Very Rude. The pharmacy is horrible. I NEVER get my scripts on time. For the past month I have been paying out of pocket, thou fully insured, for heart medication. And if you are there for a vaccine, youre treated like a star. If your there for ANYTHING ELSE, haha, good luck....

Came through drive through and waited 5 min then She says Be right with you. I wait another six minutes and she says the same. Then I get a attitude. Should I go to the drive-through or should I go in the store. CVS says I should go through drive-through. 5 ppl in pharmacy. Laughing. CVS should check their cameras.

Best place to get meds

I have to admit this CVS is the best one!!!! The female cashier that usually works there is extremely friendly and helpful!!! I find what I need easily there and their prices are way way better than Walgreens in my opinion!!!! The Woolite washing machine bra bag at first I thought it was going to be at $10, but I was extremely shocked because it was $6.19!!! Only 2 very tiny improvements that can easily be fixed.I would expect them to have popsiclesAndThe construction paper should’ve at least of only been $1.50 at the most because $3.59 is a bit much.$3.99 for waffles is a wonderful price!!

Tried to get a covid test but was refused because I was not in a car. Both pharmacists were so rude you have to be in a car, BYE! and had zero information about other locations that accept people who dont own cars. Asked how people who dont own cars get tested and they suggested to get an Uber (so if you suspect you have covid the pharmacy suggests getting in a car with a stranger). Owning a car is well within my means (I just choose not to own one) but for many people they cannot afford one. Why are people who dont own cars being excluded from testing? How can we as a country move past this virus if testing and treatment is not equitably available?

Covid testing, did it myself, girl was very friendly at the drive through window!I got the results in two and a half days by a text message... it’s also 100% FREE test.

The pharmacy part is really slacking and they get really rude sometimes

Employes are so Rudeee, i wanted to buy a deodorant that cost me 14 dollars and i only had 14 dollars and i went to pay for it and there was an old women (looked like 65) as an employer and the deodorant was 14 dollas and 50 cents of taxes and I didn’t have the 50 cents of taxes sadly and i was looking for some cvs coupons and i found some of them they were a little dirty and she didn’t even wanted to touch them giving them the MOST DISGUSTING FACE I EVER SEEN so i gave her my dad’s phone number because they were asking for one and she said it didn’t work or something similar and then she said “JUST PAY THE 50 CENTS” AND THAN SHE SAID “DONT U HAVE 50 CENTS ? And i slowly looking down said no (with a sad face), than she said with a dirty look “alright ill put it in for you “ I felt so portrayed and sad at the same time Cause Im Just 14 years old and they will NEVER trate me like that on School I literally wanted to cry and i dont even speak english well, i dont know if she was just being racist or something (im spanish) I FELT LIKE A PEACE OF SHT sadly

Bounce you around with your medications like you dont need them and cant keep their own pharmacist in the same information circle. HORRIBLE cvs will never be dealing with this one again.

This review is for the pharmacy section only. I have never had such a difficult experience nor experienced such a terrible attitude when dealing with the pharmacy section of any CVs location until today. today at CVs.lafayette square .Ive spoken to the store manager about he situation but of course it was mostly courtesy since I am also contacting customer support. the pharmacist and other pharmacy employees seem to not be on the same page and when a situation and request regarding my script came up seemed.to make things even more.difficult as if by intent. I think my frustration stems.from the fact that I have come to depend on the great service I have always received from every other CVs pharmacy locationI cant adequately express my dissippointment this time around and am beginning to really consider my friends and families suggestions that I switch to Walgreens pharmacy for all of my husbands and my medications.

Dont go there cashiers are super rude and the manager is arrogant as ever. Do yourself a favor and drive to river st cvs instead!!
