This store is actually well kept compared to most every other one. Owned by Dollar Tree so expect similar quality items and selections. They had what we wanted so we will return. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score.

Always have what I want great prices

Shout out to this Family Dollar! I needed one more tote to complete a project. They had the tote but no lid. Bonnie said to come back, that they should have some by Friday. I called Saturday and though Bonnie wasn’t there she had communicated my need to other associates!!!! No totes or lids had come in but one of the associates had called to the Elkton store and was having a lid driven to the Harrisonburg store to match the one tote they had! Who provides that kind of customer service anymore?! Family Dollar next to Sharp Shopper does!!!!! Thank you!!!!

The one at the cashier was rude.I Would never visit this store again.
