I had an issue and he went above and beyond to remedy that issue leaving me satisfied and beyond thankful for his pristine service. I highly recommend requesting Chris for your service needs and it is imperative that Harte promote Chris for his diligent performance. Its obvious that Chris exceeds his current job objectives!!!

Oh and did I mention Tony, the trade in manager, didnt give me any hassle on my trade at all... Josh and Adeno were also super friendly. Overall yes Harte is a little overpriced but you get what you pay for

I needed some work done on my Q50 Infiniti and remembered the welcoming atmosphere that I walked into when I stopped in for an oil change a few months back. Phil my Service Advisor went through every detail of my concerns, and as prearranged, put me in a loaner. I was kept informed of progress but not rushed into picking up my vehicle. I felt like I had regained the prestige I had experienced when I bought and serviced my first Infiniti at a dealership. I will be going back to Weston Street and Phil when the time comes for service or maintenance.

I scheduled and oil change and it went very well. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and they made no fuss whatsoever and took me right away. They offered me a great deal on my next oil change, which I took advantage of and they even washed the car up nice for me. This is my 2nd visit to them and they are 2-2 thus far with excellent service. Ill be back!
Had some odd behavior with my key fob (remote worked for unlocking across a parking lot but had to hold it up against the start button for the car to start). Called and spoke to Dominique Cappa and she listened (sometimes a lost art these days) and then suggested I put a new battery in the fob. I had some reservations since the unlock remote was working fine but did the recommended swap and it now works as expected.I know it’s not a huge service fix but it’s the way Dominique went about handing my inquiry. Perfect 10 across the board.

Worst service I’ve ever received. I came in with a check engine light for a mass airflow sensor on my car. I was told it would be $700-$800 to replace and install. I didn’t have time to look elsewhere for a better deal so I agreed to get my work done at Harte Infinity. After holding my car for an entire day to “fix” the problem I paid and left. To make a long story shorter I’ve had to return to Infinity 3 more times because the problem never got fixed and my engine light returned after every visit. The service worker named Phil then blamed the light on something else and never offered a refund for my initial payment or offered a fix to the actual problem. I feel completely scammed out of my money and my car is not any better than when I first came in. I Will not return nor ever recommend anyone to get work done here.
Ask for Bob Hahn!! He is the absolute best. He was very friendly and very eager to answer any questions that we had. My experience today July 28, with Harte Infiniti, 2021. I initiated a call to the service department where the service advisor failed to ask for my name, failed to address my concerns and denied me to provide me service or to answer my questions regarding my Vergara had been serviced by them recently.Where is the quality in customer service nowadays? Does it even exist? Be mindful of something. Without customers you cannot run a business, no customers equals no revenue to stay on business.Better training is probably needed in customer care 101.

I walk up to the parts counter and the guy behind the counter was busy typing on his computer, so I didnt interrupt. I waited and waited, looking up at him to see if he was going to acknowledge the fact I was standing there and maybe say something to me, but nothing. After about 5 minutes of standing I look up again and hes staring at me wide-eyed and says Do you need a part or are you going to just pace back and forth? I couldnt help but laugh. Maybe try greeting a customer instead of just wasting everyones time.

Recently bought an Infiniti from a used dealer and took it here for its 40k mile check. Phil in service explained everything and made sure everything that needed to be checked and serviced was done! Car was also washed to my surprise which was a nice touch. Pricey but thats what you get when you buy an Infiniti. Will definitely be returning for all future service and car needs.

Had recall work done. Air bags and sensors. As usual, they found something to charge me $150.00 for. A plastic plug with about 12 inches of wire installed. The car was working fine when I brought it in. But I couldnt leave without paying $150.00 for recall work. All dealerships are big time rip-offs.

The showroom was clean, they offered cold beverages due to the hot weather conditions outside. Mr. R. Rizzo is a patient Sales man, did his job in a professional manner with a good sense of humor.
Be careful with this dealer, they will swap your spare tires. The service wasnt good when I tried to get them back they would make up an excuse and start an argument and fixing the rims, they could have done a better job since they cost so much. They are thefts and I wont be returning ever again and once again be careful with this place.
Okay....we went to change oil for our car. They did it on time. Waiting area was also neat and clean, specially in this pandamic time everything was perfectly managed. I felt safe actually.

I purchased my last two cars at Harte Infiniti and had a great experience on both occasions.
Its June 24th and I am driving down the highway, bringing my daughter to visit a college. Out of nowhere, a boulder came flying across the highway and gave me a flat tire. We googled the closest Infiniti dealership, which was Harte Infiniti. We pulled in with no appointment or no call and we told them what happened. They took my car right in and replaced my tire within a half hour. The people at Harte Infinti were so helpful and kind. I would totally reccomend you to go to Mark Norko at this Infinti Dealership in Hartford CT.
Horrible experience. Scheduled oil change and tire rotation took 2.5 hours because the broke the lug nut key. I was about to drive away when I noticed that they damaged my wheel while attempting to remove the lug nut. They didnt tell me they damaged it. Its a good thing I checked. 2.5 hours for the simplest most routine service a car can get. They told me they will make it right and I can schedule to have the wheel fixed at least.

Awful experience. From management to sales representative. I purchased a vehicle here in July 2020. After the purchase they were unresponsive after many calls and text messages. All I wanted to do was get a key replacement. Both Deno and Carmine did not give me the respect or service one would expect after making a near $30k purchase. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Go anywhere else.

Hi everyone on yesterday 6/7/21, I had a busted tired in 98 degree weather. I was stuck on the side of the hwy. I called Joe at Harte Infiniti in Hartford CT. He said come on down with no problem. The issues with my tire happened before which left me sooo upset and frustrated. Two weeks prior, I had an issue with my car seat braking down and being told by Harte Infiniti of Wallingford that they’re nothing they can do to help me but pay $6000.00 to replace the passenger seat that was a manufacturer issue. I was beyond frustrated and regretted purchasing my Infiniti. On today 6/8/21, I was so sad, so upset I kept putting money into this vehicle and things that should not go wrong kept going wrong. Let me tell you how good GOD is!!!! Joe, Harte Infiniti service manager and Mark, Harte Infiniti service director was able to fix my flat run tire and help me out tremendously by contacting the appropriate people to help solve my car troubles. Most importantly, Mark and Joe arranged for me to get a new passenger seat for free of charge after getting the run around from Corporate Infiniti. They showed compassion and good customer service despite my current frustrations and current attitude! Thank You so much Harte Infiniti of Hartford Service Department!!!! I greatly appreciate everything you have done for me!!!

My wife and I just bought a QX60 this past weekend from Jourdin Bowe at Harte Infiniti. The sales experience was very positive and Jourdin was with us the entire step of the way. I noticed a paint chip on the passenger side of the vehicle and when we went to pick it up, he had taken care of touching it up. The cars that this dealership sells are very top notch. This is my 2nd vehicle from them since 2014 when I bought my M35x and I have even referred a good friend/family and she bought her very first Infiniti last year. Don’t hesitate, these vehicles are worth every penny and is luxury at its finest!

I was Sold a CPO AWD G50 with 2 totally different front tires. Confronted HARTE and was called a liar and that I had changed the tire. I have picture of the car on Hartes lot when I bought it, a Pirelli and Goodyear tire on front. Harte said that was not my car but I have the same mismatched tires on my car now. Pictures shows tires perfectly!!

Worst dealership experience I have ever had. Walked in with a pre-approval from another bank and they were not even willing to make the deal work with there numbers. There dealership price was 26 and the internet price was 25, so they made the adjustment, but then claimed the prices could not be negotiated or adjusted. Exactly! They hiked up all their fees and didnt even offer military discounts. They also discriminated and profile me and my girlfriend. They gave us a young salesman because they believe us to be younger not realizing we were both a decade or more older than that young man. Then they continue by sending in another minority gentle thinking he would convince to take their horrible deal. I asked them not to run my girlfriends credit and they decided to violate that and send her info to several banks again!
Always a pleasant experience with Harte Infiniti service. Phil is my goto man, and is always respectful and honest. He goes the extra mile to figure out my non-mechanic explanations of what my car is doing so he can deliver it back to me is its best working order. There are many places to buy a car...but I will return to Harte Infiniti for the service.
I had a great experience when purchasing the car. However, quickly changed when the car broke down less than 1.5 years later and they stated, I was in an accident. I was never in an accident. It is taking over 1.5 weeks to get an estimate. Horrible horrible service. I would never recommend the product or company. Incredibly disappointed.

I brought my 2017 QX50 in for an oil change and to address two issues identified at my last visit as well as a couple of questions I had. Phil Whiteway handled my visit. Everything went smoothly. I had my rear brakes serviced and found out the condition of my front brakes. I had my power steering fluid exchange done and my tires evaluated. Phil showed me possible tire replacements and an estimate of the cost. The waiting room was comfortable. My car was washed and ready on time. Phil answered all my questions and explained what I could expect going forward. Ive been going to Harte Infiniti for most of the last 17 years.
So far, first time customer. HORRIBLE communication with the customer! Left my vehicle at their location for EXPENSIVE repairs; no one took the initiative to contact me. I called, had to leave a message, then funny how someone calls right after. I was told my vehicle would be ready by today, and no follow up on their behalf. Doesnt seem like I will be picking up my vehicle today..so inconvenient on their behalf.

I recently purchased a qx60 over the summer and I must say total experience was horrible. Communication was terrible. After everything was said and done I come to pick up my “certified vehicle” it is dirty in the inside. Front passenger seat is stained rear rugs filthy and when brought to the sales person ( polite young man) he apologized and told me if I wanted to bring vehicle back to be cleaned. I looked at him like he was crazy if would have been able to walk away from both him and the qx60 at that point I would have After all the time they had the vehicle that was supposedly getting checked and cleaned you would think it would have been sparkling inside and out. Even though sales person was polite and all he really was not well versed in the ins and out of the vehicle. On the day of pick up someone else had to show me things explain functions of the vehicle. Also the mats that were in the car when I originally saw it were not in the car when I picked it up. I would never go back to this dealership for anything.
The wife and I stopped by Harte Infiniti in Hartford one early Saturday afternoon to look at a 2015 QX60 in their inventory. We were met by Hasham Chaudhry who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once the wife and I decided the vehicle was something we were very interested in, the sales team wanted to rush and seal the deal that day. I told them lets wait, get it in good order and cleaned and we can close the deal during the week. But oh no, lets do this now, staff is on hand ready to please. So we waited over 5 hours for Service to get everything ready as it was being sold as Certified Pre-Owned and over to the detail department. By the time we left, it was dark and I didnt get a chance to check under the hood to make certain everything was good.The next day I popped the hood to find the oil overfilled, the coolant reservoir bone dry, the electric power steering fluid reservoir bone dry, both air and cabin filters completely covered in filth and corrosion on the battery cables. Looking over the CPO checklist, these things were marked off as reviewed and in good order. I was surprised because the vehicle had less than 15,000 miles! It appears they completely skirted, or rushed the inspection to get us out the door that Saturday.The next Saturday I brought it in to have all the items addressed by the service department. When I re-checked the fluid levels, I found the electric power steering fluid overfilled. I asked the Service Manager about the level and said hed have the lead technician look at it. The lead tech glanced at it and said yeah, its fine. I promptly went home and removed the overfilled fluid to the correct level. So I have zero confidence in their service department. Too bad my experience went downhill because the sales folks were very friendly and accommodating.The final insult to injury is they only give you a half tank of gas for a CPO purchase. Pretty surprising for a premium brand with a loftier CPO price.

I found a 2018 4runner on internet. After having three vehicles sold from under me, I was not to sure how this experience was going to work. I currently live in Atlanta, GA, but the vehicle was in Hartford, CT. I contacted Bob a sale manger concerning purchasing this vehicle. Bob make the transaction very simple. He worked with me and explain to me exactly what I needed to do, include shipping the vehicle. I was then contacted by Carmen the finance manager. He also makes the transaction extremely easy. The bottom line, I would highly recommend any customer to purchase a vehicle from Harte Infiniti. They responded to all my concerns timely with what I needed to know. I truly thank them.
Came back to Harte basically for the 10yr 100k warranty. Wasnt advised that if I took the Infinity CPO financing which had a .99% interest rate. I kept asking during the deal portion which was done while sitting in lobby. First they said they didnt know about the Infinity financing offer. Then failed to tell me that if I took that financing I would no longer get the so called Harte certification to get the 10yr 100k warranty. The only reason I came back was for the warranty which I kept repeating to salesman,because in comparison to other dealers CPO cars Hartes were over priced with more miles. I gave them full asking price since they stated there was no wiggle room.They were more worried about end of the month sale than me as a customer. One Manager stated he would call me to discuss have not heard from anyone its been 5days.

He also was very punctual, made excellent estimates from the standpoint of how much time the service will take, and he kept me posted with updates in a courteous and professional manner. Every time I come for service, the experience is great. The atmosphere is comfortable and the time it takes them to complete your car is very reasonable. They explain what they have done what you may need and what service you can expect in the near future. The interior vacuum and car wash tops the cake. I live 70 miles away from the dealership but I always come to Harte for my car service. Thank you very much.
