Superb dealership! Both the Sales and the Service departments! I can speak to both since I bought a Crosstrek in 2016 and and have been very pleased. This time I purchased a 2021 Forester Premium with some extra goodies. My sales experience with Rolando Mendez was fantastic. No pressure at all but he made sure I was aware of all the extra features the vehicle has. He really took care of me and made sure that this was the vehicle for me. Speaking of the vehicle, the 2021 Forester Premium has a lot of safety features that are becoming more important to me as I get older and the Premium with option package 15 (blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert+++) was, for me, the way to go. All in all, a really good deal. And speaking of the deal, the discount from MSRP was good, particularly considering the current chip shortages, and the value offered for my trade was also good.

Excellent service department. Had a vibration problem on my old 2002 Forester on the way home to NJ. They squeezed me into their schedule. Unfortunately when I took the car in the vibration had gone away. They spent over an hour with it up on the lift and driving it around but could not get the vibration to come back and could not see anything wrong. The Tech. even brought me to the car to show me a couple of items I need to address when I get home. After all that, they did not even charge me for all their time. Very friendly staff.I was reluctant to go to a dealer, but being from out of town I did not want to chance a local shop I didnt know. While sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to be worked on, I was impressed as the service people came out to tell other customers what their cars needed, and that they did not pressure them to have more work done than what was absolutely needed. The salesman was great however once speaking to the manager I was harassed into making a potential deal on a new vehicle that would increase my payments after i specifically stated I was only interested in looking at a possible used vehicle for lesser payments. I explained multiple times i was looking at a -possible- trade in and looking at a used vehicle at a lesser value. My credit report was pulled twice without any consent or knowledge. Unfortunately I have had great experiences in the past, but with this visit i felt targeted and mildly harrassed. I walked away with absolutely no satisfaction and the headache of contacting the credit bureaus to dispute the fraudulent credit checks.

The salesperson came out with a final price on a Subaru. When my son stated he wanted a base model ( not on lot) he left & came back. He then said the base model would be the same as the model he had just quoted us. When I said I thought you said the previous model was that much he replied he had never said that. This obvious lie had my son saying he would never do business with Bob Wade. I agree, he could have just said it will cost us to ship the base car, etc. I guess duplicity is the new norm. One wonders what else they lie about.

Rolando Mendez was my salesman. He was very laid back, no pressure. He said drive whatever you want. I drove an Outback and Crosstrek. Purchased a 2021 Outback. From start to finish, even with a 45 minute pause to pick our daughter up, the entire process took less than 3 hours. The finance manager was a sweetheart. No pressure from her either. I live in Roanoke but this was well worth the 2 hour drive. Thanks for making everything so easy and painless.

Bob Wade Subaru are always great. Customer service too. The cars weve purchased are great vehicles. Theyve only needed routine maintenance. All staff are polite and get you what you need. Theyre honest about how long things will take and thats important as well. Rental cars for the day or a ride to our local workplace for no charge have been offered to us numerous times.

Had a great saleswoman but her manager decided to harass me on what debt to income and payment to income are. He clearly isnt well informed on proper debt management and refused to stop lecturing me when I insisted on worrying more about total loan amount instead of payment amount. We didnt plan on getting a loan at all in fact (we saved enough for the new car outright) and we were die hard subaru fans but because of this experience we ended up leaving the subaru family sadly. Sales rep was great manager lost the sale in less than 5 mins.

I would not recommend these people. The sales guy was very friendly and nice. We really liked him but the other guy that was inside was very rude and acted like we couldn’t offer the payment before they asked us about our income. My husband and I felt very discriminated against and we have told our whole family not to go with them. Which is a shame because we have a lot of family members in the area that have recently been looking for a new car. I don’t think any hispanic person should support them. We have gone to the Subaru in manassas and decided to go with them because they are nicer to their customers.

A year ago, I casually started looking at a new car. The sales manager spent a significant amount of time showing me the new features, etc., knowing I wasnt serious. Meanwhile, over the year, the service department has been absolutely wonderful. When I decided it was time to trade, I knew where I was going. I dont usually go to a dealer for service, but their oil change is cheaper than most national chains, the service is fast and friendly, and the waiting area is clean, comfortable, with complimentary WiFi and coffee. 45 minutes and $70 for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, plus free inspection and brake lamp replacement (since I own a Subaru purchased there)... hard to beat.

We hadnt bought a new car since 2005 and were not looking forward to the process. We were so pleasantly surprised by how low-pressure these guys were and how helpful. We were disappointed that the safety package didnt include blind spot detection and didnt realize it until wed had the car a week. Our fault, I know, but if you want this feature be sure you ask for it specifically! It really should be included in the Eyesight feature.

Five stars for the staff but the vehicle.. Been driving Subarus before I could legally drive. Did not test drive. Its new and under warranty. Thoroughly test drive and enjoy the auto start-stop feature. Also make sure the climate control fans not on high, rear defrosters on. A few things will keep it from tripping.Dealership and employees are excellent. Subaru in 2020? Disappointing!

I thought Subaru customer service was good.. NOT HEREI was lied to from the start, and ripped off. When I called in to speak with a manager I got a run around, then treated like dirt. I was told the Bob Wade way was that if you find a better deal they will write you a check, this didnt happen. Instead I was given the run around and told I needed to get the trade in appraised into the quote.. problem is they have my vehicle so how is that suppose to happen. I was also told that I had 72hrs that if I wanted to return the car, I could with no questions asked. I tried returning after the mean and horrible customer service but was told they wont honor that. Instead I can exchange it for a car of equal or greater value. I was told my car had features that it does not. Then the manager I spoke to threatened to take business away from the place I work. Who would treat some one so disrespectful.. Nothing I was promised was true and I have never been talked to or treated in such a mean and unethical way. I really thought Subaru was better than this. :(

I just bought a 2017 WRX at Bob Wade and the experience was incredible! Jaime Sampson was always available, even after the purchase, to answer any questions and help with service. They didnt push anything on me, and worked well with me on my trade. I know I got a great car at a good price, and will return to work with Jaime wherever he is. First time doing a review for any business. But I am taking the time to do so as I am extremely pleased with the services my husband and I received over at Bob wade. We drove over 2hrs to do a trade in and purchase a new vehicle from them. Since we were far most of the negotiating was done over the phone. Both Aaron Pence and Kevin knott were exceptional to work with. Once at the dealer we ran into a little situation because I myself made a mistake when i provided some of the details of the trade in and that caused some of the numbers to change. But they are courteous and took in consideration the distance we had driven and honored their word on the price we had negotiated. They certainly did not have to do so as it was my mistake but they still did and for that I am grateful. We could not be happier with his new vehicle. The vehicle purchased was ready to go when we arrived. After the hiccup everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Bob wade for your next purchase.

Everybody at Bob Wade Lincoln was very professional and friendly. Chris Payne, sales associate texted pictures and messages plus many phone conversations for a couple weeks concerning cars condition, etc.At that time we were in Florida on vacation and not getting to dealer for 3 weeks. Chris was nice enough to arrange keeping car for us with a small down payment.. Didnt have to wait days! It was clean & everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable...as they explained do me how to avoid this complication again! Staff was great to work with, especially Helen! Went on a few test drives, decided not to go brand new and Helen introduced us to Pearl, the 2011 Outback we came home with. We knew we were looking for something to fit into our active lives that could accommodate kayaks, canoes, bikes, backpacks and dogs, the Outback fit the bill and Helen was great to work with-we even got a great price on the Patriot we traded. Side nod to Candice making paperwork fast and easy.

My family and I drove from South Carolina to do business with Bob Wade Subaru and it worth the 7 hour drive. My wife and I ordered and 19 Ascent and wow she is in love with it in just a few hours of seeing it! We trailered it back home to keep the miles off of it lol lol. I can’t stress enough how friendly and accommodating everyone at the dealership was. We dealt with with Garry Mendoza initially who I recommend highly. He was willing to answer any questions at anytime and made the out of state purchase seamless. Garry went above and beyond one and time again. Nathan, Steve, Garry and Candice thank you guys so much we I’ll recommend your business to everyone we know hands down!!!!!!!
