Very clean and maintained store.Produce area was well maintained.Prices are very reasonable.Staff is very friendly and cooperative.

I dont come to this location often, I can say the times I have its very clean, everyone is always so kind and I never wait too long. Thank you to everyone & the gentleman who helped me unload my groceries in my car. It really was appreciated, I just worked an overnight & had to shop for 3 people early this morning-- 🙏🌻🌞

This place has gone way down hill. Very disappointed. Prices have sky rocketed. They are out of alot of items. Baggers are always extremely slow now. I thought it might have been just an off day or what not but its everytime I go now. Seems like the cashiers end up doing most of the ringing of groceries and the bagging.

This is a small market basket. Im not sure that there is an in-store bakery. The front has had a face lift but it is deceiving, you jump back to 1970 on the inside and are in what today would be considered a really small store. Every market basket is different. They reach chapter to their clientele. Consequently, your not going to find Asian vegetables, Indian food here. Theres no good hot food here because the place is too small. And unusual for a market basket, the produce could have been fresher. Its still a market basket....

Average store, nothing special. You want a fresh and wide variety of vegetables or fruits?? Dont go here. You need a decent selection of canned items for making a delicious home meal?? Dont go here. You want a decent deli selction or butcher? Again, save your time. But, do go here if you need a few things, quick. Decent frozen and canned selection. Paper products are solid too. Otherwise, average grocery store. Nothing special here.

It was clean, nice place to shop for food. Employees are courteous and a wide variety of goods.

Shop early or late to avoid the busy hours. Artie DeMoulas is the man Market Basket was 5th best in COUNTRY per Consumer Reports. Guess where Shaws and S&S were, and then why, but yeh they may have the fruit vegetables.

Pretty good variety the frozen section looks like the ducts are leaking from amount of sawdust placed next to them to prevent further leakage/slipping from customers. Overall I enjoyed my experience even though i shop little on Massachusetts due to sales tax so Nh is my usual go to for shopping living on the border.

My daughter and I have our favorite employees. They interact with my daughter as if they came to our house.

I’m sure the right people already know this, but Kirk is probably your most valuable employee. I have been shopping at this location for 24 years, since I was a kid, and I’ve encountered the good, the bad and the ugly from employees in that store. A smiling face is already going above and beyond today’s expectations from customer service associates but Kirk even went above and beyond THAT. All my groceries were organized better than I would have done myself and he didnt give me a crazy look when I said I didn’t need bags lol. Thank you Kirk for turning my day around because I had a garbage staff meeting this morning and my day was otherwise ruined. My mother in law will probably shop here instead of Danvers where they destroy her food during bagging.Thank you again Kirk for improving my awful morning.

I stood in line for 20 minutes and then they finally open one more register. I was NOT the only who was complaining. They shouldve never had us wait that long before open a register. I will not be going to that one in a long time to come

Today i had a staff member physical push my cart away, its turning into a kefka nightmare every time i come here, where lines are long, dont move, and the staff has this super friendly HOW ARE YOU, THANK YOU approach despite the dumpster fire that is the checkout area. Also how do you not have texas pete? 1st grocery store ive been to that doesnt have it.

I LOVE shopping at the Central Plaza Market Basket. Its less crowded than the others in Haverhill, people are nicer, and theres a better selection of produce, IMHO.

The problem with this place is that never has the item you buy today next week. Constantly changing and we get the bottom of the barrel

Market basket is market basket, always crowded and not enough registers, especially the 10 items or less, always have just 1 opened, sucks when some people are on lunch or on the road and have to get somewhere and stop in for a fresh sandwich etc other than a fast food drive through that they dont do....

First impressions - a bit off. Didnt feel safe. Grocers were helpful. More old run down looking. Found out from over hearing a conversation, this Market Basket is locally called the ghetto basket. Definitely due for a remodel/ upgrade if they can. Prices were a bit high. However may still go back as they had a nice selection of what I needed and the peeps were kind there.

Prices are fair, staff is courteous, and in the rare case of a poor quality item the customer service desk handles exchanges promptly and without hassle. Can be very crowded at certain times of day; shop early in the morning for a more peaceful experience and shorter checkout lines. Easy to stop in for groceries after a workout at Choice Fitness next door.

Supervisors and Managers need to relieve their staff in a timely manner when they need to use a restroom. Staff should not have to shake and bite nails to hold their urine. I woke to John the Manager and instead of him expressing concern for his staff, he had an attitude as if it was none of my concern. We are all human. That is unacceptable!

Great attitude by cashiers but bag is have no clue every time you go there they put cleaning products in with sandwich meat in just totally horrible bag they all need to go to bagging school cuz every time I have to read back my stuff

Delmoulas at Central plaza what can I say, it hasnt changed in 40 yrs. Its very small limited cashiers no benches outside for people waiting for cabs or rides,but if your running in an out its a good little store but unfortunately its the main shopping store for some, hopefully they but out the sold rite aid building next door an expand thatd be amazing.

Love the selection and produce at this Market Basket, and the friendliness of the staff. All in all a much better experience than the Riverside MB.

Great store small but workers are friendly and helpful have a good selection of most products if you dont want to walk 4 miles in a store this is the best place to go!!!

The cashiers are more focussed on chatting with the baggers than ringing out the groceries. The managers all stand in the aisles and dont dont move out of the way of customers. Often all staff will have their phone out. The only employees I can speak positively about are those in produce and the meat department/deli.

A variety of good food you can find in this place more for your dollar.

MB Central Plaza is working like a well-oiled machine especially considering that the Pats are playing tomorrow and there is a big storm on the way. BTW MB Westgate didnt even have any free shopping carts. Way to go. E yeal

Central location to downtown. Located in a strip mall with other amenities. This branch is usually pretty busy, but well maintained.

It is a great store, fresh food, EXCELLENT COSTOMER SERVICE, but I think they are playing with the prices it used to be chipper than any others, now I have to look at all the prices for the regulars products I buy and I have to compare with BJs and Latinos Storage I have to go the 3 places every week in order to save some extra money every week.

This Market Basket is not bad, but the one in Westgate plaza on the other side of Haverhill is a bit nicer. Also, the Market Basket in Riverside plaza is just slightly better. It is in a convenient location and I usually go here to pick up a couple of items. If I need to do a full trip to the grocery store, I prefer Westgate. Market Basket, in general, has much better prices than Shaws and Stop n Shop and the quality is close to them. This Market Basket gets busy because of its great location. However, Westgate is pretty busy also due to its higher quality store. Riverside Market Basket is the mid-quality store out of the three.
