Jennifer was a pleasure to work with! I came in at 7:30 pm after work and they close at 8:00pm. She greeted us with a great attitude and helped me select a new phone Galaxy21 Ultra and she was very knowledgeable and polite. You need to give this young lady a raise!

Kevin answered all my questions and got my new phone all set up!

I worked with KC to switch from Verizon to US cellular. He made the process very easy. He was very helpful when choosing our new phones too. Its great to be able to go into the store and have someone help you make the switch. I will definitely send people their way!

Very friendly and very fast! The phone I wanted was out of stock, so they had it overnighted in from another store. Had me set up and out the door within 20 minutes. Very professional, very friendly. I cant recommend the store enough!

I have gone in for two, not Cellular One, issues that needed help from staff. They have given me 5 star service on issues that I am pretty sure my private providers could not have resolved that I had on my business accounts.

Any time we go in to make a payment or ask questions we are there for hours. I am currently on hold, and have been for quite some time now. They US Cell in Grand Island is great, but I truly do not recommend going in to this store.

Do not use this store. I have had nothing but problems with them - NOT US Cellular. This store is an authorized dealer of US Cellular, not and actual corporate store. If you want correct answers, good customer service and your payments processed correctly, then DONT GO TO THIS STORE.

Lateka helped us with our new note 8 phones. That was the best experience of customer service I have had in many many years. She was helping three of us at once and multitasked flawlessly, with a smile, attitude, and product knowledge I wish more people would use. Only thing I could complain about was the phone data transfer, but that wasnt her fault. 10 thumbs up.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

Always a great experience!

Repeatedly gave out my personal information to a random person that I had never visited with. I have nobody else on my account no mistake could have been made. Gave the stranger my address and all. Serious violation of my privacy. Lost my trust and my business. Beware your information isnt secure at this location. I called customer service and notified them. They told there is only so much they can do to make it stop. Left me feeling worried.

Do not go to this storevor use this cell service. Make all kinds of promises and make everything sound fabulous. When ya go to use one of those perks. They deny and will NOT get any of the promises fullfilled

I absolutely will not visit this place again. Any future purchases we make for new phones will be at a different store or directly with US Cellular.

Not family friendly.Not for little ears.For the 10-15 min I was in there she was playing music loaded with the F word.Also no knowledge of phone updates.Also couldnt even tell me if my data was completely used for the previous month.I havent been to US Cellular in Hastings for years... last night I was reminded why I normally go to GI. Back to GI I will be going. Thanks US Cellular Hastings for keeping cell phone questions inconvenient!!
