The employee of theirs, Barry is an extremely helpful young man and I appreciated the kindness showed to me from him when I walked through the door. Autozone needs more employees like him. Great work Barry . Thankyou ! Will be coming back.
We went to the place and it was more than half an hour before closing. Yet the staffs were showing as if they are closed. We asked for a help and the staff said he would come out and check the issue. He asked us to stand outside. Once we stepped outside the store; another staff- who knew that we were standing for the things get checked; closed the front door. Won’t recommend this place if you are going there a bit late.
Had a great experience here.. being a person ignorant of all things Auto Parts, I was nervous walking in. The young man at the counter (whose name I didn’t catch) was sweet and helpful, and Barry gladly installed my battery!
Let me start off by complimenting James and Maggie. They are both so helpful and if I need to go to any autozone, I’d travel a little further just for the good customer service. I’m not really a car person and I’ve avoided going to autozone as long as I could (I really don’t know why lol) but I had to go to there for the 1st time a few weeks ago. James offered to helped me put the break light in my car and at first I denied the offer but in the end I came back and he got out of the store (with his manager permission) and came to help me. Today, I went back to buy a steering wheel cover and mats for my car. Maggie, the manager went outside and saw me STRUGGLING to put the cover on my steering wheel and offered to help me. I had bought the wrong size so I went back in to exchange it and James was there! I tried to put the bigger size cover on the steering wheel and I still struggled so I went back to ask for help and James put it on for me (Maggie also offered to help). Honestly, I don’t know if this is a normal thing for autozone employees to go above and beyond for their customers but I’m very grateful... thank you! :)

Went to the location at the end of March to Purchase new Windshield wiper blades. The sign advertised $15 mail in rebate with the purchase of 2 Rain X AdvantEdge blades. At the front when paying the female employee walked to the aisle to check the promotion came back to the front and said they didnt have anymore rebate forms and to just go online and do it. After trying 3 times online with the same response saying that it was an invalid rebate I reached out to be told that the promotion ended the 2nd week in March and the store made a mistake and forgot to take down the sign but would expect a call from the store manager to fix the situation. The Manger called on a Monday and when i called back was told she was in the process of hiring a new employee and couldnt come to the phone but would call me back and was hung up on before I could even give my name or number. I called back 2 more times that week once being told that she wasnt working and the next time she was in a meeting. I proceeded to try my luck again on Sunday April 11th but was informed the manager was off but my information would be forwarded to her to return my call. Another week has gone by and have not received a call back. Safe to say its back to PepBoys for me.
Staff was very helpful. Store looked clean. Great experience.

Good place, great hours open late. What i do is go on the website, get my part numbers then call tje store to check availability.
Usually has what you need but always call ahead to confirm IMO.
For a new store they are very slow in helping or check out
