Classy my boss actually owns the building

This is the most cosumer orientated company with quality products I have ever delt with. I do not understand at all the totally negative comment in this thread. It must be from a competitor!

Extremely un friendly in a very business like manner ! Certainly not interested in any type of retail contact. Will never purchase their products again ! DigiTech here I come ?
