I was impressed with Kens knowledge and help with communications. What i had a problem with is what i had gotten documenting the transaction. A paper stating an invoice # and TOTAL DUE, is not acceptable. If it is not including the words received or paid, it is not a receipt. Stating only total due is not a receipt.
