Got a few bottles of house juice. They had very little flavor. Ive had issues with the store before and got no resolution when I reached out. Customer service and friendliness could use some work.

The staff here are friendly enough, but you can only test the juices on the knuckle. The majority of the time the juice taste completely different. I would also like to mention that you can only post a review on there website if you have bought a juice through their online store. My most recent issue with this place is the Route 66 juice that I just purchased. Here is the review that I attempted to write on their website:This is one of the absolute nastiest juices I have ever tasted. It says that it supposedly tastes like caramel coffee cheesecake, but it tastes like like old burnt popcorn kernels. This juice is the definition of a popcorn lung causing juice. Do not buy it. It is a complete waste of time and money.

As long as there isn’t a line. You can go in, get what you want, and be out the door quickly. Love the military appreciation.

Pretty good place to get juice, one of the few places that carries a variety of high (9+ mg) nicotine juices, although they are all house branded. Fairly convenient location, although traffic can be a problem at times. Employees that Ive met were friendly and knowledgable.

They all have good personalities, easy to get along, and will get whatever you need no questions asked

Great products but prices are high compared to other vape locations in town. Service is a flip of a coin, Ive have some employees who would drop everything they are doing to help me checkout. Then other days they would stay huddled in a group looking at their phones.

I only have good things to say about the Vaporized crew. Veteran owned shop and very supportive to Veterans and Active Duty as well. Now I leave in Puerto Rico and I am only one in the entire island who use Black Honey and Tobacco from Vaporized and they allways have it fresh for me and in 2 1/2 days after phone order I have my delicious juice in my doorstep. In military terms they are G2G straight shooters and honestly the best shop in the entire pine belt.100% recomended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is my favorite vape store, the staff there is very nice and so helpful.They have a huge selection of e-juices and everything needed to vape, they even have a point system with every purchase, where you can free stuff when you saved up certain amounts of points.

Sampling is no longer being offered which doesnt really help deciding new flavors, but the merchandise and establishment are of very good quality compared to many others frequented.

This place is amazing! Ive been going to Vaporized for quite a while and not once have I ever been disappointed. The prices are great and the staff members are always very helpful and friendly. I am a regular customer here(I go at LEAST once every week or 2) and I wouldnt chose any other store over these people. Ive visited many vape shops from in and out of the state, but this one is by far the best. The owner of the business is such a gentleman and very friendly. They will always offer you help and make sure you leave happy! I highly recommend going to them for your vape needs!

Vaping has helped me kick cigarettes and pipe tobacco for coming up on ten months now and honestly I couldnt have done it without the help of vaporized. Ive been a solid customer of Dylan and Joshs for almost as long and they have been nothing but kind,patient and helpful with anything Ive ever asked. Id honestly like to give them both a genuine shout out for all the help on the rediculous and eccentric builds / devices I bring in. Not once have they ever shunned me or not accepted some weird off color rda build from my boutique or vintage decks. I really appreciate these guys and cant recommend them enough. Now Im back in HBurg and so happy to see theyve grown and become more successful. Very glad to be back here with a reliable Vape shop. By the way, their in house crafted ejuices are all fantastic! Definitely give Papa Smurf, now just called Papa, a try! Its a flavor of juice I could vape exclusively for the rest of my life, its that good.
