I was just assaulted by 2 of their employees at my place of employment. I have it all on video and will be pressing charges against them and i will be filing a lawsuit against rent a center. They also stole my phone after they jumped on me which i also have on camera. I hope you enjoy jail and the rest of the employees there enjoy looking for new jobs because before im done i will own that store and your all fired

Ok... I never do this but I will today. We got a TV and entertainment center from them. TV arrived perfectly fine... but the entertainment center was broken and I dont mean like nicked I mean it looked like it fell of the truck and tumbled down the highway. So we refused to take it as they promised to order a new one... promise it would be there the next week... 3 weeks later we are still fighting to get it was told it would be here today I had someone there all day to receive it and still not here... when I call about it there is no care half of them have no clue whats going on. I do NOT recommend them and will most likely never use them for another purchase. This has been beyond frustrating.

The workers are awesome even when they want you to buy something else.

About a bunk bed and upon signing an agreement The manager night told me that he would order me A new mattresses because it was Used. I Paid it off today and still have not got my mattresses and when I asked him about my mattresses they said I will you gotta give us the O mattress back so we can turn it in in order you a new one and take a week and youre kids can sleep on the floor. thank you but no thank, my kids dont sleep on the floor.

Was not addressed when we walked to the back and never looked up and said anything. Bad customer service will every go back

My experience of rent a center. I do NOT, will NOT and would NOT do business with rent a center. They have harrassed me over 3 months on my personel phone due to an irresponsible fool they let rent a damn refrigerator. I have told them and told them to stop calling and harrasssing me i pay my damn bills and they keep on. So a rate them the lowest possible they are a rip off and harrassing to people who do not dserve it. Sorry a:s business. Not worth shopping at.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star of I could. My husband and I have bought several items from RAC and I was getting a computer and television for my my office and grandparents and when the payment comedue I was out of down with a funeral and I informed the manager that I would be in that Friday to pay and they came and got the TV and computer. Even though the manager knew I would be in to pay! I would not recommend them to my worst enemys!

DONT RENT AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGER IS A NUT CASE.... DOES NOT DO WHAT HE SAIDS HE IS GOING TO DO.
