Sharp Shopper is one of my favorite places to go. I love the refrigerated and frozen sections. The deals here are unbelievable. Unbeatable prices but watch the expiration dates. Always look forward to a visit to Sharp Shopper!

Prices for can goods have gone sky high! They are no longer competitive with many of their items. Seeing more expired items on the shelves. They still have a few bargains but many less than they used to. Used to be one of my fav grocery stores but no more!

You might need to watch the dates, but Sharp Shopper is one of the best places to get incredibly cheap groceries!You cant do all of your grocery shopping at Sharp Shopper, but going and seeing what they have is a great option for saving money and getting some great deals.

They have some items there you cant get other places and reasonable prices

Love when you can find a bargain or something others no longer have

I was tempted to not leave a review for them, only because I didnt want more competition shopping for the great stuff they offer! The prices are amazing, and its always fun to go through and see what new inventory they might have, since it changes constantly. Always clean and organized. Friendly associates as well. Nothing negative to say.

Sharp Shopper is amazing! Some great deals, especially on juice, sausage, and snacks. I always feel like I am on an adventure, because you never know what youre going to find. Great place to find new things youve never tried before.

Ive cut my grocery bill in half here. If you dont need specific things and shop with food groups in mind, its excellent. They also have dairy, produce, and paper products.

They better not shut this life saver down like red front. Anyone with more then 2 kids absolutely loves this place. Its a go to before food lion and walmart

Great store, always an adventure finding what new items they have in stock. I do wish they had a few more high quality paper products. - only because I was hoping to find viva paper towels and had to settle for sparkle as it was the best of the 2 brands available 🤷‍♀️

Like to shop here because the prices are lower on most items. Watch the expiration dates, though. They have a good selection of items, however they dont always have the same items all the time. Lighting is good, employees are pleasant, and store is clean. X

The cheapest place to buy groceries and household items. We save a ton of money each time we visit this place. Make sure that you check expiration dates on your merchandise.

Be carefuly what u get mother inlaw got cheese and that night went to make more taco salad and the cheese was molded

Excellent prices and selection. Always helpful shelf stockers, and neat, clean aisles. I live an hr away, but make it a point to shop there whenever I get into Harrisonburg.

As this store is affordable & convient the store manager gives this store a bad rep! She is awful to her employees & belittles them! This is suppose to be a store owned by great christian people & family friendly. So they need to rethink the store manager they have & watch how she treats her employees. This store has lost my buisness.

Great regional grocery chain that has some of the best prices and deals around yet clearly manages the stores well. The stores are clean and employees are friendly. My best finds there are meats and ice cream! Lots of great name brand ice cream and frozen desserts for very cheap!

Very good place to pick up needed groceries

Your sure to find something good to eat here. It surprises me what great deals I have found, from time to time on non-dairy yogurt, almond milk, natural peanut butter, excellent bulk foods etc... Its a grocery store that you just have to stop by and check to see what they have. You just never know, they may have just the item you were looking for and possible half the price of other grocery stores. CHECK THE DATE: The items here could be out of date so check them regularly. Worth a visit.

If I could give a half star I would. Everything I bought in produce went moldy in 2 days. All the boxed cereal is stale and damp. I only went because I was having a hard time and was given a gift card for groceries. Im grateful for the help, but I got sick every week over a three week period eating food I bought here. Its a shame that people who are in desperate need of groceries are sent here. This place should be closed down for health and safety issues.

They arent enforcing that guest wear mask. Ive been at least 3 times since covid restrictions and ever time there are people without mask. Go at your own risk.

I love the great deals this store has, and constant flow of different products. I can almost always find what Im looking for at a bargain price! Not only do they have a cashier, but they also have a bagger at each line which highly increases the production of checkout. You can see employees gathering carts from the lot, restocking, and maintaining the facility almost consistently, which is really nice in my opinion.

Thanks Sharp Shopper for helping us survive our college time without spending a fortune on grocery bills.

Good place cheap groceries nice people

You never know what youll find here, but the prices are good! My husband really likes the John f Martin meat and cheese products.

Love this place. We occasionally travel 50 miles just to shop here. Selection varies wildly, as it should. Pricing is good on most items and great on other things. This place is better off you have kids that need a packed lunch. Usually many options for prepackaged single serve items that are inexpensive. We currently prefer the frozen section. Some good options there at times also.

Like a Big Lots for food. They have all the stuff that wouldnt sell at the chain grocery stores. Everything is CHEAP. They also have a very large area with bulk baking stuff and a small produce section. Good selection of frozen foods, but watch the expiration dates on meat ! Lots of bulk food (cheeses,lunch meat,peanuts,baking goods,candy,noodles,beans) repackaged into smaller containers. Good cheap grocery store

The prices at this chain make it the best overall value that I can find. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Lots of canned stuff and tons of frozen stuff,too. One of my favorite stops.Thanks for offering good stuff at great prices.

Dirt cheap groceries! If ur on a budget its the place to go! Be weary of the produce tho! Be sure to use it a few days after u get it, otherwise it will go bad fast! They do have everything u could possibly want and more.

First time I had ever been here. I was pleasantly surprised. It is like going to Sams without having to have the card. You can buy a lot of items in bulk. A cousin brought me here. I found Lebanon Bologna in different varieties here. I was amazed. I bought 4 packages. If I had had a bigger cooler, I would have bought more. Love the Lebanon Bologna. Virginians go to Sharp Shopper. Or, if you are a tourist, try Sharp Shopper, you will like it. I guarantee it.

Very cheap food! Mainly shop here. Just make sure you check expiration dates before hand as these are usually half life shelf when put out.

I wish we had one of these on the eastern coast Hampton Roads area. Out of boxes grocery market. So many items on sale. Sparkling water 3 for $1. Export soda cans $2.50 a can. Many items and the best is your pay by pound portioned out food items. Specialty Amish flours to every kind of gummi imaginable. So sweet employees loving their jobs.

Just watch for outdated merchandise

This is certainly a popular place. We went on a Saturday and we werent in a hurry. Im glad we werent. Its a good idea to check expiration dates on the packaging at this store. There are some very good deals but you have to look for them. And some things are okay if theyre a little past the date. If you have some time just pretend youre in an open air market.

Fairly good prices on some brands that you dont often see at other grocery store. Food selection of bulk dry foods, deli meats, dairy, bread, frozen items, etc. You may not be able to do all of your shopping here, but its definitely worth a stop to save on some staples.

Sharp shopper is a great outlet grocery store. They have a nice selection of bulk foods, huge candy aisle and most different kinds of slices where are very very reasonable. Of course being an outlet there inventory is always changing so what here this week might not be there next week. But, I guarantee you will always find a bargain.

This is the place to save money folks! A cart full here is comparable to a few bags from other markets! Love the variety and bulk goods. Produce and frozen foods section is a plus. They even carry decorated cakes sometimes at a fraction of the cost elsewhere and many great items for packing lunches!

Store smells weird. Bathroom js awfully handled. Many items past their sell by date. Sometimes by months off. Dont come here.

Great selection and great prices. Stock up on the good deals, but dont go in looking for just 1 or 2 things, they may not have them, but you can get everything else you need and want for way less than big box store prices. Plus the staff are always happy! Seriously never seen a staff member cross or frown once in over my 15 years of shopping there.

The prices are low on certain goods. They have a good section of baking ingredients and frozen foods.
