No return or exchange policy even if you havent picked up the mattress yet. Ordered one that was supposed to arrive in 5 days that never came so they offered an upgrade that would arrive later. Just wanted to get my money back at this point but was refused a refund. They also didnt have a box truck available to deliver the mattress. Return policy is only posted on a small sign next to the desk with tiny writing and on the receipt after youve already paid for it. The photo is where they have their return policy posted.

I was skeptical because I found it on Craigslist and I forgot to ask for a receipt when I paid for it over the phone. I went into the store to get an eta on delivery. I dealt with Alex and he arranged things to make sure that I would get a mattress that night because I currently had nothing to sleep on. The price is amazing. The product is good. I got a pillowtop queen, it’s comfortable. Nothing compared to a foam mattress but foam is more expensive

Mattress Outlet may not have the fancy sign on the front or the biggest store but, you won’t find a better deal on a brand new mattress anywhere else. Derrick is a super great guy he worked with us to find the perfect bed at a price that beat all the competitors from around Harrisonburg. Even the fancy bed with the remote adjustable frame was cheaper than the regular beds we saw elsewhere. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a bed and doesn’t want pay an outrageous amount of money for it. Derrick was wonderful! Helpful and personable, he took my mattress order for delivery 2 days later to my daughters townhouse when she moved in. She ended up moving in a day early (the day after I ordered) and they were able to accommodate her and deliver and set up that day! Derrick even called me personally to let me know the change in the plan. It is unusual to get a call about an early delivery from a company rather than a call about some type of delay! Best deal in town for a Twin Mattress/box frame set. We shopped around, Mattress Outlet was our last stop and found a very nice/comfortable twin mattress for our college student. Just a couple of days ago I called various mattress and bed stores to get help with replacing a box spring and frame at my cabin that I rent to vacationers. The old box spring gave way and we had guests coming in just a few days so I needed to find a business that would deliver and install the box spring and frame ASAP. I spoke with Derrick the manager and he was so easy to talk to and I was so pleasantly surprised with the prices of both the items and delivery. Within an hour he made arrangements to have the items delivered in the morning. They delivered and installed items and took the old one away as they promised and on time. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the whole process and with the customer service they provided. I wish more businesses would be smart like this one. Instead of trying to get every last cent they can do as Derrick did, build customer loyalty so that next time I would not even think whether I was getting a good product at a very reasonable price. I live in California most of the time and wish we had their business here! Kudos to you Derrick and all your staff including deliver people.
