Jaffarian was absolutely stellar. Completely trouble-free and painless. They fulfilled what they said they’d fulfill and my car genuinely looks like the accident never even happened. I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do - I’ll be going to Jaffarian.

I have been unlucky enough to have my cars badly damaged 5 times in the last several years. Ive been lucky enough to have Joe Foss at Jaffarian Collision Center have my back each time. The body work and the service have been top notch every time. But please, I hope I dont need you again.

Called Jaffarian service inc. on a Friday morning & didn’t hear back until Monday morning which is understandable. I asked when I could bring my car in for collision repair. A guy named Joe tells me he won’t schedule a time & date until he knows how much money the insurance has given me. Joe stated he’d call me back once he received the appraisal info. I faxed him the information & the guy never bothered to call me back. I called & left him a voicemail to touch base & still no call back. Ended up going elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing job. Joe Foss was great to work with! I was side swiped on the left side about two weeks ago. My car went in last week, and I picked it up today! Joe contacted the insurance company and worked out the payment and deductibles, and figured out what I needed to do. The work done was detailed and exemplar! My car actually looks better than when I bought it. In addition, they were able to fix a door handle for me, and they gave my car a wash and washed the windows! Very satisfied customer. I will definitely be recommending you guys for collision repair!

I received my car yesterday from Jaffarian Collision Center and I must say they did an excellent job. My driver side car door was damaged and they fixed it as if nothing had happened.They were always available to answer my queries.They even cleaned my car top to bottom after the job was done. I just picked up my car after Jaffarian repaired the front and replaced the front fender piece. They not only did a fantastic job matching the paint and making everything fit seamlessly, they also detailed my car inside and out. The service was excellent from the time I first contacted them to the time I picked up my car. The estimated time for repair was right on the money, and picking up and dropping off the rental car in the same office was very convenient. My 4 year old car looks brand new! Ive worked with Mark at the collision center for small bumper painting repair jobs, insurance estimates when my car was caught in a flood, car rentals, and other paint customizing jobs. Every time his department has been friendly, efficient, and has resulted in show quality results. I highly recommend Jaffarian for any collision and repair work.

Great place, i’ve never been in an accident before so i didn’t know much about the process. Joe helped me through it all. He gave me some advice, also even waived some fees. Best customer service i’ve gotten from a business in what seems like forever. i’ll pick that collision center again if need be.the young lady in charge of issuing the rental vehicles was very polite too. I just picked my car up yesterday from having some body work done. Jaffarian Collision Center was recommended to me by the dealer that I bought the car from new in 2016.I called Jaffarian and was able to run my car down right away so they could take a quick look. This is where I met Joe Foss. From the minute I walked in the door, he spoke to me like weve been good friends for years. He got right to me, explained what would have to be done and let me know it would take approximately 5 days to complete the work. He reserved a rental for me, asked me if I had a preference of type of car, and was on my way within 15-20 minutes.Dropped the car off this past Monday, got my rental and was on my way again - took about 10 minutes. I only needed the rental for 2 days and when I got back I was very happy with the price. Joe also let me know when I dropped the rental off that the work was already done on my car and things were looking good (great news). By Thursday morning, I received another call from Joe letting me know the car was ready - far earlier than I had expected.Thursday afternoon I picked my car up and everything looks great. I was shocked to see they also detailed the inside of my car - it hasnt been that clean since I bought it. One would expect a collision center to clean the outside but the inside too?I must say that I would take my car back to Joe Foss at Jaffarian in a heartbeat without hesitation. If you are anything like me (reluctant when dealing with anything related to fixing my cars in any way), trust me that Joe will put you at ease and treat you well and you will definitely be happy with the end results of the work the collision center does.Thank you Jaffarian. Bad people, bad service, know your car and you won’t have to take it to a place that will rip you off. If you go to this establishment remember it’s a negotiation not a set price, bid low so they can over bid you and you take your precious business to another place. Maybe they will get smart and be honest. Or... idk.... Not.

This place is magic, you you could get into the biggest accident of your life and boom a couple weeks later your car will look brand. Very high quality of work

Jus picked my vehicle up after having body work done. Looks great! Paul Ouellette was a pleasure to deal with, and Kristin in the rental division was great. When I dropped my car off, my rental was waiting for me. Return was just as easy as the pick up. Thank you Paul and Kristin for making everything easy and efficient.

Did a great job on my truck and did it fast. Totally professional. You would never know there was any damage.Update! Had a really bad accident in my truck. McKenzie and staff at the shop bent over backwards to help me with the truck and insurance. Unfortunately my truck is totaled. McKenzie set me up with a a nice rental truck. Moral of the story is if you have a need for a body shop GO TO JAFFARIANS.

My parents traveled from Florida to Massachusetts for the summer and while they were in Boston for the day the got into an accident.The team at Jaffarian went above and beyond to make the repair as easy as possible. The team at the collision centers worked with the insurance company & service department to make sure their vehicle is 100%. A great job by all and the quality of the work is amazing .

I gave them one star because my car looks amazing!Thanks to the actual shop employees it’s not their fault they actually have good manners and told me they stand behind their work!The customer service is horrible Mackenzie is so rude an arrogant you would think she is the owner one that doesn’t care for repeat business.A misunderstanding that should she have handled it differently we might of came to an agreement and I would still be their customer. According to her they don’t need my business anyway!It’s crazy how one bad experience ruins it for ever.It’s time for a New Toyota in my life and I live up the street from them but because of Mackenzie I will be driving to my second closest Toyota dealer to make my purchase. Would not recommend to anyone .. 2 weeks waiting for my car to be seen . mind you my trunk would not close . and then waiting for a rental that the guy didnt even bother reserved so that was another week wait and that Monday that was promised never got a call back all morning or afternoon. My first time trying this place def my last .
