Was happy with Metro until time to update my phones. was told one price and then when we went in to do it and was told they could not honor what we was told. so we switched carriers. very poop customer service at this location now!!!

They never never answer their phone calls. I’ve been trying to call them but it keeps going to voicemail as soon I dial the number

What a change new management has done for the place!! Everyone is helpful at the store, they have all the best phones, and theres no hassle when it comes to customer service. I recommend everyone stop by!

Only rating this a 4 star because I did not get approved the leasing option:( I recently started up a lash line and am investing tons of money there, I came into the location with my husband and kids wondering about keeping my number and coming to their company; I was INSTANTLY told all of the info I needed before I could think to ask. I wanted iPhones and did not want to pay cash, although i did not get approved the reps got me sold on 2 stylos and 2 iPhone Se for my children. I got an amazing deal and reps said they worked magic. The atmosphere could have been a little more up beat with music or such, but the reps overall made up for that.

Pleasant employees, love the ZTE Z Max Pro phone. Excellent plan prices and the coverage is as good as Verizon and the cost is less.

It wasnt a great experience, to be honest. They were very pushy with trying to make a sale and it was 80+ degrees out and it was so hot in the store that I was sweating and dying to get out. The prices arent that great either. I ended up going with Cricket.

Got an LG aristo after i switched from boost and i really like my phone the service could use some fixing but their employee Rosy makes up for that ...great girl great customer service

My husband and I went to metro pcs and met with Rachel she was very polite and pleasant to deal with plus gave us a good deal on your phones plus cases, when all other phone companies let us down metro came to the rescue. Thank you metro

Absolutely terrible coverage i travel around va, md. Coverage map is deceptive. Beware. If you decide to go with metro in va you are throwing your money away ...
