These guys are great. They helped my family get a car that was in our price range and fixed the brakes and broken side mirror at no extra cost. Gave us a 30 day warranty so if any thing goes wrong or needs work done cause something has failed or Brakes (not because of owner negligence or operation) but because of natural degradation problems, they will fix or replace at no charge or they will reimburse us if we paid out of pocket at another facility. They are amazing guys and I will definitely buy from them again.

Helped me get my car fixed when I got into an accident and was not at fault. They were approved by both insurance companies for repair. And Frank was real helpful. Did a great job on my Toyota matrix also

My car was hit in the rear passenger quarter panel. I researched several auto body shops in the Haverhill area and visited four of them.FCC was the best of the shops I visited. When you first pull up you will notice a very clean and well maintained building and surrounding area. The office is clean, well lit and welcoming.The owner Frank is a positive gentleman who knows his business. FCC is a preferred shop for my insurance company which made this task easier for me. Frank estimated 2-3 days for the repairs. By the middle of the second day my car was completed and the results are perfect.When looking for an Auto Body Shop, please, consider FCC.

I had to get my door repainted and FCC Auto Body went above and beyond. When I arrived my car looked amazing and it had been cleaned and vacuumed as well. Excellent customer service! 2 thumbs up!

So I contact a marketplace ad on Facebook about a car in NH and they guy says come out to look at it, he gives me an address for this store apparently he works here and said he needed a ride up to the car with Weirded me out a lot . esp with covid . And he then tried to pitch me other cars in the lot aggressively and offered cars more expensive than what the ad offered, it felt like a trap to lure people into the shop I’m not sure the car I inquired about was even a legit ad .

Cannot say enough good things about Frank and the team at FCC. They went above and beyond. Brought the car in with smashed rear quarterpanel and got it back 8 days later shiny and new. Even cleaned the interior to make it look beautiful. That was a complete surprise. If you find yourself in need of autobody work, you cannot go wrong with FCC.

This place was absolutely amazing to work with and their customer service was beyond belief, I questioned myself “This is a towing company”?Because it felt like a hotel, so comfortable and family friendly. The owner treats you like your his son!/daughter. I can’t tell you how impressed I was with this company. I had an issue twice with a 10k extensive intricate repair and both times no questions asked took it to complete the request, no upsell. Free, as guaranteed.This is a small family run company with all of the modern equipment of a large enterprise.You won’t be disappointed.

Seeing a lot of bad reviews. I had gotten excellent customer service, great turn around time on my vehicle, and looks and runs beautiful! For the service I had received I would recommend FCC Auto body & collision to anybody!

If I could give zero stars I would.My brother came over to my apartment complex to drop something off and the tow truck driver at FCC was atrocious. My brother went outside before he even got back in the truck to drive off. Roy was still hooking the car on. I asked him to take the car down. He told me it was going to be $75 dollars to drop. No where on the slip does it say drop fee... he added that on himself. He also didnt get my authorized signature on the receipt. He was absolutely unprofessional. I literally just walked away feeling like this man just stole $80 from me because he couldnt even give me the correct change on top of everything else. He also said something about how he got punched in the face while arguing with someone in the complex about there vehicle being towed.. too personal and had nothing to do with the current situation. Most unprofessional expierience Ive had yet. He didnt get my signature and added a drop fee by himself. I hope I never have to deal with Roy again in the future. Very disappointed and unpleasant. He could definitely use a few lessons in customer service and basic manners.

I got in an accident and went threw my insurance and found fcc. I was very impressed with how nice the facilities were when i went to get my truck delivered. The staff there is amazing they understand my situation with running a business and needing the truck fixed asap. They did an amazing job fixing the damage that started at the front passenger side bumper and down to the passenger side rear tire. The truck looks brand new!! I highly recommended using them. Out of the a bad situation of be t-boned, im thankful for fcc!

They over charge every chance they can. They get kicked off the city programs for stealing (over chargeing) from customers regularly.
