I came in to the store looking for new sheets and Calvin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Im not used to cashiers being so helpful but he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed for my new bed. Thanks for the great service! Ill definitely be back for bath needs!

Your customer service still sucks! First time I went there it was bad, and returned thinking it had improved, but still bad. Unpleasant cashier. Don’t even acknowledge your presence. Unhappy to work, here’s a suggestion: stay home! Cashier cannot calculate coupons ( it would help if you had like basic math skills to do this job), then called the manager, and still same attitude. Thank God we can rate your bad service!

I went there today for some hair products. Don’t know much about this, but I had a girl named Taylor help with my first world problem. She was super nice and very helpful. I left with two things and very excited to try out these products. Just had to say something.

I really like BB&Y but there are a lot of things on line that are not available the store. I went there to see a Lenox dish set and was told they had these types of items only on line. It would be nice to have an example in the store to see the dinerware. Anything Imin my opinion that Im paying over 25.00 a place setting I want to see it. The picture was pretty but the cups looked a little thick. I just wanted to.see what the product looked like in person and to compare and contrast from other designs. I feel a customer should have the option, even if it is only display.A lot of the shelves were empty at this time, not sure if they were restocking or moving things around. Still a solid store and I am a member so the discounts help. The staff is always helpful and they are knowledgeable of the products in their areas.A little disappointed that if I wanted to see the place settings I would have to go to Macys to see an example of the dinnerware

I ordered an item online and it was cancelled the day after but suggested to go to the store and ask to be shipped. Today I went to the store and was able to order it and will be shipped to my house. Customer service staff were very helpful. The store was very busy. Love BB&B, hope they dont close.

The store is undergoing a remodel but things are still accessible and the associates there are really helpful and courteous.

I came upon this bed bath and beyond by chance usually I feel it’s a tad over priced but I was pleasantly surprised. I went to different stores prior looking for a pillow with no luck I found one on clearance for about 40$ usually I believe it’s 60.00. Out of curiosity I asked the cashier why it was so cheap she said if it didn’t say on the tab it was most likely because the pillow didn’t come properly wrapped so Per protocol it had to be discounted! My luck it was wrapped in plastic all I could see was a tiny marker stain nothing a pillow case won’t fix!

I like shopping here although a bit pricey. However, they carry some unique items and a good place to get holiday gifts. Shelves were sparse so Im guessing they had a decent Black Friday.

Unfortunately dont ask anything to employees theyll probably answer out of stock even the item is next to them..

I had mix experience, I had a bad shopping experience with one of the main employers from Bed and Pillows section name John. He was rude, neglectful, and refused to acknowledge my presence. When I asked him if he could assist me, he said he was busy with something else. When I asked him if he could call someone else to assist me he told me to go downstairs and find one else for assistance. Very bad customer service.

Ordered store pick up. Store oick up spots filled Went inside. Customer service empty. So i picked up a few items. Went to customer service. Way2online the lady behind the counter yellow pick up had another associate go get my order and then the other associate said I cant pay for these online while I was still waiting. By that time the main lines had filled upSunday at Peak time and they only had one or two open registers. 2 customer service reps at their station but I guess they couldnt process purchases.Took my online purchase and did not make any additional purchases.

Everything anyone could ever want for their new home! They have so much stuff that there is a second floor!!! I cant wait to go back. Perfect if you are downsizing and throwing away old things. Also great for dorms.

I kinda freaked out, the store is upside down. So I asked where they closing store, not closing just getting ready to renovate.

Stood in line for 40 minutes. Once I was being helped, the employee assisting me kept answering the phone and trying to help curbside customers. She said the other employees were on the sales floor. Ridiculous. Horrendous store management, won’t visit again.

Went to purchase what I needed; water filters and dishwashing sponges. But grabbed a little bamboo kitchen tool. Also used my valuable $10.00 coupon! Cant go wrong.

Found a huge cooling mat for my dog for cheaper than Petco and larger size too! Love all the coupons, how easy the store is to navigate and how helpful the employees come across when you have that lost customer look on your face. Great business just dangerous when it comes to all the extras you decide you cant live without when you see them in the store

This is the best location of so many stores Ive been to! They have friendly staff all year round, always have items neat and well stocked, and just clean and perfect to just go in and either go grab what you need, or doze off and look for what to spend your money on!

They sanitized the counter before I got to it, and gave me the online price from my phone. The cashier was helpful but not overly friendly.

I dont frequently visit Bed Bath and Beyond because I always forget about how awesome this store is!!! I have been looking for a nice Blush colored shower curtain for over a month now! I literally walked in and found one in 2 minutes AND it was on clearance!! I was so happy. The associate who assisted me was incredibly patient and kind as I wanted her to give me the floor sample because I didnt see any on the shelf. She insisted that she had seen one somewhere on a shelf. She took the time to search the clearance bins throughout the store to track it down for me instead of just instructing me to search them myself, which I would have been more than happy to do! Top notch service during checkout as well. Very happy customer here

Found what I needed. But line was super long only 2 cashiers open they were working real slow so took forever to pay.

I loved everything about it. I didnt spend enough time finding out all the items they have. The coupons were a plus.

Some confusion about curbside pickup. You need all the paperwork, including when theyre most likely to have it ready. Even if they have it on the shelf, you cant just get one! Live and learnLolGo back tomorrow. Lol

Really looking understocked along with the place looked a mess. Staff did not seem motivated.

Had to go to additional store for items. Next untrained staff, didnt understand put aside for customer pickup, didnt know locations of items, long lines
