes...

I really love the sales people here. I had a wonderful shopping experience.

I had just left from the Harrisburg Mall and I must say that my experience was more than Disappointing. Me and my girlfriend simply stopped at Kay jewelers to figure out her ring size and possibly browse around for other jewelry. That is when a sales rep Came over to me and my lady and helped us pick out a ring size.Long story short, after we figured out what size ring my girl needed, we were content and wanted to leave.The sells rep was pushy, snobby, and was extremely aggressive when it came to trying to “close me”, on buying a ring, when I simply stated that I just wanted To find out my girls size. I felt uncomfortable, and her over all customer service was just annoyingly salezyy!!KAY JEWLERS Has some nice things but im HUGE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ! And that’s where she failed me at !I might sound like I’m bitching (cuz I am) lol, but at the end of the day, Marriage is a special thing and is a HUGE DEAl .So In conclusion I’m just upset at Kay jewlers for hiring someone of that nature smh 🤦‍♂️
