Schedule over a week for a quote. Was called an hour before the scheduled time by Betty explained to me the technician did not have tools for the quote or fix a door frame. Betty told me I will be better off calling a locksmith.

Made an appointment on Monday for a Saturday appointment. Technician was a no show at the scheduled time. Received a call 45 minutes later stating that there is a service charge to look at the door. Already late for the appointment and NOW you are telling me this. Shouldve been told about the fee up front and I wouldnt have wasted my time.

I called up this company in order to get the threshold of my old door replaced since it wasn’t doing its job properly anymore. The one thing I can say for sure is that these guys are absolutely amazing at what they do! Highly recommend them.
