I like this place. A bit on the spendy side, but the staff is always polite, store always clean and set up in a way that makes finding most things relatively easy. Would definitely recommend!

VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was my fault because I called the wrong number, but the lady was rude & spiteful. She hung up on me in the middle of a question. No “sorry, wrong number” or “I wish I could help you” just a bunch of attitude & sass. I hope she treats her customers better in person because she left a very distasteful impression!

I was living in my camper last winter and when it got into the negative digits Scott Stockdill came to my rescue. I had a lot of questions regarding heated hoses, heat tape, insulation, ect... I know camper questions probably arent the normal at a hardware store however, Scott helped solve all of my problems. Thank you Havre Hardware and especially to Scott, because of you my camper didnt freeze up!

Went in to look at furniture for the trailers that we are moving in to and asked where the furniture was and they said we are not doing furniture any more, then take down all signs that say you sell furniture

Awesome place great staff and hard to find items and tools

My elderly mother and aunt were there to buy purchase a bed, yesterday. We have previously had good service over the years with purchases from small items to large ticket items like water heaters and furniture. But the staff was rude and not at all helpful to them. If i were with them i would have made them leave and take their money someplace else. They have lost my business.

Without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have experienced.The store manager could have cared less about responding to my concerns in a timely fashion. He got his money from my transaction and I still have not received my refund from a UPS mishap even though its been over 3 months.The money owed me was credited to the Havre Hardware account by a third party in mid July and he has sat on it ever since, denying he ever had gotten it and placing the burden of proof on me.I live on the east coast and have called him at least 8 times since July trying to get my money back and the same old answer: I havent received the money yet from the 3rd party when in reality he had been sitting on it since mid July.Wouldnt you think a good manager would try to get to the bottom of it and satisfy his customer? Either he was trying to put me off long enough so that I would forget about my refund or he was grossly incompetent.

Really easy going people, lots of miscellaneous items, and they are open on Sunday. Its a big deal.
