Both were carefully inspected and I was assured that they were in good shape. I used both vehicles for long trips as well as around town.The staff was very good to work with and took care of all the administrative matters for me in a timely manner.When I need to buy my next previously owned vehicle, Va. I dealt with Max, he sold me a vehicle, at a good price. A 2009 VW Routan. He worked very hard to find financing for me. The van experienced a couple minor issues, after I bought it, without a warranty. Sold as is. However, overriding that, he repaired the small issues, and even sent his auto repair technician to diagnose the issues, prior to repairing them. Ill be returning to this dealership in the future, and referring friends and coworkers!

We were not really car shopping the day we bought our SUV.. we saw our BMW and fell in love with it. No high pressure sales . They let us test drive . We loved it, made a deal.. it was refreshing to actually go to a dealership and not have the usual bull that you get.. we did not sit in a room while the sales person keep going back and forth with an offer.. we hate car buying for that reason. ... The salesperson was great. No pressure... We paid cash and drove off the lot. We had an issue with the sunroof and I called and got a quick response.. I found out the cause and did not have to bring it in.. we had a message on the screen come up and I emailed and got an immediate response. It took over 3 wks to get a time to bring it in for the mechanic to look at but each time I emailed I got a response and felt they were honest . This is a small dealership not a big one and find it refreshing to buy a car and not get the run around ... We are happy with our SUV... I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a no hassle, no high pressure experience..

They sold my wife an overpriced Mitsubishi Outlander and when we got it inspected weeks later we had to replace the rear brakes to pass inspection. I contacted the dealership and they showed no remorse or interest in paying for the poor brakes.

I beg you do not buy from here. I purchased a car from this dealership, a 2013 Subaru Legacy for $9500, 2 years ago to use to commute to school. The car seemed nice, it was cleaned up but with a few cosmetic damages. Fast forward about 1100 miles (after my dealership warranty had expired) my engine light and brake light came on. Thats where my AWFUL experience with this vehicle began. Nothing but problems for 2 years now. I have to get a new car because I cannot depend on this Subaru anymore. Well come to find out by the new, legitimate, dealer Im going through THIS DEALERSHIP SOLD ME A CAR WITH A BRANDED TITLE ---WITHOUT ANY TYPE OF DISCLOSURE(very illegal by the way). So now Im very much under because I can only get $1000 out of this lousy car that this dealership sold me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE PLEASE

My experience purchasing a car from VA Auto sales couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Max was very responsive and professional. It started with a text conversation, I was pre-approved before I arrived, and driving home in my beautiful new car before I knew it. I really enjoyed the small local feel of this dealership. You aren’t in the presence of typical salespeople you’re with nice, hardworking people who take pride in their work. More than reasonable prices and excellent rates and customer service. Very good place to purchase use car

Worst customer service EVER!! Won’t fix the car we recently purchased and has warranty still! They keep telling me to bring the vehicle later in the week And keep postponing and keep telling me to WAIT while my warranty is almost running out. (They are just trying to let the car run out of warranty and then say, they won’t fix anymore) NEVER AGAIN! NOT the place to go!! VERY PIST off.

They were able to work with me to get me a vehicle when I was in a time of need and did not have enough for the recommended amount of a down payment. I highly recommend going to them for professional and effective service.

Usually I haggle over car price, but felt their price was so reasonable just didnt bother. The car I wanted didnt have cruise control which is a deal breaker for me - they had it installed for me. Good communication, no pressure sales people. When we came to pick it up all the licencing and paperwork was done, which is nice when kids are waiting. I plan on buying my next vehicle from them as well.

I bought my first car here. Max was super helpful throughout the whole process. I wasnt quite sure what price I could afford, so Max went through the different payments and we figured out what price range I needed to shop in.The first car I test drove was the one I fell in love with, so I was ready to to purchase it, but then I noticed the windows were too dark. I wasnt going to buy my vehicle because of how tinted the windows were, but Max said if there were any problems with the windows, they would remove the film for free. Three weeks after purchasing my vehicle, I called Max on a Wednesday about removing the window tint and he set an appointment up for the following Monday to have them removed.The whole process was pretty smooth. Max was super helpful and responsive in every aspect of the purchase from answering questions about their vehicles to payment options to negotiating and to the after-purchase fixing I needed. I absolutely love my vehicle and I felt that I paid an excellent price for it! If I ever have to shop for a new car, they will most definitely be my first stop.

Customer service was top notch. I flew all the way from New Mexico to get this car, sight unseen. A gamble I know but very much worth it. Max in particular was very helpful throughout the process reply to all my many many emails. There were a couple things that Ill need to fix on the car but they are minor and didnt keep me from purchasing the car. And If I actually lived in VA and had time to test drive the car, Im positive VA Auto Sales would have fixed the small items in order to gain my business.

I had an appointment to see this car and planned to drive from Virginia Beach to Harrisonburg to do so. I also arranged to have the car inspected by an outside specialist. I found out late the night before my trip that they had a week-old appointment for someone to see the car, but that they should be able to tell me by 10 am if the car sold. By 12:20 pm they still had not let me know the cars status. My own plans for the day were ruined, plus the specialist inspector was inconvenienced. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THE COMPANY AND WITH CUSTOMERS!

I was sold a car that needed $2000 in repairs 3 weeks after I purchased it. The car randomly stopped running. I went to a mechanic and they said it needed a new alternator, water pump, serpentine belt and evaporated system. Max and Walter sold me this vehicle and swore that it was in good shape mechanically. They are liars.

Cars are all wrecked junk. sister got a car that was covered in bondo it literally cracked off at a car wash car locks Woulndt work. Trunk would open when it wanted too went back to complain and I noticed at least 7 or 8 cars with shobby paint and body work. I have no idea how these guys provide clean carfaxs when the cars have obviously been repaired POORLY. Typical sleeze ball car lots. Please stay away. There is definitely something crooked going on here

Helpful and reasonable salesmen, quality vehicles, but there were some issues with the vehicle that we found only after we purchased it. The issues were not covered under the warranty but Walter worked with us and helped cover some of the costs.

Having been personally in the smaller used car dealership world, I know from experience, what dealers can and will do. So a few weeks ago, I was a little hesitant when I first called about this car. Whoever I spoke to was very polite and answered every question. I ended up getting busy and wasnt able to see the car that day, I had a opening in my schedule a few days later and called again, spoke with Ben and said I literally have 30 minutes to test drive this car, im in a huge hurry, if I spend 40 minutes driving up there, can you have this car ready for me to test drive? He said yes! I kid you not, I pulled in, walked in the door, handed him my license to copy, and he said Keys are in it, tags on it, youre good to go! 37 seconds flat and I was out the door test driving the car! Now, I have major ADD and do not like to wait around, I like everything done fast, Im a single mom of two and a business owner, I know and love cars and, I dont have time for someone to try and sell me on a car, I typically know what I want. These guys were awesome! After the flawless test drive I left my tags for them to transfer and have the paperwork done, so when I came in at 4:30pm (with 2 kids!) it would be easy! I ended up being 15 minutes late (3 year old potty break!) and even though it was cutting into their closing time, not once did they make me feel like I was a burden or taking up their time. I walked out of the door and got into my new Nissan Altima in about 15 minutes. For someone like me.. this transaction was WONDERFUL! During everything, the guys were polite and respectful. Not once did they treat me if I was a dumb female like some dealerships do. I HIGHLY recommend them, and have to anyone I know looking for a car. I very seriously doubt, you would regret buying a car from them. Thanks again Ben! (and the other guys who helped!)

Do NOT go here. I bought a car from them and it overheated on me on the way home! I havent had it a year and Ive spent over $1,000 TRYING to fix it, and still havent fully. Every time I fix one problem another one comes about. They screwed me big time!!! I HATE them for screwing me over, and I regret buying this car every day.

It all started when I decided to call a half day, after doing a credit check on 3/22/2018. After the approval notification, I couldn’t take the chance any longer with the CC on the lot;so, first thing in the morning I made a road trip to VA Auto Sales!The service I received at VA Auto Sales was friendly, smooth and seamless! The tags, titling and warranty upgrade left me rest assured in one place/venue without the hassle! The CC R-line exceptional value, condition and performance impressed me after the test drive, as well suiting my style, by then I was sold afterwards, but that’s when the honeymoon was over.Unfortunately 7 days later and after 336 miles I suffered from a ruptured fuel line. I also found out that they’re 4 recalls to be done.The car is getting repaired and yes it’s a slight inconvenience, but the dealer offered to fix with parts and labor 100%, instead of 50/50. Unfortunately the towing would be huge in cost, I resorted to the manufacturer’s dealership that was local, because of the emergency “fire hazard” .Keep in mind your countermeasures if the dealer is far from you hometown.
