Workers quick to help us to found everything pretty easily. Really nice people and the self checkout let us grab our stuff in seconds lol

We are building a new house and it rained yesterday so we went and bought some tarps from the store. We did not know the exact size so we bought a couple of extra knowing that we might be able to return the ones that we did not use. The checkout was very simple they used my gift card scanned it asked for my pin and I was on my way. After we did the work, I went back to return one of the tarps, and after they scan their seat they asked me for my ID I said I had it on my phone that would not work, I needed a physical ID! When they sold it to me, they did not need a physical ID and I tried to make that point and got a lot of lip. Watch out thats why I buy stuff from Amazon...

The associated are very helpful and go the extra mile to help and even if its something that you can not find, they finded in other home depot store.that its so great and time saving. Thank you Home Depot Associated.

Wonderful help in the Plumbing dept! Needed to find a certain product and the sales clerk found me the correct item I needed. It worked! No more leaks!!Very helpful staff!

I freaking love this store. Everyone in here is so nice...I can literally walk to the Home Depot by my house. But I will travel to this location just for the customer service.

Home Depot the chain is great, but this store should be avoided. Prepare to be barraged by beggars at the exit. Taking a pickup truck? You might not find it when you leave the store, due to multiple vehicle thefts that occur there in broad daylight. Yet another one just happened today.The store management needs to take action to clean up their own lot and provide a safe shopping experience. Currently its unacceptable.

The store has everything you need but the staff was not so friendly or at least the staff I came into contact with. I came in to look for paint and to get some tips on what I would need and best way to get it done efficiently. When I found someone who didnt tell me they didnt work in that department the guy started off with what do you want. Not the most welcoming at all. He told me what aisle things were on, said I dont know how big the rooms so get 5 gallons, told me the aisle where tape and tools where and and walked off, then I walked out. Yes there is everything you need inside but friendly customer service, take from that what you will 🤷🏾‍♂️.

Wide variety of home improvement products. Getting a lot more into larger online presence but delivery needs to improve if it wants to keep Amazon out of their field. Does beat them on pricing usually. Pretty knowledgeable help if your willing to wait. Also should know the different stores do carry different products for the more specialized items like gravel or ceiling tiles.

Went there yesterday(8/8/21) and Tre (daytime Tre) was so very helpful with me and my mom in selecting a ficus tree. He may have pulled out 4 maybe 5 extremely heavy plants and helped us decide and was very patient! Great choice! More shopping….THEN 3 other employees assisted us in getting the BIG tree into the trunk of the Altima! 😂. BEST customer service I’ve seen in a LONG time! Thank you Home Depot Hawthorne! Next time we’ll bring the truck!

Went for mouse traps and enzymes for slow drains. Found both easily. Im glad that Home Depot doesnt rearrange their stock like other stores. It is almost always in the same place in every store.

Not finding things in order the way they use to be. What happened to the customer service they once had that was so good they put Home Base out of business? Now you have to chase people down just to ask a question.

They made me wait for ever to bring me 1 pallet of concrete bags. Kept telling me coming right up and nothing. They should just be honest and say its faster if we load it ourselves.

Since this is not my normal HD, I can only say this: If you call this place your go-to HD, then great. As a visitor to this location, I had serious issues orienting myself to the layout of the store. A very odd feeling. Unfortunately, I dont use my app. It can sometimes nail the location of a product, but Ive found that even apps can be wrong, so I rarely use them in-store. Referencing an associate didnt help either. Maybe I didnt use the right words (toilet hardware), but he directed me to the toilet seats. I wanted the toilet tank and hose stuff. I finally found it in the aisle that I wasnt expecting. I really thought that HD would try to keep store layouts similar from one store to the next.

Today I had to get some electrical fittings for a job that I am doing around the Home Depot and they did not have much on the racks. I was better off going to Hawthorne Electric which is just a block away.Overall at this location, stock the store so that we can buy your stuff Home Depot.The staff at this location was very nice to deal with, great customer services. I am reviewing about a lot employee named Tyrese. Three words GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This young gentlemen comes up to you and, ask you for help, he ask how your day going this young gentlemem has great manners and, he also apologize for the waiting. I only waited for possibly 2 mintues to have soil put into my car and, didnt have no problem putting in 20 bags all by himself. Home Depot please act knowledge this man because, he forsure shows this company his best.👍🏻🙂

This is a grown mans playground. Hell come in a screw and walk out with a complete drill and bit set, forgetting about the screw.

Very pleasant. A worker by the name of Saul helped me with a problem I was having with my shower faucet and told me exactly how to fix it. Then I wandered around trying to find the drip irrigation dept. and there was Saul again who led me right to the correct section and the right part I was looking for. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great service!

Curbside pick up is efficient, but too often it says item is available in store, & item is actually out of stock.

Oopsy on the lines, its not clear where to go for check out so my apologies to all the people I cut in front of... they were kind but the cashier wouldnt let me eject. So sorry😭💕

Home Depot may be convenient, but the staff by in large do not know their stuff. Service was slow and finding a small shovel seemed like miracle work for four staff members. Please support local businesses.

If you know what you want, order online. Its efficient, and fast. The line is combined with returns, but it moves very fast. Have not used curbside but I assume its just as efficient.

This review is specifically for Jose in the Garden department. He’s not only tall, dark, and handsome. He was ridiculously helpful in walking me through how to care for my new indoor fig tree. He was super patient in helping me load my vehicle with the plant, recommended the right soil and container for it to grow in to, and was an all around wonderful resource. If I had any cash I would tip him so if management is reading this, GIVE HIM A RAISE!

I went to try to find a specific wood cut that I needed and I couldnt find anyone to help me in the lumber department. I then approached a young man who was in a different department and asked if he could please let someone know that I needed assistance in the lumber department. He asked what I needed help with, and after explaining to him he directed me towards the aisle where they had base boards. NOT WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. I then approached another young man who also stated that they couldnt cut the size and measurements of wood that I needed. Needless to say, I left the store without the wood that I needed and highly dissatisfied with thehelpful assistance from this particular Home Depot. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Home Depot is always an awesome place to go shopping for do it yourself projects any Home Depot is great to shop at if you know what you’re doing but if you need help from the employees some are willing to help and some are just not knowledgeable enough to help Home Depot is a place to shop at.

8/22/20 around 6:35 pm near row 37 employee was talking to a shopper with a service dog and this employee had no mask on. While walking to the exit near the check out lines I saw 4 shoppers not wearing their mask appropriately (only covering their mouth and not their noses) and no employee in that area said anything to those shoppers. Please advise all employees and shoppers to wear their face mask appropriately.

Shower head easy to find

The service is terrible! I had 4 different people come just to tell they couldnt help me. Apparently the person in that particular area wasnt due until later. One the guys at least attempted to help and suggested to go Lowes instead which Im planning to do next.

They got everything,Might have to wait a little for help but there attention is yours once you get it. Great plants too reasonable prices... Wish I would have taken pics. Next time

I encountered a critical error while my appliance was delivered, at no fault of Hime Depot. The third party delivery company had made an unlikely mistake, which made it difficult to find the error.At Home Depot, Denise the appliance service expeditor spent several hours working with the third party company trying to figure out the issue. The problem was found, but no solid solution was made. Denise then followed up with both the company and me a few days later made sure the issue was fully resolved. I was impressed by the effort she put in to resolve the issue.Ronald, the assistant manager, was also extremely kind and understanding and offered a generous compromise.Based on my interaction with Denise and Ronald, I can conclude that this store employs high quality personnel.

I came here looking for a caddy and I asked 3 floor associates and they simple said Oh, I dont know if we have that in the store! But a nice associate with the name of Saul went the xtra-mile for me. He looked at the computer and found that it was an on line only item, but he place the order for me. Thats what customers need, an awesome person who is willimg to help. I guess that everyone has something to do and dont want to spend to much time in a store.

My friend and I needed help with a Brita filter for an at home birth. The filter was the last thing on our list before the baby was born. We ran threw the store like mad women... Hawthorne Home Depot by far the best Ive ever visited the staff is awesome those guys in the lumber section are outstanding !!!Well organized. The line went quickly. And they over kill on the safety. Every one must wear a maskAnd stay 6 ft apart. I live in San Pedro but I will make that extra drive because Hawthore Home Depot feels like home .

This Home Depot has improved over the years. They are well organized and have adapted well to the pandemic, by ensuring items are sanitized appropriately and lines are social distanced.

I love this place I could spend hours there. The nursery is amazing considering it is not the focal point of the business. It is a clean and well organized store. The lumber smells amazing, I was there to pick up a few items for a fire bowl project I am working on. The prices and the selection for home improvement projects is absolutely amazing.

This Home Depot has an amazing nursery. It is a large store, I went to get some ideas and products for a fire bowl project I am working on. I have a small outdoor space so I cant have an elaborate beautiful fire table or fire pit but a small fire bowl should he perfect. The smell of the lumber and the seemingly endless selection of home improvement products makes the possibilities seem endless. I enjoyed my visit and will return.
