Steven Kia is a model business which every dealership should try to emulate. Yesterday I closed the deal on a Kia K5, which was became my 7th new car purchase, and it was easily my best experience while shopping for a new vehicle.My first contact was Salesperson Robert Salisbury who was very personable and professional. And while only being an employee for a relatively short time, Robert exhibited great knowledge about the products they carry.After I had made my decision on the vehicle I wanted, I had my heart set on a particular color combination. Unfortunately they didnt have the specific car I wanted on the lot. Not to worry however, as General Manager Matthew Francisco worked diligently contacting all Kia dealerships in the region to find it. He found one that was due to arrive at another dealer within a few days. It arrived within 5 days and they immediately went to the other dealership to pick it up and the deal was closed the next day.Again, I was more than satisfied as everyone I had contact with, from Robert Salisbury, to GM Matthew Francisco, to Samantha in finance was truly a pleasure to deal with. Kia is very fortunate to have a dealership such as Steven Kia represent them. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was my second time purchasing from Steven Kia and I was blessed to have Rob as my salesman. Extremely friendly guy as well as the rest of the staff! My husband was skeptical that we’d be able to drive away with a new vehicle that day but Rob said “trust the process!” And sure enough, 6/16 we drove away in a new 2021 Kia Forte and I couldn’t be any happier about our purchase!! Purchased a vehicle from Steven Kia in December 2020, they still havent registered the car. They said there was an issue with the title but it was never communicated to me. I found out on my own. I have to call them for updates, they are horrible at communicating. I will never do business with them again.

My Sportage had several recalls. When I went in to the Service Center for a check engine light, Jacob was terrific. Extremely polite, professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I receive a loaner vehicle with no issue which was so clean I felt embarrassed by the state of my own car.I have zero complaints about the service center and my treatment. They even took care of a low tire and low washer fluid. I already know my next vehicle will be another Kia from Steven.
Only positive Ive had here was with Cole ! Ive purchased 2 brand new vehicles from here in the last 6 months, I will never purchase another vehicle from here again ! Returning phone calls and speaking to anyone in finance has been impossible for me, so I will just contact kia consumer affairs and let them handle the issue ! Thank you Cole !
2020 Soul. Had problems, making noise, discovered it was burning .5 qts of oil every 1000 miles. Only 5000 miles on it. Took it in and they were surprised as I was. They did some tests to verify problem was real, put us in a rental and replaced the engine. Kia was a little slow getting the engine to them but they took good care of us. Got the car back and everything seems fine. They were very responsive and took good care of us.
The guys and gals working here are highly professional. They genuinely care about doing their job and getting it done right.
Worst experience ever! If I could give less than one star I would. Do not go to this kia dealership. I stopped by steven kia today to look at the kia stingers to see if I would be interested in purchasing one. After arriving, a sales rep named racardo who came out and asked if I wanted the car I said I wasnt interested in the car due to it not being a manual. He then proceeded to argue with me over a automatic with paddle shifters are the way to go. And proceed to say all racers drive autos nascar drivers drive autos i keep proceeding to tell him I am not interested and he still proceeded to argue. And how I just need to get an automatic (although, Ive driven a stick for 7 years straight) then says he doesnt know anyone who isnt interested in a stinger. Theres a reason these cars do not sell especially at this lot. I get it their job is to sell cars. This is no way to treat any customer let alone person. Honestly. I feel if I was a male I wouldve been treated differently during this experience. Do not go here!

They dont act interested in selling you a vehicle. Came in for and appointment left under the pretense they would have and answer 7 hrs later. Called twice no response. Went by gentlemen was not there. Never saw him never heard from him. My first vehicle from them took me 2 weeks to get finalized and that was while calling everyday and getting little bits and pieces here and there.

We were looking for a new vehicle for my wife and a Soul was on her short list. We contacted the dealership and asked for a test drive. When we arrived, Ricardo met us, showed us several Soul’s, explained the different trim levels and features, and had her take a drive. We were able to very quickly come to a satisfactory agreement. Because we needed to get personal items out and clean out our trade, Ricardo delivered the new car to our house, we signed the papers and he picked up the trade-in. Ricardo and Michael worked very hard to ensure we had a good buying experience.
Horrible Experience/No Return Calls/No Follow-up/NOTHINGI purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue in November 2019 that had approximately 28,500 miles on it and it has been a horrible experience...from then until now, April 16, 2020. My first review of March 22, 2020 was ignored as I have been throughout this ordeal.I was told by the salesperson that I had a warranty remaining of approximately 61,000. She told me I had free oil changes and inspections for the life of the vehicle. NOT TRUE.When I went to the finance officer to complete the paperwork he told me I only had approximately 1,500 miles remaining on the manufacturer warranty of 30,000 miles. I shared with him my concerns with extended warranties as they make you jump through hoops before you can even use it. Of course he assured me it was NOT that way and as a result I purchased the extended warranty so that I would have something after the 30,000 miles had expired. Later I find the manufacturer warranty is 36,000 miles What I had been told was NOT TRUE.I wrote the manager in late November early December 2019 to share with him my concern with what the salesperson had told me about the remaining mileage on the vehicle and having felt forced to purchase the extended warranty as a result. NEVER A RESPONSE.No only had I noticed a strange noise but I was due for an oil change so I wanted to have both things done/checked at the same time. When I go in for service I am told I would have to pay for the oil change AND a diagnostic test. I was livid and left. However the guy in the Service Dept told me he would have Michael Lynn call me. Of course, that NEVER happened so I called him over two weeks later.When I spoke with him he said he never saw my email (of 2019) and had not been told about the situation with the oil change and diagnostic test in late February. He offered to pay for the diagnostic test and explained they hadnt offered free oil changes for three years or more. But, that isnt what I was told and not being a salesperson, I only know what I am told. Why would anyone go from Staunton to Harrisonburg for an oil change if they hadnt been told that?I told Michael that I was totally dissatisfied and he said they would buy the car back. (I knew, in that, I would be the BIGGEST LOSER) As if all of this was my fault, he told me I didnt need to resort to name calling as he didnt appreciate it. I NEVER called anyone a name but I did say that I had found that everything I had been told was not true and that is so.The conversation ended with the understanding that I would decide what I wanted to do and let him know. I called him approximately two weeks ago, left a message and have yet to hear anything from him or anyone else-----today is March 22, 2020.I have come to the conclusion that Steven Kia is NOT going to honor the word of their salespeople, once you purchase from them you are on your own, and if you express any type of dissatisfaction with them they are going to make it appear that you have insulted them because they know THEY ARE WRONG.
Spare yourself. A lot of hype, but thats where it ends. We drove 2 hours to see a truck that wasnt there. We were told that the trucks you see online arent necessarily there yet, and that the person we spoke to who assured us it was there, shouldnt have told us that. They are friendly and personable, Ill give them that, but thats where it ends. We finally went to Eastern automotive in sterling and got exactly what we wanted, saved 3000.00, and were treated like royalty!

$600 dealer processing fee, and they lied saying we couldn’t title it ourselves and had to pay it. This is with paying the asking price. My husband didn’t try to even ask for anything lower. No jack or spare of any kind. Even carmax is lower with $500 processing fee.

Buyer beware. Do not spend 2600 on the green 2005 kia sorento. First off they only gave us 300 towards a trade, second, the rear differential is going out and when we took it to a mechanic he told us it would cost around 3000 to fix with labor, third, it has been wrecked so as far as a clean history thats a lie. Everything they have said about this car is a lie. Please do not buy this for more than 300. If youre wanting a reliable vehicle do not buy this vehicle.

The gas mileage is very good! I get 45 MPG which is necessary because I drive 2 hours for work 4 days per week. I went from a Nissan Sentra to this little car and I love it! The size is great for me. Ive gotten so many compliments on this car.Steven Kia works with a bank that offers weekly/biweekly payments. 1/4 of my car payment is deducted weekly per payday. If you get paid twice a month, theyll deduct it twice a month. It helps tremendously.Two months after visiting Steven Kia, Im very happy I went. Check them out!

Spent a Very long time to actually get the sales manager to get us a deal after we told them exactly what we could and could not do then he insulted me with a trade in price of half of what my vehicle was worth and it was just appraised less than 30 days ago at one of there sister stores for twice the amount he offered and then wanted to blame it on the Corona virus and expected us to pay 36000 for a 24000 car hes lost his mind bunch of crooks

I wandered in to Steven Kia to merely take a look at a Soul to see if it would remain on my short list of vehicles to replace my aging Honda Element. A little poking around and a test drive had me hooked, and I initially went in with no intentions of purchasing.Sales associate Sai Vang was my go-to guy. He’s very knowledgeable and an overall great personality. In fact, everyone I dealt with was awesome, seeing they had to put up with my having no filter when I speak.Steven Kia also gave me the right amount for my trade in which helped me avoid having to sell it on my own. I’m all about convenience and they helped greatly in that respect from beginning to end.

Bought a car here brand new 3 months ago. Have yet to receive plates after an error with my mailing address. Have called at this point 5 times about not having plates over the span of this three month period. First time I called and asked for new temporary plates, was told it was abnormal I hadn’t received plates but they’d send me new temps. Second time I called and said I had yet to get my permanent or temporary plates, discovered they’d taken the wrong address down again. Was told it was odd I’d yet to receive my real plates. Third time I called because I STILL hadn’t received my plates, was told they’d make note and look into it. Fourth call and I finally get directed to someone higher up, who said he’d never heard about my issue - clearly no note was made on the account and nobody in my first three interactions cared to actually look into the problem. Anyways, fourth call said it was the end of the business day and he had the next day off, but he’d call when he was back in office the day after that. Guess who didn’t get a call? I make a fifth call. Yet another person who hasn’t heard of this issue, assurances they’ll look into it.Very clear that they only cared about getting a purchase, entirely unprofessional and uncaring after driving off the lot. I wouldn’t trust them with maintenance if they can’t even look into this issue of never getting license plates over after three months of ME checking in. There are literally three Kia dealerships within an hour radius, I’d recommend avoiding this one.

Was car shopping for days and thought no one in town would actually give me a good deal. Stopped into Steven Kia despite not being a fan of Kias and low and behold, the Kia Stinger called my name! Ben was my sales associate and he was an absolute delight to work with. I live in Georgia and found that Seven Kia had the best deals. I am in a wheelchair, and need some specific features in the vehicle. The staff at Steven Kia was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I was also concerned about buying a car out of state, but the process was seamless. Came in to have my Ford Focus appraised for sale to Steven Kia. They where very attentive to my questions and when it was clear that the value of their appraisal was fair but less then my payoff, I had to decline. Then the store manager and Justin where most helpful as to a plan in selling my car on my own. They where honest and I felt that they had my best interest at hart. I would recommend Steven Kia to my best friend based on my experience.

I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. This Jeep was advertised with AC and I realized after I purchased the Jeep did not have AC and its impossible to add to this Jeep. Make sure you check their vehicles out very closely or you could be easily mislead. After contacting the DMV and a few higher-ups, I was able to get a full refund. This Jeep is now posted for sale for a outrageous price. Shop elsewhere.

If i could give a negative star review i would. People should steer clear of this dealership. I bought a car back in September from them. I was in contact with them for several days about the car and they said it was in perfect condition. Trusting them I made the drive from Georgia to get the car and drive it home. A 9 hour drive to get there and have the car not be perfect. The car had failed inspection and they had not told me until i got there. They said it only failed for a faulty gas cap door and a bent sway bar (which would really be no big deal). So I did some inspection of the car and it was in decent shape from the outside. It was my dream car so sadly I settled with the cosmetic imperfections and bought the car. During the buying process. Their head sales guy kept pushing and pushing the extended warranty, much harder than Ive ever seen any car salesman push. This should of set of a red flag but at the time i only saw it as him trying to be helpful. I should of drove home empty handed at that point. I ended up getting the extended warranty after refusing several times. Thank God i did. I left the dealership and started the drive home. I decided to stop near Charlotte and drive the rest the next morning. Well little did i know i wouldnt make it very far. Driving down the interstate the clutch pedal went to the floor and never recovered. So being almost 4 hours from home i was stranded on the side of the interstate. I called the dealership and at first they said i was basically on my own. Eventually they said to have it towed to a kia dealership so i paid the $150 to get it towed to the nearest one. Of course they say they cant touch it so i have to pay another $200 to get it towed to a Mitsubishi dealership. The Mitsubishi dealership (which was absolutely amazing) started to handle the car but they couldnt yet see a warranty since it had been less than 24 hours since i bought the car and the dealership hadnt actually processed the warranty paperwork. Kia then again said i was S.O.L. After several long and heated conversations they handled most of the costs to get it repaired. However it must of been because they knew this was only the beginning.The car in the shop for almost 4 weeks just to fix all immediate problems. It then took until January to receive my tags due to the people not doing paperwork to get them. Since i bought the car it has been in the shop more than i have been able to drive it. Thankfully i have dealerships around that will actually inspect the car and fix all the underlying problems it has. I unfortunately have a $20k lemon. Mary is the only person at the dealership that seemed liked they actually cared. I hope she gets will a good dealership one day.

Friendly staff and service make you feel at home. I had no credit, but they still did their best to make sure I could get a good car. My mom still had to cosign, but they got me the cheapest rate they could and Im doing great. I love my 12 Nissan Sentra I got there and it wont be my last car I get from them. Christian helped me pick out something nice and kind of sporty but with great fuel economy! Ahmed helped me sort out all my questions about the paperwork and technical stuff(:

Tanner helped me out tremendously with a vehicle I was trying to sell outright. I was getting nothing but spam and scams from my online ads.
