Got to me quicker than expected, Steven was friendly and accomodating.

Couldn’t be happier with Reliable. I had called two other places and he was the only one to answer his phone. Had a tire blow out on boat trailer which I had just bought earlier so it was not a good day to begin with and the friendly and helpful service made it easier to deal with. Hopefully I don’t need their services again but I would definitely use them again if I did.

Easily the most professional shop, with the most knowledgeable owner imaginable, along with the most helpful staff. Everyone knows having your car worked on is one of the most Expensive and stressful things we have to go through fairly regularly, well with reliable Truck and Auto it certainly doesnt seem like it! Its almost like you stepped into a bygone era, what time when customer satisfaction meant more then the businesses bottom line.

I called Reliable last minute about my car that needed a new starter. No one else in town was nearly as friendly. Originally, it looked like even they wouldnt be able to look at my car for a few days due to the number of other appointments, but the owner (I think his name is Steve) said if it was just something simple he could probably stay and get it done for me. I had AAA tow it in at like 7 pm and by 10 am the next morning I had already gotten the call that it was done. Outstanding service. Thanks.

Changing my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. I originally had a 1 star because of a general unprofessional handling of my vehicle and taking 7 hours to get a tow. I am changing it to a 4 star because about a week after this incident I got a call from the supervisor asking what happened and why I left a 1 star review. This women was very concerned and shared my displeasure in the service I received. She made me feel assured that the problem would be fixed and I believe her. I hope this small problem was fixed and only wish the best of luck to them.Will probably use them again if I end up needed a tow. Would recommend.

They pick us up off the side of the freeway took us back to their shop. The fixed the rear end in our 1983 winnebago and drove us an hour away to enterprise to get a rental car so we could go home to Michigan. They are the kindest people. Thank you again for helping us.

The most unreliable and dishonest towing service I ever experienced. Lied about pickup time, left it sit all night, lied to aaa about picking it up, extremely rude on the phone. This company did nothing.

Despite it taking longer than expected with extra labor involved, he stuck to the quoted price and didn’t leave until the job was done. Your tow man came out fast and took care of it right away- in about 15-20 min he was done- the car is exactly the same no damage and he was super friendly and explained everything he was going to do . We have been going to Reliable for various car repairs and maintenance for a few years now. We always shop around first, and they are consistently the lowest price. They are friendly and speak in terms that a person with little mechanical knowledge can understand. They are fast and will get you in for an appointment right away. I cant say enough how much we appreciate this business, their work, their prices, and their customer service.

After a 2000+ mile drive to Georgia and back to pickup a 28 enclosed trailer, the starter on my truck (2017, 34k miles) decided to give out 45 miles from home. AAA contacted over 30 tow truck companies and Reliable Truck & Auto was the only company who apparently had the equipment to flat bed my truck and pull my enclosed trailer. Very professional, polite, and clean.

I was in an accident last night and Reliable was called. They arrived promptly and the driver was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to know where my vehicle was being towed. He was very reassuring, which is great when youve just been in an accident. Once I got home (10:30 pm) I realized I had left my work keys and badge in the vehicle. I called Reliables number not expecting to reach anyone, and a nice woman answered. I explained what happened and she graciously came and met me at her office so I could get my things for work. Totally unexpected. You just dont meet people that would do that kind of thing anymore. I offered her money to make it worth her while, and she declined. She said it was no big deal. Well, it was a big deal to me. She saved me a whole night of worry and just made it so easy. Not sure what is going to happen with my car, but if I need to get it fixed I plan to give them the business. Thank you so much.

I was in a bind and these guys were the only company that answered the phone at 9 pm for a tow. I am new to the area and didnt know where to take it. They have a shop too and they were able to fix my car the next day. Prices very reasonable. I will definitely be taking all of my business here.

The woman who answered here was very friendly (even though it was the middle of the night) and they came right away. We are not from the area and ran over something in the road, the man who came put our spare on and we followed him back to their shop and they fixed the tire for me at 2:15 in the morning!! I would absolutely recommend Reliable for any towing or repair needs. I had my vehicle towed in on a Friday due to my engine making horrible noises. Even though I could tell they were very busy, they were able to quickly provide me with an estimate and one of their mechanics came in on the weekend to complete the job so I could take my kids to school on Monday morning. The office girl came in on Sunday evening to meet me so I could pick up the vehicle. They really went the extra mile and their kindness does not go unnoticed. Thanks!

I had to have my car (2008 BMW) towed because it died while I was driving it. Something went wrong inside the transmission. I had Reliable take a look at it and they gave me a quote. I did some research and comparison shopping and they were right where they should be on price. I had them do the work. They delivered my vehicle to my work when it was done and gave me a voucher for a free oil change on my next visit. Very pleased with the service and the repair has been great. Thanks guys!

On Feb 1st, 2018 I was forced to take down my original review of Business. The owner of the repair shop phoned my sister (owner of vehicle having repairs done), and yelled at my sister like she was my momma. Owner stated she would not have the repairs started unless original review was taken down. I will say the repairs that were completed were done well. The issue I have is the ransom of the vehicle.I put the same review on the BBB website. The repair shop said that they have no business with me and now BBB wants documentation that I had business with the shop. Funny how the office lady was quick to take my credit card number over the phone as payment of services rendered but now claims that no business was transacted between us. Im good enough to pay the bill just not review my grievances, HUMMM!I did give two stars because the actual repairs being done are being done proficiently, it is the customer service in the office that is severely lacking.

Just called to get a quote to have the a/c refrigerant recovered so I could work on the system. More than double the cost quoted from every other reputable automotive shop. Quick way to to see who is true reliable is simply get a couple quotes.

Great experience. Called them at 10 oclock at night and they had someone arrive within 30 minutes, which was great. My wheel bearing went out AGAIN, just had it replaced at another shop in town, so I had to have it towed back there to get it fixed right. Next time, I will have Reliable do the mechanic work because I wasnt previously aware they had a shop. After talking with the owner that came out to help me, he is obviously a very qualified mechanic. So I learned several things out of this situation. Now I just need to get my car back! :) Thanks again and take care.

It was 5 in the morning when I had to call for a tow. I was so upset because I was far from home and wasnt sure how long it would take. I was told the tow was in route and he came sooner than expected. He tried to help me start my car but we ended up having it towed to the Milwaukee area.Turns out the tow driver was the owner. My entire experience was great, effortless on my part, and we had good conversation.If youre reading this I want to thank you. Just had a great experience with Reliable. They took care of me and my Toyota after I hit something in the road and my wheel came off. They were actually the 2nd place I called to have it towed, the first guy was super rude and wanted to charge $185 for a 4 mile tow. Ridiculous! The lady I talked to at Reliable did it for $65 and their guy that came out was really nice and professional. I ended up having it towed to their shop and they already have it fixed. On my way to pick it up now. Just wanted to show my appreciation!

I had just gotten a flat tire I called another business first they couldn’t do it but recommend reliable auto I called them immediately cause I have no knowledge of cars they were here in mins and I was stressed, I had a baby and a toddler and a chihuahua they informed me that I needed all new tires they were dry rotted and unsafe i hAd no idea they found me four brand new tires like that and I met a nice guy I believe his name was Dustin he was very good at his job and with my son. And we just sat at there location until the car was ready. The lady who works the front was very kind also she kept us comfortable let us watch tv and we talked and her and her husband even let my son play with their toy tow trucks and gave us one! They are incredibly nice and caring they want to make sure your car is safe I will only go through them now since they mentioned they do a variety of different services so I Highly recommend reliable auto oh and they are dog lovers they have I think four different types of dogs all really sweet and it’s family owned

I appreciate the reply.My girfriends car got stuck just off our driveway, she called AAA and they said one of Reliable Truck & Autos trucks would be here by 5:25 pm. 9:00 pm rolls around and after several more calls, AAA tells us that they (RT&A) lied and said they had already came and left. Was marked as came and left when nobody was here, weve been waiting for 5 hours. Now AAA cant get a hold of Reliable Truck & Auto; so we called the company directly and the guy was no help at all. All he said was All our trucks are out. and he didnt know what we were talking about before hanging up on us...

Would not recomend this place to anyone. Aweful service! my drivers side mirror is hanging on by a thread and the mirror is cracked, it was never like that when we took it there! no one called to let us know and no apologies were given! Very rude!
