Staff is extremely friendly. They have mostly everything you will need for your animals and everyday farm life. If they dont have what your looking for they normally have a recommendation on where to find it.

Im a regular at out home town TSC, so being out of town and needing a portable, propane space heater I found this TSC. Its late February in Alabama, who expected 29°. Were at a dog show in a large Ag Center, horse arena - its COLD. Unfortunately they had all the heaters on pallets, shrink wrapped and ready to send back to the warehouse since by now it should be 30° warmer. They tried to help, looked over the pallet, but no small ones like I needed.

Great staff. I think the gentlemans name was Chief. He was very polite and helpful. Had parts for my old riding mower in stock, reasonably priced.

They were so helpful in our purchase if a trailer! The employees were so nice and had everything we needed!

Best place to get flea and wormer medicine for your pets. I enjoy browsing the tool bins located near the checkout, occasionally you can find a bargain. T-shirts were on sale for a very reasonable price.

I had been everywhere looking for a pair of steel toe work boots. As a last resort I went there and they had exactly what Id been searching for!! I really like this store. I have shopped there before and enjoy looking around. I find things I never see anywhere else!

Me and 3 employees went here to get our chain at any legnth, but Staff was no where to be found. When we went to ring out, lady asks if someone cut it for us and we said no us 4 men used the cutter. She was a little snappy saying employees are supposed to be the only people cutting chain.

They are very friendly and a very nice gentlemen named Seth waited on me. I highly recommend anyone to shop there. For any farm or pet needs.

Love tractor supply. I shop at the one in athens mostly and always enjoy my trips, the hartselle store has just as friendly staff and a great selection of merchandise as well

The best Tractor Supply ever! A girl named Heather works there and not only is she the best employee Ive ever met in any store! but she is also the most beautiful girl Ive met. So hats off to this Tractor Supply and doubly so for Heather.

Older gentleman was rude when (young girl) associate asked for his help. Gave a rude answer, talked down to us and walked away. Young girl helping me find the universal joint for a tractor tiller was very nice and helpful. We succeeded withOUT the old guys help!!

I have been a faithful customer since Tractor Supply came to Hartselle. There is a tree that needs to be trimmed so customers can pull out onto the street safely. Three times I have spoke to Ms. Manager. Nothing has been done. My business will go else.

They match the price of their competitor Rural King thats great and great for their business

Extremely slow service. Had to return to the back of the line three different times while trying to get an item to ring up. Basically was stuck trying to check out for 45 minutes. Would recommend going to the Cullman tractor supply instead of this one.

Bought field fencing supplies, 6 rolls of fence, and 40 fence posts- the staff loaded me up by forklift and hand loaded the posts. Very friendly workers and staff!! This will be my go to place for my homestead supplies.

I specifically called to make sure they had baby chicks yes no problem had 20 of them told them I will be driving 40 mins to get at least 4 drive out there to get them and magically someone came in and bought all of them right before we got there and no one thought to hold at least 4 of them knowing someone else was on their way.

I wrote this review on Tractor Supplys site concerning a formula change in their 4health dog food that has caused my dogs to experience both gastrointestinal upset and hair loss. This was their arrogant response from the online Dept. Also I brought these concerns to the cashiers attention and the response was I havent worked here long sorry. I asked about a speaking to store or regional manager and the cashier didnt know how I could reach either. Anyway buyers beware on the original 4 health line. After 6 years of using this product Im now looking for another food.

The Hartselle tractor Supply was awful...no help...terrible experience

The lady that I had to deal with (Named Sheila) for my return was very rude I had called yesterday and already spoke with someone in regards to my return and they told me that they could definitely help me with it and even though we didnt have the receipt they could look it up with the phone number, when I came in today I let her know it was a return and she asked me if I had a receipt I said no but I called yesterday and she cut me off and said well theres nothing I can do without a receipt I said well I called and again and a little louder this time she repeated she Maam theres absolutely nothing I can do without a receipt, finally I got a few words in and she looked me up and found the transaction and refunded the item but she was so rude about the whole situation I definitely will not be back in
