After an accident causing tens of thousands of dollars of body and mechanical damage, this shop got my car running as if it was never even hit. The repair took quite a bit of time, however this was due to dealing with an insurance company who did not want to take responsibility for their driver causing the accident. Frank and I had gone back and fourth for a few months, and with his help we were able to get a second opinion and get things settled.I would go back for future repairs, and recommend to anyone who wants work done well.
POSTED Jan 12: Just got off phone. Wanted to bring car in for estimate. Guy asks me if I am making insurance claim. I reply I dont know yet, because I want the estimate first. He tells me they wont work with me unless I go through insurance. Curious, I ask him why this is. He gives rambling incoherent answer that doesnt tell me anything. I try again. No clear answer. Decide - of course - to go elsewhere. Sad because I bought the car from Liberty next door and hoped Id get the same great service. Most bizarre experience. Oh well.UPDATE JAN 13: Got a call from them few hours after posting this. Woman was very nice and apologetic on phone. Seems a case of an employee going off road for some reason. Ill take my car in Friday and see what happens. Will update here after that.Update: January 15: Met with manager this am, he explained what happened with a new employee, and gave me verbal estimate of work. Will proceed to take car to them, and see how the rest of this works out. Mistakes happen, and so far theyve handled the situation pretty well. Will update one last time after work is done.Update January 27: Dropped off car, and at end of the week wanted to check and see what the status was. It was a Saturday. Website said they were open. Called. No answer. Then dialed numbers on Honda website for body shop staff. Those numbers are not in service. Called Honda service to see if they could answer question, who told me Collision center was closed on Saturdays. So website wrong, calling their main number goes to unidentified voice mail box, and the numbers for body shop staff are wrong. Got through finally on Monday, picked up car, and it looks great. They did good job on the car but the overall experience was a little rough. Oh well.
They took great care of my father Nicholas!! The work on his Honda Accord was done in a timely manner. They were very accommodating. Plus they washed and vacuumed his car, Great service and great work!

I came to liberty to get my car fixed and they were absolutely amazing. Even though, my car took longer than expected because of the insurance company, Liberty always called me with updates so I always knew what was going on with the car. I came in with a black bumper on a purple car and they painted it for me for free! So appreciative of the great customer service they have here!!
Everyone was fantastic! Had dropped my vehicle off due to a rear end accident and everyone was very accommodating. Took a little longer than anticipated due to under lying damage but they were respectful with having my vehicle ready for me to pick up due to working late hours. The car looks brand new! Thank you all so much for your time, patience and for being so helpful during this stressful time for me!

If I could give a 0, I would. Horrible service, no communication at all. There is one person there that is really good but not the person that I dealt with so I am very disappointed. Will not be bringing my car back. Its a shame too because Liberty Honda Service is great. The collision center is garbage.
Worst customer service ever. Dave took more then a week just to give me an estimate. took more then 2 month to repaid the car when they said theyll get it done in 2 week. And theyve done the worst job according the time it was sitting their. Never return your call as they promise, until I try calling them couple times. Worst experience I ever had. Dave should take his job serious or he need to take it somewhere else.
They lied about when theyll have the car back to you. They are constantly extending the time period it takes to fix your automobile. Dave, the new manager of the place clearly communicates with you...i would recommend that you take your business elswhere. They do alright work, but their customer service is garbage...

Dropped off car on February 28th for a 2 day front end repair. The car was not ready until March 16th. They never returned calls as they promised and the car had 120 additional miles then when we dropped it off. Horrible customer service and we are requesting general manager for complaint.
