I brought my classic mustang in for an alignment and Mike (owner) talked me through the whole process and walked me around his shop. He was working on several classic cars and was very knowledgeable about auto maintenance, repair and restoration. Not only did he complete the alignment, he also repaired the dash lights and had the car running much smoother than when I brought it in. It was an excellent experience and I will absolutely be using this shop in the future.

I just used Hartland Service for the 1st time on my BMW SUV. I had a engine light come on and needed to pass the emissions test. They performed a diagnostic analysis and fixed the issue. I also wanted a new battery but they said I did not need one which saved me a lot of money. Excellent service, great value and most important HONEST.

Great experience, friendly staff, and fair prices. I recently bought an old Honda and had it registered, I had to pass the emissions test but the check engine light was on and had to get it fixed. I set up an appointment and had it checked. To my surprise, they ran the diagnostics, fixed the car, ran the emissions test, and had it cleaned, all for a very low price. Definitely recommend this place if you need your car fixed!!!

Had to stop in to get my truck tested so the trees keep growing. Then the pound of flesh that the state of Wisconsin requires for a little sticker with the year on it. My service was quick and easy for the emissions test. The only downfall was they can not except cash for the renewal?

I was sent to Hartland Service after stopping at a local gas station needing to fill my low tire. I was told they may even fill my tire for me. I went there only planning to get air in my tire. I walked in and was greeted by Nick. I asked if I could get air in my tire and he didnt hesitate and said hed take care of it for me. Minutes later, he came back in asking how far I had to go to get home. I explained that I had a half hour drive. He said he didnt feel comfortable with me driving that far, as he heard air coming from the tire after he filled it. He said they could patch my tire and it wouldnt be too expensive. I asked if they even had time to do that, as they seemed pretty busy. He checked with his team and said they would get it in right away. Less then 30 minutes later my tire was fixed!!!! While in the waiting room, I overheard another front desk staff talking with a customer on the phone in regards to a vehicle they were working on. The staff person explained to the customer that they were unable to determine exactly what was causing the issue for the car and didnt think it was fair to the customer to continue to invest their money into the car if it was not a for sure resolution. I was shocked, most garages will encourage you to keep spending money to fix your car, as it will just increase their profits. It is apparent that they genuinely care about their customers and would rather not do unnecessary work just to build their profits. I am just so impressed with the integrity of the work, staff, and efficiency of services rendered. I would strongly recommend anyone in the area to utilize them for their car needs. I cannot thank them enough for the help and thoughtful staff.

Owner was pleasant. The 8 foot and 7.5 foot car washes are the only ones that I know of in SE Wisconsin! I have a custom built, wheelchair accessible van. It measures 7-9 tall. It doesnt fit in any standard wash. I would need to take it to a do it yourself wash. Living life in a wheelchair makes that option difficult. I thought I was going to have a dirty van forever. If I give them some advanced notice they will even bring it into their detailing shop and vacuum it for me. Amazing and touching! I am looking forward to having that email do a full detail on it and make it shine inside and out!! Thank you.

I took my car in for a new muffler. I told the owner that I was a sales rep & needed my car for work. He gave me a day to drop it off so he could do the work and Id only be without my car 1 day. After 4 days they still hadnt started work on it. I said I would be in to pick it up. Once I got there I told him that he didnt follow through on anything he told me. Instead of apologizing he arrogantly pulled out the old I think Im going to have to fire you as a customer. A few weeks later neighbors were complaining to my wife at the time about what a horrible experience they had at Hartland Service. She told them they should have talked to us first. We would have told them not to go there. The neighbors and us both filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Months later when we looked up Hartland Service on the BBB website, it said 0 complaints filed. So much for the BBB...

My van came in for detailing and I was very impressed with how beautifully it was cleaned and polished both inside and out. It looks and smells new!!! Thank you!

Excellent service! Nick was in frequent communication with me and was very thorough with my repair. It seems everyone Ive dealt with here is both knowledgeable and courteous. Im very particular about my vehicle and have had past experiences with other shops where my car has been returned dirty, making me question how careful they were about the work provided or attention to detail. Not the case here. I had a great experience and am glad to have found a shop I trust to work on my car.

First went just to get emissions done when we first moved here and was very impressed with the service that day so decided to go there for our oil changes since I didnt know anyone else. I got my tags renewed here. They were really quick and only charged a small fee to give me new stickers on the spot, which I did. They also have a free air pump here which is convenient. I havent used them for service, but they always seem busy.

Nick Vicari is an absolute pleasure to work with. The shop is very clean & they take pride in their work. From my old Corvette, to my late model Lexus, they make sure my cars are dialed to bring smiles for miles.

We have been taking our cars here for years and have never been disappointed. But today I picked up my 1966 Mustang after a tuneup and it feels like a whole new car! They fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me a big picture sense of how my vehicle is performing overall and for old cars, thats really important. I have been taking my car for repairs, to Hartland Services, since I moved to Hartland five years ago. I have had all good experiences. They are professional, always helpful and fix the problem in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, even the most picky auto lovers. My last repair service was June 26,2013 and as usual received excellent service.

I spent a few years and a few vehicles coming to Hartland Service before I learned my lesson. If you do not have a fancy new car or a ton of money to spend - dont come here. I came to them when my car sprang a fuel leak due to rust on an older car. I am a single working mother who needed her car fixed fast so I could get my child to school on Monday. What I received was the brush-off. They made it abundantly clear that they had no desire to do anything to my car, in fact they flat-out told me to spend 10k and get a new one. My car has always run and driven fine. I have had it serviced over the years for little things that go wrong with older cars like leaks, brakes etc. I suppose if I had a nice classic car that had a rusty fuel line leak I would have been treated with more respect. Instead, they threw a huge number at me to fix my car to scare me away because frankly - they did not want my business. This is further evidenced by the auto shop that is fixing my car as we speak for LESS THAN ONE THIRD the cost of the price that Hartland Service quoted me. This service stations staff was arrogant, disrespectful, and pushed my years of loyal business out the door; along with everyone I know or am related to as I will be spreading the word about the horrible treatment I received.

My son broke my truck, and J&J Towing came within 15 minutes to pick it up and deliver it to Hartland Auto. Gorgeous equiptment and very professional yet friendly and laid back tow guy. The Repair shop was very clean and professional, fixed my truck fast and the bill was way less than I expected. Thanks guys!

Yesterday I brought my disgusting minivan in for a full detail. It had dog hair, kid messes, dust and dirt all over the place and I could not believe how clean they managed to get it. It literally looks like a brand new van. I am so happy with the service and just booked my husbands truck for the same service next week. Highly recommend these guys! I wish I would have taken before and after photos.

I had the best experience with Hartland Automotive. I worked with Nick and he was nice enough to give worst case scenario with the cost of my repair. He set me up with a loaner car . The staff notified me with what was happening. The issue that Toyota said I had and wanted me to pay $1,000 for wasn’t the problem even with my car. In the end I had my car fixed, new tires, alignment, tire protection and diagnostics for a little more than what Toyota wanted for something that wasn’t wrong with my car. I bought the 2nd highest wash for $11 and the carwash didnt rinse all of the soap off of my car. Additionally the areas where is was rinsed off, had mineral spots all over. So I had to go down the street to get a 2nd wash to get the car rewashed at a gas station. NOT HAPPY!

Got a lot of work done, including a new transmission. My car runs like new again, which is saying something because its 8 years old. They took great care of my car, and have won my repeat business.

Have been using Hartland Service for over 40 years. Wouldnt take my cars anywhere else for service. Started with them before they moved to Hartland.

Went for Emissions; Kind of a long-ish wait, but they were busy. Staff was very pleasant.

They got our tire repair in very quickly, and were extremely helpful throughout the process.

They are on the expensive side but the work is top notch. I never even call around for prices because they are very good at what they do.

Always great service and very good communication about what needs to be done and what is being done. I moved a half hour away after getting a new job and they are still the only shop I go to.

From the mechanics in the back of the house to the great individuals up front(Nick and Frank) - it is hard for me to consider a more cohesive and trustworth group. They are fair, honest, and knowledgable. In a previous life I worked part time as a mechanic so I know just enough to be dangerous. I have done wheel bearings, radiators, brakes, head gaskets and other vehicle maintenance. I and my family trust them. EXTREMELY KIND, EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE MECHANICS!!My cars exhaust dropped to the ground on me 25 minutes away from home but was still somewhat hanging and I called around to local auto service places most could not even look at my car that day and/or were going to charge me just to look at it. I called this place and was told to bring my car in asap and he would look at it asap. Considering this was a day of a pretty good snow storm and the shop had tons of cars being fixed due to the weather conditions the shop was still able to get it looked at that day and pretty quick ***FOR FREE***. When my father and I was told the car was done being looked at I was given a description of what was wrong with it over the phone and when we went into the shop I was given a printed off sheet of things that were wrong aside from the exhaust with a very detailed description. Once again most places charge you for inspection and if they do it for free most wont give you a printed off sheet of whats wrong atleast I have never found a place that would, not to mention they definitely will not take the time to look at more than the problem in which you brought it in for. Everything that was on the sheet was indeed very accurate as I got a second opinion (which i was charged for). After arriving at the place and speaking with them they explained how they atleast made it safe enough for me to drive home and explained to me if I did not pay to fix the car which would cost me a great deal of money anywhere I would go I was given an estimated time left on that car which was also very accurate with my second opinion. I was able to leave with my car ***CHARGE FREE***. They even offered in the future if and when i do look to purchase a new car to bring it on in they would be happy to look at it before i purchase. I will in the future be taking any and all car issues to this shop as they have gained my respect and trust.
