I love this ulta location! It’s always tidy and well stocked. The customer service is top notch, almost every time I go in I need help (I’m not as makeup savvy as I’d like:) ) and there is always someone happy to assist.

Salon prices are HIGH! $45 for a haircut!!! And $22 just to do your eyebrows… But I check my app all the time to make sure I don’t miss out on any 5x points. I try to buy items with extra points attached. They do have a wide variety of different things. On the whole, it is a bit expensive so if you like saving money and want to shop here, watch for coupons and use points when you get to 2,000 to get the most out of the points.

Not a big array of clinique but found what I needed and staff is helpful with finding what youre seeking.

My wife drove all the way from West VA to get to this ulta since it is the closest one and she had a horrible experience. All these workers are on something not even helping her. Talking in the back or on there phone. Definitely a bunch of high-school, college students that work there and to recreational things and I dont need someone helping my wife like that. Reported it to headquarters and hope they actually do something but posting here just so the rest of the public can know.And of course they aint going to do anything about it.

Stylist did not know what she was doing. Very disappointed. Went back 2 times for her poor workmanship. Then the manager on duty was rude. I wouldnt of had to go back twice if she sewed right one of the tracks could be folded over because of her poor work. Very disappointed. Horrible first experience. They refused to return my money. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND 400$ Is alot of money to lose and I couldnt even wear them 3 weeks!

Came in to look at the available hair care stuff and browse since they are a tad bit closer to me than Charlottesville. The girls were horribly pushy. They keep following me around the store. Being a diamond member I was highly disappointed for several reasons. The girl started following me through prestige and then when I “obviously” noticed her she asked if she should help. To get her to leave me alone I said sure can you tell me where the AG and Kenra purple professional hair car is? She told me she wasn’t sure they carried AG but knew of kenra. Takes me overs there helps me find them then hovers. When I start asking my partner questions about his opinion on them she finally left. Not two seconds later another one pops around the corner asking if I need help. Mind you the whole time the associates are huddled in the middle of the store talking. At this point I felt labeled as a shoplifter with their obsessive ways of bugging me and no one else. I ended up leaving because I didn’t feel comfortable.I went here wanting to shop in peace. If I wanted help I’d go to Charlottesville where I used to work. Won’t be back for awhile and will stick to shopping online.

Brought my daughter in for a haircut, Brianna was awesome took her time and made my daughter feel special. 100 percent recomend!

Store always clean, friendly associates. Prices on some items not always apparent. I can get a little overwhelmed with all of items they have but thats not a bad thing! They have pretty good sales too!

The product I wanted wasnt in stock unfortunately, which is a common issue I have with Nyx products there, but overall I always have a really decent experience there and the staff is always helpful and friendly.

I went in this store twice on Friday, looking for some eye cream that would be good for sensitive skin. The sales associates were too busy chatting with one another to even ask if I needed help. The second time I went in I was able to find one to answer a couple of questions.

First, so much to look at. Spent about an hour just browsing. Went for one particular item, the staff was extremely helpful in directing me in the direction. Found so many exciting items to get, but ended up with one. Great place for holiday shopping!!!!

I had a negative experience with one of the ladies at the cash register. I wasn’t sure where to wait as the line wasn’t marked anywhere. I clearly had chosen the wrong spot as one of the ladies rudely told me, “The line starts OVER THERE” and pointed. When I was first waiting there was no one else in line so there was really no need for rudeness as I would have moved either way. A little kindness goes a long way.

Employees are the best. So nice, found everything I was looking for. Love Ulta Beauty!

Dont have much for men. Plus except for one lady that worked there no one knew what Drakkar by Noir was.Drakkar is a icon in the cologne world and has been around for decades. Its one of the best smelling and long lasting colognes out there. For some reason they dont carry it either. What a shame..

I can’t speak for the store, but my experience at the salon was a nightmare. Fried hair, there for hours, patchy, brassy color, weird lines all over. Never have I had my hair turn out so poorly. It cost nearly double, plus more 4 more hours for someone to do color and damage correction. The only solution that Ulta offered me, after calling many times to speak to a manager, was to come back in to have them “fix” it. I had no confidence in them after my experience and wasn’t willing to roll the dice again. Do not waste your time or money! Pictures posted of this mess on my Yelp review.

Truthfully I would give them no stars I was in there today and no one greeted me no one asked me if I needed help I was in there store for 20 mins and got no help what so ever and I couldn’t find anyone to help me.

Don’t get your haircut here. I took my teenager in for a haircut. They charged $50 for the haircut and an additional $40 to blow dry it. $90 plus a $15 tip for the stylist and we didn’t even like the blowout. It made her look like an old lady. Their prices are outrageous

I love Ulta but seriously, I went in today and spent $235 a couple of things and I cant even get a free sample. When asked, the cashier says we dont give out samples. Sephora will be there soon I bet things better change

I went to this store to get advice on makeup techniques and scout out some products for contour/foundation. I asked an associate for help, and she asked what my skincare routine was. When I answered that I just wash my face with a washcloth, the associate was shockingly judgemental and lectured me on skin care routines and my textured skin, telling me that no amount of foundation will hide whats going on underneath. The weird part is-- I have pretty clear skin. I hate the beauty-cult mania that makes women feel like that have to put tons of stuff on their skin all the time, and the sales associate fed right into this; she didnt bother to consider that different women have different needs and priorities. I am not sure what kind of sales associate treats a customer this way, or how Ulta is okay having people like this represent their brand. Being made to feel bad about yourself is not the cornerstone of a positive shopping experience.

I love the store and if theres someone working who wants to help me, its a great experience. However, I have had a few times when I was ignored because college students came in and they were helped instead :(.

Staff is not fully aware of store policies and where items are located in the store. Management has poor desire to help out customers and to help them solve any issues that there may be. Customer service is not enthusiastic and store is poorly staffed on busy days so be prepared to wait in line and have no help finding items and returning them as well.

The customer service is terrible. Never once have we been greeted or helped finding any items. Upon approaching employees for help, we were not acknowledged. After going to the check-out counter for help finding an item that seems to always be out of stock (not even a place for it on the shelves yet there is a tester of it sitting out), they only looked at the same shelf I looked at and informed us there may be more on the truck coming in this week. The manager was apparently the one checking us out (I only purchased from them because I was getting a gift for someone), and she was rude and short with her responses. If I werent purchasing a gift, I would not shop there any more. 100% disappointed with every visit Ive made to this store.
