Three months ago I bought a house here in Hatillo and I went to many stores looking for good deals on furniture and didnt like what I saw. I finally whent to Berrios furniture store in my own town and had a great experience. With the help of Alexis and Lurdes I bought everything that I needed for my new home. You guys have wonderful communication skills, exelent advice and recommendations. I will highly recommend Berrios store, to all my friends. The store manager, was very helpful as he spoke English and provided some great advice too. I give Berrios Store a 5 stars.Thank you

Personally, Love the attention at the store and furniture is beautiful and I found my living room and bedroom furniture with the dimensions and style I was looking for. Its just the waiting its HORRIBLE! and the phone operators can have very poor behavior and leave you on a waiting game for10 to 15 min just to find out your furniture came but its waiting at the dock for a week and have to wait even more. It was worth it tho

They do not answer the phone in any of the stores, customer service does not work, I bought a living room set and a dining room set, the first delivery was missing the toe of the dining table and and the curved furniture of the living room set, on the 2nd visit only They delivered the top of the table and wrongly brought the missing piece of the room set and have returned 2 more times with the wrong piece. They have incompetent staff in the warehouses. They still havent solved my problem
