We love this store! The staff are always kind and very helpful. We always have a great visit. Every time we come in they are always helping us find the best deal or replacing the protective screens. Thank you for always being positive and helpful!
This store made me have one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel like the company has shifted into a phase of complete apathy and lack of values. I was given incorrect information multiple times. In every instance I tried to speak to a customer to escalate my problem I had to call customer service. I visited this store and always left disappointed and sad.
These guys are awesome and kept me a t-mob customer. Tried to buy a phone at the other T-Mobile store, given wrong info, refused to take even a deposit to hold a phone, wouldnt order one, sent me on a 611 wild goose chase, when I called back for manager. Refused to put me thru. Manager at customer service got Austin to hold a phone, Jennifer set it up, paid cash, and Im their customer. Day and night. Avoid the dumpster fire next to Kroger. Love this carrier.
My sister and I came into the store to set up a plan with two lines. we had a great experience aside from some sim card issues, which was nobody’s fault and Jennifer was so helpful and did everything she could to help us. we were in there for a good while trying to figure out the issue and she was so easy to talk to and was super determined to get the issue resolved. super great customer service, give Jennifer a raise. :)
They lied to me about my bill and now its over $60 of what they said. I have to call customer service every month to fix it

Went to this store to get a replacement screen saver. He did not have one in the store. Said he called the other store and they did not answer. I went to the other store and he had not called them. Did not offer to order the screen saver for me.
Best t-mobile i’ve ever went to. People there treat you like family and care about you. The place is always clean and you get help as soon as you walk in the store or about 5mins after. I live a hour and a half away but I go there because they’re people you can trust. I recommend this store if you’re having problems with your regular one.
Did not explain the sale correctly!!! Got stuck with a higer bill!!!

Very poor experience, staff was unfriendly. No mood to help or excited to welcome new customers. There was other guy with blonde curly hair he was trying to give options but the other guy was very mean. On entering he stop us at the door n question very rude manner. I was to take family plan for 5 members. They lost customers.
I received very nice service in that store. Viktar and the manager are really helpful and patient, and they are always smiling. My only suggestion is when issue occurs, agents shall rely more on T-mobile technical service.

The employees were very good. Paulo is a good employee. He made it very easy for me when activating my hotspot.

If I could give them a -5 star I would. They added on extra stuff to my bill without my permission. When I got my bill I was shocked and went in to get help and they were super very unhelpful. They promised credits that I never got as well.

If I could rate zero I will. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience I went to the store 911D in Harrisonburg and was purchased a bogo deal for the iPhone. I have not been able to get the second phone processed and nobody picks up at the store i have been trying to call them for days. now the order is cancelled and I am stuck with 1 iPhone and not the other. I need someone to call me back and resolve this issue!
Sales person was not very knowledgeable. I had to drag the information out of them for rate plans and phone specs.
