Will not answer phone or return calls. Home Office gives great lip service but no results. This company does not do what they promise. Im sorry I ever contacted them. I dont understand how they stay in business.
I recently moved here and had a terrible experience with the staff at Hattiesburg Equipment. I’m so thankful I found Lincare. Tiera and the rest of the staff are so professional and pleasant. They work very quickly, within five hours from receiving doctor orders to deliver all my oxygen equipment. God Bless them!
Very poor customer service. Call every month to sell me CPAP supplies but wont give me a price. So they want me to say okay charge me whatever they want it.Gave credit card to charge for monthly rental fee. A must from INS company. They never charged but sent me an overdue notice.I DO NOT recommend this place of businessUpdate: 11/2020Now billing system is screwed up and they are saying I have past due when reoccurring payment is setup. Also very hard to get in touch with a human to discuss issuesUpdate 06/22/2021CPAP recalled. Linecare did not notify me in any way. I called and the response was we are waiting on upper management to tell us what to do. These folks are clueless and from the response do not care about their patients. I will drop them ASAP once CPAP is paid off by insurance.
Lincare and its staff are great! I have moved several times and I ALWAYS end up running out and Ill call and they always get t me very quickly
If I could give -1 or 0 stars, I would. I’m very disappointed in their customer service. Having chosen them for my CPAP supply needs, the first visit went well, but the last time I went there, it was to exchange a face mask that wasn’t working out for me. I was told there could only be 3 choices of mask type, and this was my third time so I chose the original mask type. The woman handed me a bag with the replacement and I got home only to discover it was the wrong size. I’m unable to use it at all as I can’t breath with it on. I’ve tried calling Lincare three or four times now and the receptionist says she’ll have someone return my call, but it’s been nearly two months and nobody has returned my call. I’m otr a lot and unable to drop in, and not being able to use my CPAP is considered noncompliance in the trucking industry.
I was OK with them until on my third try to get something that would fit my face correctly, they gave me the wrong size nasal thing for my CPAP machine and when I tried to contact them three times they never contacted me back. I have been unable to use my CPAP for over a month now because of this. I’ve become a truck driver, but without the proper cpap equipment I won’t be able to drive a truck. This will be seen as “noncompliance” since my medical card lists the use of a cpap machine. Now this is messing with my ability to earn a living and I don’t think they care at all.
