This HF is so much better than Decatur or Huntsville. The staff are helpful and genuinely courteous. I had some questions about a generator and they answered my questions, Looked up stock status and explain the warranty. Not once did I feel like I was a burden on them like I regularly do at Decatur or a Huntsville. Decatur and Huntsville wants you out of there as quickly as possible and there default answer is “we don’t have it”. I’ve now found my new harbor freight.

Best overall experience at a harbor freight store was met at the door by the manager to exchange a faulty steamer. He went and got the new one from the back and had ir waiting for me. Customer service is top knotch Truly made me feel like they were happy to help I live in Cullman But I will definitely be making the trip up to hartselle just for the customer service

Harbor Freight always has the friendliest most helpful associates. This store was out of the clamps I needed on 2 different occasions thats the only complaint I have. I shop at the store a couple times a week.

Always been able to go in and get what I need and get out the full helping load and unload if I had returns since you ponds give me updates on all the deals

Harbor Freight needs to give two employees at the Hartselle Alabama store number 03117 a Big raise for doing an awesome job. They went out of there way to help everyone that came into that store while we were there.The two employees working there at 5:00 pm tonight was some of the nicest people we have ever dealt with from any harbor freight store.This store is the cleanest I have ever seen for a harbor freight store.The store was stocked and the aisles was clean and not full of stuff keeping you from getting up and down them. We do spend alot of money at Harbor Freight and this store is further away from us but for now on this will be the store we go to. Its all about the people working at the store who cares about the customer and going out of there way to help you now days you cant find people like that. They where extremely courteous with us and everyone that came into this store while we were there.

The reason why I give you two stars because I went there three times in one week to buy two different type of tools and a table saw for ceramic tile and you had neither one

This is the best place to find low prices on everything you need with knowledgeable staff, I was given a lot of good information on airbrush machines that helped me to decide what Id like to get and wonderful managers,Emily is awesome!
