I had to give at least one star which I really hate. This company is a joke. They dont care about the patients and they are not going to go out of their way to do anything to help the patient. I really wish there was a better place to get the equipment you need for a loved one that you are caring for instead of waiting around for days to get a nebulizer and walker because the medical necessity form wasnt signed by the doctor. However, from what I understand about a prescription written and signed by a doctor would mean its medically necessary. Anyway, good luck to any who have to use this company for anything.

I am dependent on oxygen when I sleep. I had my oxygen machine, and CPAP machine, through American Home Patient before Lincare took over. I called Lincare to ask for someone to come check the oxygen machine because my legs were really swollen like before I started on the oxygen. The woman I spoke to was rude to me telling me my insurance has never been billed for the oxygen for all these years before they took over. I had no idea no one was paying for it. How could I know? I didnt work for American Home Patient. Anyway I was DENIED the right to have a tech come check the oxygen machine because it was not being paid for. Then she added if no alarm was going off then the machine was fine. This is not true because my last machine didnt sound the alarm but my body told me I wasnt getting oxygen when I sleep. American Home Patient came right out to check it and I did need a new machine. I explained this to her but she still refused to send someone out to check the machine. I finally called back and lied, saying the alarm was going off. They reluctantly sent a guy out and thankfully the machine was fine, so he said anyway. As he was leaving he said to me SOMEONE needs to start paying $115 a month for that oxygen machine. I asked him how they can hold that against me and not want to make sure my machine is working. No answer. I went for another sleep study so they could start billing Medicare for it. Those people were playing with my life by not wanting to come check that machine just because they werent getting paid for it. I could have gotten really sick if it had been broken but they didnt care. Im going to switch to another company who does care if I get the life saving oxygen I need for sleeping. Those people are pathetic and rude. I hung up on the woman and she flipped out about it saying I was rude to do that. I normally do hang up when people are acting stupid and play with my life over something I have no control over. Please get yourself a good company who cares more about your life than money. This is not one of them.

Fraud! Thieves! Insurance pays 100%, yet they have charged my debit card five times for some thing we received once. Finally had cancel my card and still received bills in the mail. That was months ago. Today, we get a package from them that we did not order or authorize. Customer service is nonexistent.

Received supplies for a mask that I did not have five times. Harrisonburg office blames it on supply but no one knows how to straighten out my bill. I finally receive a refund check to clear mistake and it bounces at my bank, and the bank charges me $12. Bad business, poor customer service Lincare.

Dishonest thieves! Nothing I was told about cost or insurance was honest coming from Lincare, I have had to bring my insurance into a 3 way call with them twice, when my insurance agent was on the call lies changed. Still waiting on my reimbursement for overpayment. I strongly recommend staying away from Lincare.

Please stay away. Not a thing accomplished in 6 weeks. They blame insurance and have no customer service. Listen to the reviews. Now I have no benefits. Horrible service. They should be out of business.
