Great place! Went in thinking about switching to AT&T from previous carrier and was sold by how friendly and helpful the team one. Kelsi appears to be a great addition to the team. When she did not know the answer to a question she found out right away. Definitely has my business!

The employees are friendly enough but AT&T is a nightmare company to work with. Anytime I had an issue resulted in hours upon hours on the phone with customer service, explaining the problem over and over as I got Shuffled around the call center. Of course everyone was friendly and of course very sorry about the 15-minute wait between each operator but nothing ever got resolved before my blood boiled. Walk away, run. Run for your life.Reply to owner:Just to clarify, the service I received in-store was excellent. The rep I worked with was helpful and courteous and I believe she did the best she could with a service provider in chaos. My issue lies with AT&T itself. Every time I would call I would tell myself, this time Im going to keep my cool but it never worked out that way. My last telephone interaction being an exhausting 3 hours, I decided I had enough. I just switched to T-Mobile and they have already nailed it on several fronts. Price point, quality of service, call center customer service, high speed data volume and capping policy.

Went in with a seemingly simple problem. Wanted to switch from my parents plan to my own and add my wife. Piece of cake. The immediate assistance we were given was exemplary. It wasn’t until I got home that things became amiss. I was unable to register my account and ended up locked out multiple days after failing to login (called store to talk to girl that helped me, she dismissed me immediately). Turns out my login information was based on information that was incorrect. For one, my address was not incorrect, my zip code and even my email was not properly input in to the system. After working with the lady for 2 hours you’d think this basic information, having been repeated numerous times, would be correct. Anyway. I figure this out, finally log in to my account to look at my profile information. I notice an astoundingly high bill prepared for us. Turns out I had been placed on an elite plan, while my wife was on the middle plan. I have no idea how this happens, but I got this corrected immediately.The immediate experience at the store was nice and pleasant, but afterwards having to correct just about everything we had set up was an absolute headache- I have no idea if I missed anything or what will pop up and I can’t even change my address until after the first billing period. So my bill is ending up in a totally different part of the state. I felt I wasn’t listened to at all and was really disappointed because I thought very highly of my initial experience. Long story short- try a different store.

Crystal was the Associate who helped us. We were going from Sprint to AT&T. I am on my dtr and son in laws phone plan. We had Sprint and they chose AT&T. Crystal was great! They were purchasing 5 phones with their kids needing upgrades. Crystal had a wealth of information! The specials that were available were GREAT! We were all very happy and satisfied with our phones. The kids were over the moon with their Google Pixels! I have a Samsung Note20 5G. I am still learning how to use many so many functions!The best part is my Daughter and her family live in on a 11 acre hobby farm in Welch MN. With AT&T their Service has improved tremendously, compared to Sprint! They are so happy with their Service out there, and their phones. I am the slow learner with all this technology, but Crystal was/is a blessing! I have talked with her since the day of purchase. and she is so willing to help me! Thank you for having this great, Personable, Professional gal at this AT&T Store in Hastings MN. Thank you! Crystal!

New note 10 phone has issues. Keeps losing network. I have had to reset network 6x I 8 days. Messages taking too long come through. Pictures 10hrs to down load.not happy at all with att

Best customer service you could ever experience. I was greeted promptly at the door even though they were busy helping other customers they told me it would be a few minutes before they would be able to help me and I was welcome to look around or grab a seat. I had my 3 year old son with me and he (as a 3 year old) was not really into sitting around he wanted to see all of the cell phones on the wall and play games on all of them. Seeing this one of the CSRs grabbed a tablet and put on a kids games for him it calmed him right down and made everyone in the store a little happier. During my service I had to talk to AT&T on the phone so I was holding my son and he was being a wiggle worm and kept grabbing at the phone saying I want to talk to mommy so needless to say we were have a tough time communicating on the phone, thats when one of the wonderful sales reps grabbed that tablet again and started playing a game with him while I finished up my phone conversation with AT&T. To take the time to see to the needs of not only the customer but also the child that really doesnt have much patience for sitting around a store is well beyond the service that we have come to expect. I would not go to any other store these people want your business and are will to go the extra mile to get it. This is only one experience I have had there and each time I go in Im impressed. Keep up the great work and thank you!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager greeted me awkwardly and acted very annoyed by my very presence. No help whatsoever with replacing a broken phone. Was reccomended to buy a new phone at Walmart.

Absolutely the worst service. I couldnt even receive voice mail.I depended on my phone for business. If customers cant get ahold of youthey go to someone else.I went to complain (again) but AT&T wasnt even there anymore. (left town)I refused to pay my final bill and have had collection agencies calling for two years. Just got off the phone with them again/ still.Do yourself a favor, stay away from AT&T
