My storage unit was clean and rodent free. I could conveniently pay my monthly bill on the app and the staff were friendly.

The service has been on point great. I been with this storage since it was called stor house on Paxton. Then cube smart bought it. Either company and workers were awesome. But after all these years just when Im closing my storage, they finally hired a Latin person which should of happen a long time ago for equal opportunity and for Spanish speaking customers. The lady that is there now is so so professional n humble that I can see her being a great manager there. But everyone currently there is awesome. I might be back one day for storage services.

This is the cleanest storage unit I have found ! Bonus perk is the friendly staff. Dan Clemmer helped us out and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Walked me through spacing of the units and was very helpful and honest with pricing

We had a very rough move from Charleston SC to Harrisburg, PA during the height of hurricane season. When we came in to inquire for space, we were greeted by very warmly, and because she was already overwhelmed with other customers, Elaine asked to take my phone number and call me back instead of making me wait. Not only did she call me back in about 30 minutes, she also reserved a space for me with no card needed... Knowing I had two more journeys back to South Carolina to haul back a household full, my business along with my 3 dogs.When we came back to look at the space, which she reserved for us, it was absolutely perfect. The manager Dan helped so my paperwork quickly, and ensured I had a discounted rate for 6 months. He also waited patiently as I read the long contract, and also answered each question that put me completely at ease.When we moved in, he brought my son and I several waters and made sure we didnt need anything before he left. He also reminded me put the second lock on my second door.I would recommend this storage facility for anyone needing space for their business or overflow of collectibles, or In transit of moving. Kindness goes a long way, and this company truly has kind professionals working for your business.

I love CubeSmart in Harrisburg. I have noticed that it is even cleaner than the previous owners had it. Some of the same friendly employess are still there in addition to the new manager who is also very helpful and friendly. There is always someone around to assist you or greet you. Some of my family members have storage units at other places and they have nothing but complaints (not able to access their units for days/weeks because they are blocked by equipment and when reported there is no resolution or compensation. Also it is fairly often that they cannot find an attendant to take care of rent payment and when it is reported they are just told to try back again which is a waste of their time and gas. When the CubeSmart employee is out of the office but on the premises they give a time of when they are expected to be back in the office.) Their prices are very reasonable. You know just what to expect.

This place was upscale when it was storhouse. Now under new management cheap elaminated signage... The security door to get inside doesnt work and it used to be temp controlled now there are humidifiers taking up space in the already narrow hall

Helpful Staff At a Secure, Convenient Location:The staff at Storhouse have always been friendly and helpful to me, including the two times I dropped off a UHaul truck with them. The place is clean, well-lit, and secure -- you have to punch your code in a 2nd time to get inside the building. And, yes, I checked, and for indoor storage this is one of the best values in the area... Im extremely happy with all the major aspects of my experience at Storhouse!
