Looking for a simple ski mask that they had tons of the week before. Customer service needs improvement and they were not much help when asking if they had certain items. Disappointed.

Just left there horrible experience i approached counter girl was very rude and unprofessional I e CD plained the beta fish on counter was dead because it wasnt breathing and it was curled she explained it was more alive than me and her god help us if this is what the future has for us i was raised to have manors exciallly for customers inside wad very dirty I would rather have a recall exam than go back

A couple of weeks ago when the whole Covid-19 things started, I went there to buy an essential: Water. They were extremely price gouging and were selling 1 pack of 24 polar spring water for 24 dollars (1 dollar for each bottle). It says a lot about your store when you decide to extremely price gouge an essential human necessity. Even without this complaint, the customer service is bad more times than not and for a dollar store they barely have anything that is actually a dollar. Will never shop there again and I hope you guys dont ever have to either. Omg this is the hidden gem of haverhill!!!!!!! For real. This place if you are a bargain shopper like me. This is definitely the place to go! I spent $11.55 and walked out with 10 beautiful gems that I absolutely adore. Im telling you this place is the heart of haverhill.

Great place to find some name brand gems, obviously from varying departments/goods, but beware, this is not the Dollar Tree or Go 1 Dollar, prices also wildly vary, and you can pay upwards of $50 for an item (probably not worth its price in quality either). Not my top choice for putting together party favors or center pieces, but great for sewing knickknacks & school/office supplies and miscellaneous items for the home & kitchen. They also have a cool selection of Valspar spray enamels for $1.99-$2.99! They work pretty well too. Ive bought upwards of 15 different cans over the last yr & only 1 was defective.

I like to shop at Dollar Valley. Its always clean & has a good variety. The reason for only 3 stars is that the manager has a very bad attitude & I witnessed her buying drugs. Also when items have a price tag they charge more,, this is a problem.

Ok listen. I know the reviews are horrible, but I really had a good experience! The cashier we had was really sweet, and we were able to find everything we needed pretty quickly.

Do not buy anything there that isnt edible or disposable! I spent about $20 there on a tea kettle and a carafe because I thought they were good prices. They both started leaking in a couple of weeks. They would not even give store credit. It would have been better for me to pay a few more dollars at Wal-Mart. Now I have nothing.

Good variety of items, but the rotation of items is quick. If you see something you like, buy it as you may not see it a few weeks later. They are very strict about bags including backpack purses. The space between aisles are blocked off, so you have to go around. The one thing that bothers me is they are always stocking the shelves along with being followed by workers. Except for cashiers attitude, twords me about not wanting plastic bags. He made it out like I was being ignorant about new rules.. One thing, that hasnt changed, is my personal dislikes twords those plastic bags!So in conclusion; to my recent trip yesterday to DOLLAR TREE, for prices & selection of items I needed, I still give 4 🌟,s. They offer a few good things at a decent price many other things are overpriced and can be found elsewhere for less. It is not a good place to bring a child or stroller because they will have you leave your belongings at the front unattended while you shop around. This was once a dollar store but everything is now priced $1 and up. Hope this helps.

I go there all the time and enjoy when I go with my daughters there. I buy alot of stuff from there and it is easier especially for people who have no car so I have nothing negative to say about it. The workers are always friendly also.

Not very friendly made me feel uncomfortable when i walked in with my kids. They also do not accomodate children with strollers i had to carry my infant carrier by hand so they wouldnt think i was shoplifting

I go here with my family on a regular basis. I know the whole staff and they are always friendly with me. I am writing this review because of the negative ones below, if you come in acting crazy do you expect these people to kiss your butt? You come in with a broken item from a dollar store with no receipt and expect the store to take blame? If you want good stores to stay around than you have to be a little bit more practical with your complaints. This will always be my favorite store.

Unfortunately this store suffers from good customer service. Manager has a very bad way of speaking to her employees and likes to make sure puts down in front of the customers about the customers. If I had my choice I would have been working there for a while I really enjoyed it and I really enjoyed the customers but I was told if I stop talking to the customers so much maybe Ill stop making so many mistake mind you its my second day and Ive only made two mistakes tops. Oh yeah I was supposed to call her out of office when line was there yet never instructed to do so.she was in there watching the cameras was her own words. When I spoke back and said truth if I was trained correctly on the register which I caught on to the iPad register very quickly. Just so happens most the problem was pricing not being put in register and causing lines to hold up. I could have simply added the product like I was trained the first day but she told me not too cuz I dont have a code. a lack of respect to the ones who work hard and a power Trip like no other isnt going to make this store the best I can be and the argument alone in front of the customer was the most unprofessional managing Ive ever dealt with. Hope something changes and is done about the poor respect boundary and power Trip your manager suffers from.

The trainer of the cashier was rude to both the customer and the help....actually called the customer rude because she didnt want to remove her items from one register to go to another register to go to the trainee. The customer was clearly disabled. This employee was a younger blonde Hispanic and the customer was an American I watched this all unfold and found it very disturbing!

The second I walked in sith my new born on the stroller, the guy working there stopped me and said mu stroller wasnt allowed. He said with a bad tone of voice, if you want to shop here you need to put your car seat in our cart and take your stroller outside. You would think that since Ill be shopping and making his store $$; he wouldve been much polite about it. Not coming here ever again!

The women that work the register at Dollar Valley are so rude, every single one of them. They have no class whatsoever, they swear in front of customers and then if you try to go return something or even buy something sometimes its a hassle with them because theyre so lazy they dont want to do their job and they tell you to come back after a certain time when someone elses at the register. If I could give that place 0 Stars I would. Spend a little extra money and go to Walmart instead, the amount of time you will save not going there and dealing with those people is completely worth it. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with women like that and I hope I never do. Theres a reason why theyre making minimum wage working at a dollar store.

It used to be a dollar store, and most of the stuff there is still a dollar. If its a dollar, its worth it. If its more, think about it first. Some of the stuff there is no bargain. Most of it is.
